We're not 21 nor do I want to go backwards. I recently found a steal on a new pair of supportive shoes for work here that are a fraction of what I usually pay for at Scheels. They should be delivered within the week so I'll have to pop in for an update since my Yelp friend reported back for a poor online experience. I updated my Arizona Birks and I found the cutest pair of wedge sandals for my Summer dresses. I hadn't been here since I was in high-school looking for JA shoes and I'm glad I opened an email with a promo. I got a deal on all three pairs that I went back online and bought more shoes. I chose to pickup in store since I had to take care of some business at a bank nearby. The overall experience was okay. Both ladies working the counter were just okay. Neither were very welcoming, but not completely rude. I may opt out for an online experience to avoid these unnecessary encounters. The Deals are great. Sign up for their notifications. I still recommend checking it out but I find myself only going now for something specific and sometimes find it sometimes don't.

My daughter saw they carried a specific shoe in a specific color she wanted, so we came in. It was easy to navigate the store on our own, but we did need some help. Special thanks to Ravi! I hope I got his name right, but he went above and beyond to help us get sizes and found this specific shoe my daughter wanted. The display wasn't where it was supposed to be. He took great care of us and when service is that good; what's another pair of shoes. I love that Off Broadway gives shoes back to our local kids in need. You're able to donate at the register during checkout. I look forward to returning with my kids for winter shoes. Thank you Ravi for your help and superb customer service.

My mom was rushed out before she had even finished, and the employee/manager made insulting comments instead of simply asking us to wrap things up politely. There is a huge difference between reminding customers that you're closing and being rude to them. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. This experience completely ruined our impression of the business, and I hope management takes customer treatment more seriously in the future.

My youngest daughter needed to pick up shoes for nursing school, very specific shoes that they…read morerequire, and famous footwear had the best price. When we got there, they were closed for lunch and I was irritated. I just wanted to get it done with and go home, but we ended up having to go for lunch. I found out why they were closed for lunch though. They had one person working there. While it isn't a very busy store, it would sure make it easier for people to get what they need if the store didn't have to close because the one employee that was there needed to take her lunch. I would never begrudge somebody's right to take their lunch, but I don't think it was fair to her, that she was the only employee there. I get that finding employees is hard, but at the same time, I think more than one person should be working in the store. The lady that was working was really nice, and we were just there to pick up an online order, but when we were there, there were some other people that needed to pick up their online orders too. I'm giving it five stars, because the lady that was there was awesome! For the sake of any employee that is stuck there by themselves, I highly recommend that the company hire more people, because I couldn't imagine being the only employee in a multi customer situation like today. She handled it like a pro, but she shouldn't have had too.

One of my favorite features is the Walk of Presidents upstairs. The lifelike presidential statues are fascinating, and you can listen to each president's story as you stroll through history. Kids (and adults!) will also love the indoor Ferris wheel (only $1 a ride), the classic shooting gallery, arcade-style attractions, bowling, the candy shop, and the impressive aquarium. You could easily spend a couple of hours here even if you're not shopping. Don't miss the cafeteria if you get hungry. It's a great place to grab a bite, and while you're there, be sure to stop by the fudge counter. They offer free samples of their delicious homemade fudge, making it hard to leave without buying a piece or two! When it comes to shopping, they truly have something for everyone. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, sporting goods, camping gear, coolers, golf equipment, water toys, or just about anything for the outdoors, chances are you'll find it here. The selection is incredible. What really stands out is the customer service. Every employee I've encountered has been cheerful, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Located at Legends in Sparks, Scheels is one of my favorite places to browse, shop, and spend an afternoon. Whether you're shopping, exploring, or just looking for a fun family outing, this place has something for everyone!

They're overpriced, especially on non-sale items on almost everything. I stumbled here in the very rare circumstance I needed something before Amazon could deliver it -- a snorkel set before leaving for Hawaii the next day. I was blown away what was inside. A full size Ferris wheel? Shooting Gallery? Cafe? Candy Store? On and On. While not nearly as impressive as the Bass Pros headquarters store in Springfield MO, for those in Reno locals/visitors, it's worth a visit just to see the place, especially when super cold or hot out. Liberal's (REI folk) might find some of the stuff amusing (the premium gun collection and the huge safe assortment come to mind.) I'd give about 30 minutes to wander around. Longer if you actually want to shop or actually do some of the activities.

If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store.
