My first time here and I was not disappointed. Alice did my pedicure and I am extremely happy with it. I was a walk-in, but I did not feel rushed by Alice. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Complimentary drinks, always a plus. They have several brands of polishes, but limited OPI polishes. The other brands they offer have a rainbow of colors to choose from so it's a guarantee you will find one you like. I think they have 3 or 4 kinds of pedicures, starting at $25. I haven't had my nails done in years because I'm just never satisfied paying for a service only to be disappointed, have my cuticles bleeding, nail beds burning etc. However, I did my research before coming here and decided to give it a try! I have mixed feelings about this review because the nail tech did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She was really nice, very detail-oriented, and my nails turned out great. For her, I'd give more stars. Unfortunately, I won't go back to Cedar Park Nails because I just didn't get a good vibe about sanitation. One of the other techs was doing a manicure, and left the foil and cotton balls all over the floor when she was done. She never swept up the mess...just moved on to another customer. The chairs at the manicure stations are pretty beat up on the head rests; some of the faux leather is coming off, and they just put clear tape over it! It doesn't look good. The towels they used on my legs and feet were really ratty - tattered edges and stains. And when my tech was done with my service, she took the tools over to the sink, rinsed them off, and then tossed them in a big basket to the side. I'm not sure if that basket was going to be sanitized or not, but unfortunately, the bad impression had already been left, and that just cemented it. I shouldn't be left wondering if the tools will be sanitized. Sorry Cedar Park Nails. I wanted to like you, but I value cleanliness more. read more

Disclaimer: I have not been here in years. With that being said, I love love this place. I always had Paul do my nails. There is something to say for a man who can make me feel even prettier when I leave the shop! He takes his time and is very gentle when giving a mani or pedi. His pedicures last about 45 minutes in comparison to the 25 minutes at other shops. In the rare occasion that I choose to have false nails, I like them thin and rounded. Paul is very meticulous and I have yet to be let down. Keep up the good work!! read more

Definitely my favorite place to get a pedicure in Cedar Park! I'd even recommend driving in from Austin to check it out. I had one woman clip and shape my nails then a man do the acrylic and paint it self, i didn't mind the switch over. This was one of the worst nail experiences Ive had in 15 years in cedar park. The nails were horrible, they cut cuticles till they bled, nails were so thick, kept changing the prices, worst arm wax. I was on the hunt for a place to get a pedi on a day that I was doing a lil' shopping and found CPN!!! Long did such an awesome job that I will go back time and time again!!! I went back to get a fill on my nails (done by another salon) and this super fabulous girl named Ket did her magic on my nails. Now, when I say super fab I mean it, she did an awesome nail art to help my plain yellow tips that I had at the time into something worth showing off!!! For a Halloween look, she did a cool marble affect on my nails, even my honey complimented the nail job (guys don't normally notice these things). I will also say that everyone here is so great, and they are friendly and don't make you feel like other places (talking about you)! I will continue to go here for as long as I am here!!!! We have been to several nail salons in Cedar Park in search of the best pedicure. I routinely get gel pedicures. I have found that many salons are very inconsistent from one person to the next as to what they do (ie one would use the "cheese grater" one time I went, and the next time when I return and have someone different...no cheese grater! I must have the cheese grater!). I am happy and relieved to say that coming here, we have found OUR nail salon! Very nice people, offering red and white wine, and mimosas. Consistent each and every time. I get my cheese grater- YAYY! Another perk: they are not super busy!! I do make an appointment each time to be safe. I had to wait a while before I reviewed this place because I was so upset with them. While trying to kill time while my husband was in a meeting I Yelped the best places to get my nails done while in Cedar Park. This place had great reviews or the least bad reviews because we lady's are very passionate about a good or bad nail experience. Sat down in the chair and asked for a French Manicured Dip. Started scrolling Facebook on my phone not paying attention only to look down and see she had just ripped off all my real nails. She wasn't soaking them off instead she was using a fake nail to lift them which tore my real nails off with it. I expressed how upset I was and she didn't even apologize. A bit later she informed me she was sick and had to come into work anyway and that she wasn't having a good day. I rarely give bad reviews because it takes a lot to piss me off or upset me. I will never go back there again. When I pulled up I had doubts about the place but I try not to judge a book by its cover. Just don't waste your time here please go somewhere else. read more

I was not very please with this place at all. My first opinion of this place was that it was not clean and when they sat me down there were still nail clippings from the customer before. Even though the lady on my nails took her time she did a very poor job even after asking to fix certain things. I was the last customer in the shop and for some reason all the employees thought it was okay to take off their mask. They proceeded to ask me to pay even before the lady on my nails was finished. I called back the next day and explained that I was unhappy with my nails and wanted a full refund even if it meant taking them off.. they then said they couldn't offer a refund but I could come back and have someone else fix my nails. I went back and got them fixed to a somewhat decent job but my nails felt so heavy and even hurt a little (I got sns at first and they put acrylic over it). I would not recommend this place to anyone because of their poor work and poor customer service. read more

I came in on Saturday to get a gel mani and as of last night, Tuesday, the tips of my nails were already chipping off. Also the color I chose from your options did not match what ended up on my nails. For a gel mani to only last for a few days.....not good. Feel free to call me 512-636-5682. I have been here before, and I had a wonderful experience. However, I took someone with me and had a tragic experience. I had a pedicure, and the man who did it didn't speak english at all so he couldn't understand me. The foot bath had a liner, but I never saw them put a clean one on and the didn't replace it after they emptied it YUCK! The person I took had a pedicure, and she had a really bad experience. The lady didn't understand anything she said, either. She clipped her nails so short that there really wasn't any white part left. Then the person put plastic tips on, which is not what she had asked for. Also, the paint is separating from the cuticle.She simply wanted french tips with the paint on her real nails. The sink was not clean, and the manicure files were used and had obviously not been soaked in barbicide or anything like that. I am very disappointed. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but this is the only place I've had a bad experience getting my nails done. First of all, the owner and the staff working on me had a bit of an argument while she was doing my nails. On top of making it a very uncomfortable environment, she also stopped a number of times to deal with the boss, prolonging the experience. Then the paint on my nails bubbled, either from being too old or being put on too thick. So, the owner brought me over to her table to redo them, even angrier with the staff. This probably would have made up for the whole thing, except that she decided I needed more of my cuticles cut as well, and in her anger took a healthy chunk out of one of my fingers. While I left with smooth nails, it took a week for my finger to heal. read more

The past reviews before this date (November 2014) are outdated. Cedar Park Nails has new ownership as of 2014. The shop is clean, organized and offers many services. There are a lot of OPI colors to chose from and also many colors in shellac polish. Lynn does a great job on Acrylic, Gel and Shellac nails. Her team does wonderful pedicures. Tried this salon for a pedicure but do not plan to return. I am fairly certain my technician was new and that would normally be OK. However, she was extremely hesitant and slow. She cut my toe when clipping the cuticles and got the polish on the cuticles and edges of the nail and did not fix any of it. Was not impressed and will continue on my search for the best Cedar Park nail salon. read more

They were not busy until after I checked in. I asked for a basic pedi and to have a set of chelac put on. The pedi was alright, but the polish is splotchy, not satisfied at all. I was expecting a hand massage and my cuticles cut, that didn't happen. Tech was too rushed, I will not be attending this salon again. I went here the other day because I felt like treating myself. I really liked it. Lin did my nails. She was super sweet and did an awesome job! One thing I thought was really neat was this place didn't have a nail smell like EVERY other nail salon does. Which I was really surprised by. The other employees were really nice also. I went here a few months ago and Lori was absolutely amazing! The amount of care she takes with each step really sealed the deal for me. I tried to go again recently and they were closed on Sundays. I tried this place because the ones on Cypress Creek were all full and I because I had chipped a few nails working in the yard and was about to see a client, I couldn't wait an hour that the others were telling me. Well, I am so glad that happened! Lori is so nice, they were able to see me right away. She not only did the gel nails, but gave me a hand, arm, neck and shoulder massage! Oh! did I mention their prices are cheaper than the others, too? Their prices are cheaper than the others, too! Lori has been my go-to gal, but I recently had to go in unexpectedly and Yuri was able to help me. She did a fabulous job! I don't know anything about the others, but these two girls rock! I haven't tried any of their other services, either, but they all seem very nice, and I hear people scheduling next appointments when I'm there, so they must be satisfied as well. I don't think they're as busy as the others because they're not as visible, but they're every bit as good!! Price, service, and quality are all 5 Stars in my opinion.
