what can I say about a small store on Western near Devon. A local talent and local business. Not a big chain store.. just a great local business with people who care. Arif and his staff are wonderful. He stayed open late just for me. What a crew!!!! The first time I raced to get there in the pouring rain. Arif was most kind and understanding in regards to the importance of my cell phone. I went back a second time and he took time to do a software download from my old phone ...which would only stay on for two minutes and then shut off. BELIEVE ME ... this staff knows their stuff. On my second visit, he offered me a chair and 40 some minutes later ...my repair/update was done. In that 40 minutes ,I witnessed a variety of customers come in and each person, more frustrated than the last with their technology, were treated with such kindness and understanding about the situation. A father came in whose 11 yr old son broke his phone. A medical student came in who forced her laptop adaptor into the port and broke the prongs. So, shop local, repair local !! This is one great local store to support!!!! read more

First I asked them if they could fix my laptop because it doesn't open up and there was something wrong with the fan. There were a lot of problems and i thought that it would be super expensive. In the end, they manage to fix my laptop in one day and it only costs $99!! Also, we asked them to fix my iphone 5 because there was something wrong with the battery. They charged us cheap. Also, they reset my iphone 5 on their own because i forgot my passcode. They have an excellent customer service. They care about their customers and try to do what they can to satisfy them. There was also a funny incident when i accidentally said that it was cold. The guy immediately turn off the air conditioner for me. Lastly, it says that they only accept cash. However, when my dad and i got short in cash and we only have our cards. They said that we can use card instead, so we don't have to go out and withdraw money. read more

Finally decided to repair my Galaxy S9+. Typically I do my own repairs but this is an item that I didn't know how to repair and seemed too complicated for me while trying to learn. Cell N Comp Repairs offered me a very solid and honest cost for parts and labor while also not trying to push upsells like I've experienced with repair shops in the past. They listened to me, helped me out, and even helped answet questions that I had with the device itself. Along with the ability to repair more electeonics than just phones, they well a large range of products and accessories which are very reasonably prices and definitely of interest to me in the future. Definitely will be going here again for any future repairs along with recommending this location to anyone in need. Great prices, fast service, excellent quality work. read more

These guys fixed the cracked back glass on my iPhone 11 pro (BACK GLASS REPAIR) for $129. I highly recommend these guys -- no one else quoted be any less than $300 for the same job. I think Apple charges $500 (though I could be mistaken). Good experience overall. It was during lock-down, so I couldn't go in the shop. They met me at the window. I was happy with the result. Definitely worth the trip to the Rogers Park area. They quoted me 4 hours, so I took a trip down to Clark Street in Andersonville. Did some shopping and got some food. They finished on time. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend these guys for back glass repair for the iPhone 11 (and any other phones). read more

They did a great job repairing our Dell Alienware laptop. They replaced the keyboard, fixed the touchpad mouse, fixed the problem with the input HDMI. Also fixed the problem its FX settings. They cleaned the inside of the computer. They replaced the old thermal paste in the processor and two video cards and three heat sings with the new artic silver five premium. They did all this within 24 hours. The price was the best in the Chicago area. Now our computer is running like new. We highly recommend this business for repairing and upgrading cell phones, PCs and laptops. Today I had the battery for my laptop replaced here. They had ordered the new one and had it shipped there, checked in with me about estimated delivery time, and called me when it arrived. They installed the new battery for a very reasonable price, and stayed late to do it because the battery was delivered late in the day, and he said "I promised it for today". He also advised me on practices to extend the life of the battery. I've had my cell phone repaired there twice, as well. Super professional, super considerate. It's a blessing to have them in the neighborhood. read more

I had a problem with my laptop that may not seem like a problem to people who have experienced a broken charger tip stuck in their laptop, but it was a huge concern for me. I was concerned about cost and being taken to the bank. I took the laptop to IT Services on western and rosemont. Abdul the tech was very courteous and extremely helpful. He fix my laptop in no time and the cost was practically nothing. Much worry for nothing. I highly recommend this establishment. They now have a customer for life. Many thanks Abdul. read more

This is the place you want to go if your phone screen cracks and you have dark markings on the screen. They were the first to contact me back and they were very helpful. The price was unexpectedly reason compared to the other quotes I saw listed on other sites and they were fast! I was very worried I might have to buy a new phone because it was that damaged but it was repaired in less that 30 min and looked brand new. I'm very happy with this place and I highly recommend it read more

This place is great. I came in with my iPhone 6s which was cracked along the whole screen and Mohammed took my phone to the back and fixed the crack in around 10 minutes! Once he gave my phone back he waited until I checked everything, called and texted people to make sure everything worked. The best part was that they gave me a free tempered screen protector. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I had cracked the back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro. All of the shops in my area wanted to replace the entire rear frame of the phone with a non-Apple part. Cell N Comp used a laser to remove the broken glass and replaced it with genuine Apple glass leaving the original frame intact and costing a lot less. They even shipped it back to me in Wisconsin. Excellent work! read more

Cell N Comp Repairs is the best repair store in Chicago. Thy always honest with their work. I went to replace the screen and they gave the price. Later on they called and informed me that there is no screen issue. It's only connector issue and it will cost me more cheaper then replacemb of the screen. Highly recommend this place for any Samsung phone issue repair. read more

I brought in my computer for repairs and they didn't even properly fix it. What's more, they clearly have no pricing model at all as they quoted the initial repair around $80-90 and tried to charge me $220 at checkout. One of the guys was reasonable enough to bring the price down to $140, but come on! MY COMPUTER STILL ISN'T WORKING HOW I NEED IT TO. read more

I'm really happy with the quality and service of my Galaxy S3 screen repair. They kept me from wasting an upgrade since screen replacement is more expensive than the phone. The price was reasonable and the phone is working seamlessly. I'm really thankful that I found out about them. I will be bringing more of electronics here in the future. read more
