Marlon and his team are awesome! I normally don't do reviews, BUT Marlon's service was excellent. First of all, I made an appointment on 2/18/2013 literally at 11:57 PM for next day pick up for my Queen Box Spring and TV for 8-10 AM on 2/19/2013. Sure enough, Marlon called at 7:30 AM letting me know he was going to arrive soon. I wasn't expecting them to even get my appointment message until 8 AM the earliest the next following day, expecting them arrive closer to 10 AM. However, they were able to come here very early in the appointment window, and I was very pleased with that. Next, apparently I gave them the wrong address when booking the appointment online. They arrived there around 8:10 AM, gave me a call, and when I told them that I accidentally put the wrong address, Marlon was very accommodating in coming to the correct address. Luckily, it was only 5 miles away. They didn't charge me extra fees for that, ANOTHER PLUS!!! Shortly after, they arrived and removed the items I wanted to be removed. They even offered to take any small additional items free of charge. I had an old printer that I didn't need anymore, and he was happy to take it as well. They moved all the stuff out in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this hauling company! Excellent service! Great pricing, it was $69 base charge, and for the three items it was only $111.50. Much cheaper than other companies I was quoting around like Junk King and JunkIt to name a couple. I needed to have a compost heap cleared out of my back yard. Marlon checked it out while I was at work, and gave me a quote over the phone. A week later I had added a few other bits and pieces, like a piece of log and unused plastic chairs and they were fine with the additions at no extra cost so I went ahead and scheduled a time for them to clear it out. I needed to have bunch of stuff removed from apt before next week and it was Thursday late nite. I saw these guys mentioned on Yelp. Went to website to setup appointment saw they were booked all day Saturday and closed Sunday. So I requested Friday appointment even though it was very short notice. They called early morning and told me they usually need 24hr notice but were able to find some time for me. Marlon and another guy showed up charged about $465 to haul away heavy sofa bed, queen size bed, glass dining table, coffee table, end table, weight bench, file cabinet, stereo cabinet, bookshelf, computer desk, and several boxes and my apt is on the third floor. I was impressed they got it all out so fast. Very nice guys, worked fast but also careful not to damage anything. It was worth it just to get that huge sofa bed down three flights of stairs.
