Sam and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. Sam was very professional, understood exactly what we needed, and was friendly and easy to talk to. He's local to Union City, so it feels great to keep business in the community. About an hour before the scheduled time, Sam called to confirm, and then the crew gave us a heads-up when they were 10 minutes away. The guys were awesome--fast, efficient, and careful with the work. They made the whole process stress-free. We'll definitely be calling them again once we finish sorting through the rest of our things. Highly recommend! read more

Called last minute to see if they were free to remove a bunch of construction waste that had accumulated recently and boy did they deliver. I was extremely pleased with their service. I contacted the company on a Saturday morning, and Sam responded right away with a quote. I asked if it was possible to arrange a same-day pickup. Although their schedule was already full, Sam kindly offered to call me later in the afternoon if a time slot opened up -- and he did, exactly when he said he would. He managed to fit me into their schedule, and the pickup team arrived promptly. They were very polite, professional, and efficient, completing the job in about 15 minutes. I was truly impressed by their responsiveness and reliability. I highly recommend their service to anyone, and I'll definitely be using them again in the near future. read more

Contacted Sam yesterday for a couch removal. He answered very promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote, and booked an appointment next day! He even offered same day, if I was available. I thought of some additional things that I could use hauled away and it was no issue whatsoever. His crew arrived the next day to my condo in Newark, just a few miles away from their base in Union City. Within about 30 min, all my items were gone! Clothing donation, small couch, gym equipment, all piling up over the years. I feel relieved I was able to get that done within a 24 hour turnaround time. 100% recommend for any junk removal needs. Amazing service on such short notice. My senior parents are currently renovating their kitchen and we had a bunch of kitchen junk that needed to be hauled after the demolition part of the renovation. I found Junky Boys via Google and among their competitors, they responded quickly when I texted them and were able to fit me last minute into their schedule. I was offered a very competitive and fair estimate after I sent them a video and photos of the items that needed to be hauled. During the pickup, they were very personable and easy to talk to. Really empathetic and approachable. I felt that they really cared about their business, especially since it's family-owned, which made it more of plus as I like supporting family-owned businesses. They accept credit card payments and after we agreed on the final price, which was pretty the estimate he gave me originally, I was sent the invoice and able to pay for their services without issues. I'm looking forward to using their services in the future as there is more stuff and junk I need hauled later on. I highly recommend that you use their service for any renovation junk hauls or if you're moving and looking to get rid of any junk you're not bringing to your next place. They have a good-sized truck too for junk haul. I've attached photos of the Before and After so you can see the quality of their work. Really takes a lot of stress off my parents' and my shoulders. Again, book them ASAP for your hauling needs and don't second-guess it. read more

Junky boys is family owned, unlike other junk removal businesses that market for guys with trucks that don't even work for the company and end up being a waste of time. My gosh. What can we say about Sam and Junky Boys. What a breath of fresh air this man is and the way he runs his business. He actually cares for his customers. From the time he came out for the consult to the day he helped our family rid years of "stuff" was seamless. He communicates well. Has a impeccable work ethic and most of all a hard worker. On this day, him and another team member helped my mother clean out a garage that housed years of memories but eventually became stuff sitting around. He helped move out the stuff and what we didn't want he took. He donates or recycles it, and hopefully much of our stuff was donated or recycled. Thanks Sam! Be well!!! read more
