Even offered to show me all of his dump reciepts for that day so I knew my trash wouldn't end up on the side of Bailey road like a lot of these other companies. They were not only fast and efficient but were very respectful of saving the good stuff. I now use orlando and the KO team for all my Properfy clean outs and turn overs. Their prices are so good that I actually SAVED money versus using my truck to take multiple loads to the dump. Not only did I save a full tank of gas but also an entire day to start on much needed repairs and get my property back on the market for rent early. They didn't just pick up the trash either- they had a magnet to sweep my ground / yard area and they swept up and hosed off the concrete. They went well above and beyond!!!!
