Talk about a good day after Christmas! So I just want to start by saying that Carlos's hard work and dedication coupled with his awesome customer service skills SHOW! I got one of those random fliers we all get on our door to pick up junk, etc and after several calls and texts with no responses i decided to hop on yelp. Searched for hauling and Jimenez Hailing was actually the first sponsored choice on the list. I took a look through the other options and after seeing the 5 stars and looking at some of the work I sent. a message to Carlos. IMPORTANT PART: Okay so when i went to request a quote Yelp offered for me to send a request for a quote to several other businesses to save me some time. Me being the Flo I am i thought "why not"; whatever gets this junk out of my house quickly and conveniently is what i'll go with. So i submitted the quote and Yelp submitted my original request to Carlos and 5 other businesses; Within 2-3 MINUTES Carlos responded and sent me his number to get more details. Here's the kicker; i personally don't enjoy having to use Yelp to communicate with the business owner or representative due to reliability issues and app crashing sometimes so when Carlos sent his number and said to contact him there i was pleased. So i send him a message requesting pickup within a few hours. Not only did he give me the BEST QUOTE but he also agreed to pickup the same day. Mind you today is December 26 and every single other business wasn't available until tomorrow or sometime during the week. Carlos quoted me ........*drumroll*.......$100. I received quotes of $275, $230 and others in that arena from other vendors. ON TOP OF THAT he was able to get everything picked up the same day at 5PM! YOU GUYS....i sent him the original message at almost 3PM (or closer to 3:30 if memory serves me right) !!!!! Okay so we agree on a time and price and i send him the address shortly after. For those of you who are very mindful of COVID precautions taken this guy KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! Dressed appropriately, gloves, mask, hand sanitizer, everything! He was clearly prepared. Okay so for the actual pickup; It's just him which is what also blew my mind as other reviewers stated but MAAANNNNN was he quick. He was very respectful and has a very family friendly vibe about him (which is amazing because the last thing anyone wants is someone who has an attitude in their house for no apparent reason). He got here on time, he got everything out in less than 40 minutes and was attentive and reliable if we had any questions. Now you guys heres the best part of it; remember how i said he had a family friendly vibe? So i go outside to pay him the $100 plus a $20 tip and then another $40 tip for taking some extra stuff we had lying around (YES HE IS WORTH THE $160 and more) and it turns out we've run into each other a few times in passing. Long story short, i found out he's with one of my friends from school! Small world but i couldn't be happier that i got reconnected to an old friend in a way. If you need anything taken out quick, fast and with no hassle Carlos is your guy. Hard worker, friendly and LITERALLY THE BEST PRICES. Don't believe me? Do what i did; Request some quotes, compare prices and then when you're disappointed by everyone else's prices and how you just lost a few good minutes of your time, CALL OR TEXT CARLOS! He's your guy. The reviews truly speak for themselves. I'm not the easiest person to please (AT ALL) when it comes to getting services usually because it's always something everywhere you go but, i tip EXCEPTIONALLY WELL to those who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and dedication in their work.
