I was just passing through the town on a business trip and decided to see if all the hype about Cava was worth the effort. Mind you... I was having a terrible day being on the road all day I was H-angry with a Capital H! I was completely taken off guard as I walk into the building and the first thing I get is an extremely warm greeting, "Hey, how are you feeling today?" I wanted to be angry just because I was hungry!! But.. how can someone be angry at a person who immediately asks about their wellbeing!! I admitted to the guy helping me that I wasn't having a great day. His next response threw me through the loop again; "Whelp.. your here now and we are going to change how your day is going." He proceeded to guide me through the entire process as it was my first time laughing and smiling the entire time! Finally, he said the meal and drink was free today and he hoped that my day continued to get better from there. I walked out smiling and laughing because I've never been treated with such kindness at an establishment like this before. I never leave comments online but this was mandatory. Today I had the absolute pleasure of stopping by this Cava on a whim just because the reviews were so good. It is without question worth the trip. The reviews if anything don't do this location justice. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted immediately by a friendly warm server. It was my first time at a cava and Joe explained the entire menu from start to finish. He was extremely patient and made the experience phenomenal. Rarely do you go into a place and get such service. The food was outstanding. The flavors still are in my mouth and the pita chips will exist in my dreams forever. The dining room impeccably clean; INCLUDING the bathrooms! I can't say enough good things about Cava and their amazing team! The other day, my Uber Eats delivery was completely messed up, so I called to explain the issue. They were so understanding and kind, immediately offering to make it right. They gave me the option to come in and get a free meal or receive a refund. I've been going to this Cava ever since it opened because it is right down the road from my school. During the school year I'm probably there twice a week because it is a very healthy and convenient option after sports practice. Alexander has been helping me out for the past year and a half, and I couldn't be more thankful for him. He's always there with a smile every time you come in, and he never ceases to make you laugh with a funny joke. She's consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely makes each visit feel personal. Sierra always remembers my usual order, but still checks in to see if I want to try something new. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and kindness set the tone for the whole experience. It's rare to find someone who brings that kind of joy to their work and to the people around them. I love CAVA, the food and the variety. (The only downer is the size of the lentils. They were bigger now they look like ants.) Being able to create my own bowl or pita is a win win in my book. The food is always fresh and if you want hot chips, they never hesitate to make you a fresh batch. The atmosphere is always clean and the staff amazing.
