Ric and his Big Junk business truly deserve all five stars. We had already disconnected and…read moresectioned our hot tub and just needed someone to haul it away. After a few phone calls, my conversation with Ric stood out immediately -- he had me laughing the moment I giggled about his company name. He came out to look at the project, and we ended up having a great conversation about his business, the challenges he's faced, and the positive attitude that keeps him going. He was honest, transparent, and never pushy. Ric also took into account the work we had already done and made every effort to give us a fair price. His quote was significantly lower than the competitors, and his attitude sealed the deal for us. He returned later the same day, loaded everything up, and hauled it away without any hassle. I highly recommend Big Junk and genuinely hope Ric continues to find success. We'll absolutely use him again.

Bay Junk and Eduardo were much more fair and efficient, especially since you can handle everything via text and photos. Quoting: I texted the photos to Ed, and he gave me solid, quick answers. I highly recommend this approach. We had a bunch of boxes, miscellaneous junk, and two pieces of exercise equipment. Speed: They came out the same day, and everything I wanted gone was loaded up in about 30 minutes! Payment: There were no add-on charges or "late discoveries." Ed prefers payment via Zelle, so the transaction was quick and seamless right on the spot. Would I use Bay Junk again? I definitely will on my next big cleanup project. Highly recommended!
