My go-to lunchtime place on Friday. The service is a 10/10, food 10/10, quality 10/10. Ibwill always return if the customer service is exceptional. I order a kid's meal for a lighter serving size. Brown Rice, chips with roasted pepper hummus, half of a pita with chicken an 2 toppings(I add tomatoes and cucumbers) and add avocado (which is extra) balsamic date vinagarette plus a mini drink.

First time at any Cava. Food is delicious and easy for people who must eat gluten free, the service and food are excellent and the staff was happy to accommodate my need for gluten free. The place is clean and bright and the staff happy and friendly. Great experience!

I ordered pickup, first they forgot my side of hummus and pita, and then when I got home I found there was no greens in my bowl.

This came out okay and not as refreshing as the past stuff I have had. For 4.99 and leftovers, not too shabby. I probably got on the Cava TooGoodToGo train on day one as there were all these Cavas that popped at once with 4 orders available each. I could only order 1 order and I understand why . Maybe a bowl and something else would have been super nice. Not too bad but definitely should not charge more than they do. Clean store and friendly staff. I could tell I was their first order because they thought I was DoorDash and another employee had to take my order instead to realize these are prepaid. I also knew that I could click 11 min and 35 seconds ahead of time because app let me click collect earlier. Some places don't let you take earlier and purposely block off.

I love Cava but I feel like this location didn't fill up my bowl as much as other locations. It was half the size of the bowl.

Just had my daughter pick up my bowl at the Ellis Preserve location and received this. Kind of embarrassing to serve someone this with nothing in it ... right? Seems like the right choice is to avoid this location. Just threw the order away.

The worst excuse for a lamb pita sandwich I've ever had. Inedible. Going in the trash now.

He and my wife talked and she ended up with hummus with mushrooms, slaw and cucumber slices while I had the chicken Shawarma sandwich. Both were delicious and the portions were large enough we made 2 meals out of the food. I asked for a drink with a cup of ice cream- they don't have ice cream- so he left the restaurant and came back with a cup of ice. They couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable. My spouse takes to the chef about the ingredients in the slaw and hummus and was very pleasantly surprised that there is no mayo in the restaurant and no oils in the hummus. Everything is made fresh. Prices were appropriate. We will be back!

The grilled beef was good at first, but then when it cooled, it tasted really dry, almost even rubbery. Even though the hummus surrounding it was flavorful, it was tough to eat. You have to lowkey walk through the kitchen to get to the single bathroom which is interesting.

After being shown to our table and waiting for a server, we were eventually greeted with, "Did anyone take your order?" Not a great start but at least someone came over. We ordered a beet salad to share along with a spicy carbonara, a crab penne pasta, and a rigatoni bolognese. The salad, which we ordered without the candied almonds, was delicious with its limoncello vinaigrette and goat cheese. My daughter liked the spicy carbonara and said it wasn't overly spicy. I loved the crab penne pasta. It was creamy and full of crab, and the pesto/basil made it a unique dish. The rigatoni was good but could have been more substantial. During dinner, we asked for cheese which never made it to our table. Also, the background music was too loud and out of sync for a relaxing dining experience. Fortunately, our server brought over two complimentary desserts to make up for the lack of cheese which was kind of her. The cheese cake was exceptional, and we saved the cannolis for another day. Overall, a positive dining experience with some interesting Italian dishes in a sophisticated environment.

Service was attentive although funny in that our server would ask us how our next dish was immediately after it had been placed in front of us and before we had a bite. It happened three times! So maybe not quite as attentive come to think of it. We both ordered from the prix fixe menu (sharing the appetizers) which is a good deal, and I don't remember so many items involving an upcharge so that's new to me. - fried calamari - 4/5, very good, nice aioli dipping sauce, breading was consistent and not too heavy, light tasting and delicious - greek salad - 4/5, I usually love this and it was still delicious and fresh but I noticed that 1) they've changed the name so it's no longer called horiatiki, and 2) we had a very small piece of feta with the salad whereas in the past the ratio of feta to the tomatoes, green peppers, red onions, cucumbers has been more even. And now there's a $6 supplement charge for this appetizer which seems like A LOT for a salad. Next time I might skip this because of the upcharge - lavraki - 5/5, this light white fish is just the right amount of flavor and portion and my go to choice when I go to Estia. Also a $6 upcharge but this seemed more worth it - baklava - 5*/5, also a $2 upcharge but worth it as these four pieces of cylindrical baklava, while a little difficult to eat (use your hand? try to cut a cylinder with a fork?) it is an excellent baklava We went at 5pm before it got too busy and were seated away from the bar so we were able to have a quiet conversation but as the restaurant filled it definitely got noisier and I would not want to be seated near the bar. They do have a lovely outdoor area at the front and side of the restaurant so we could have sat outside since last night was quite mild in weather. One downside of the prix fixe is no zucchini and eggplant chips which are my favorite, and I didn't want to order that on top of the appetizer, entree, and dessert. Next time!

I was celebrating my birthday a few days early. There was plenty of parking available. The hosts at the front desk and our waitress/wait staff were all very, very kind. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone here. The interior is decorated beautifully. The restaurant provides complimentary hummus with sliced bread or pita bread. We chose the pita bread. The hummus was delightful. Super creamy and flavorful. I ordered the Dionysius cocktail which was quite refreshing and light. I was in the mood for a carbonated drink and this was perfect. The Estia Chips are a MUST, especially if you're a zucchini and eggplant fan. These little half moons were fried to perfection and come with a side of tzatziki. I was sad when we finished them. Their tuna is cooked rare (it's reflected on the menu as such) but oh so yummy. I was expecting a steak, but instead, squared pieces of tuna wrapped around sautéed spinach were served to me. Highly suggest this! One thing about me is I always leave room for dessert, and I was with my fiancé who loves cheesecake so we asked for that. The pistachio crust was excellent. I had never tasted anything like this before. It was my first time having Greek food, but it definitely won't be my last!

It's authentic, comforting, and alive with culture. The food? Unreal. Their **homemade bread** sets the tone -- rustic, fresh, and full of that old-world character. The service was very good: attentive and friendly. The ambiance is similar to Not Your Average Joe's in Ardmore with the upstairs/balcony seating and downstairs and big screen TV showing sports, but much noisier, especially as the upstairs also was filled with guests. By the time we left at 7:45pm after a 6:45pm reservation, it was loud enough that we had to fairly shout at each other to continue our conversation. The food was okay, except the salad which was excellent, but not worth returning for just the salad. - beet salad - 4.5/5, plentiful small diced red and yellow beets, avocado, arugula, a light dressing and burrato with crushed pistachios. a very solid starter salad and the server kindly split a large order into two small plates for us to share - fried calamari - 3/5, having just eaten at Estia last night which has a very good fried calamari, this one was not breaded as consistently and some of the pieces were a tad on the large side for a reasonable bite and too chewy to be cut with the fork or knife. - penne puttanesca - 3/5, my husband ordered this and while he not a self-proclaimed foodie, for him to say it was just okay means it was really just okay - linguine vongole - 3/5, points for the very plentiful offering of clams, i counted probably 20 generously sized clams (sometimes you get miniscule clams with this dish), but overall the sauce was too salty and there's not much you can do to fix that, and the linguine was a bit overcooked, definitely not even close to al dente We skipped dessert as by that point our ears were starting to ring with the high decibels coming from around us on the balcony and the floor below. It looked like a lot of people were having a good time so maybe it's just not for us.
