I went to Cava for the first time today and had an enjoyable experience. There are lots of fresh, healthy options and I appreciated the large selection of vegetarian ingredients to add to your bowl. For about $10, the greens and grains bowl is a generous portion and fills you up without weighing you down with junk food. The service was prompt and courteous. They have multiple options of fresh lettuce and other greens, hummus, protein and various healthy, unique fresh brewed cold beverages & teas. All food and drinks are clearly labeled with calorie content. Pictured is the mini pita. It's a perfect lunch portion and, depending on options, is 350-500 calories. Like chipotle? Enjoy Qdoba? Then you'll love CAVA! It's a chain food joint that's very similar to chipotle and Qdoba but not only does it tastes better, but it's a ton healthier for you! Similar to chipotle and Qdoba, it's a assembly line type of ordering station. You walk up, get the bowl and given the choice of many different vegetables followed by few choices of grain. Then you have your protein station which there's over 5 different protein choices to choose from, my favorite being the spicy lamb meatball. Then you have the toppings such as tomatoes, olive, hummus, lettuce, etc, followed by the sauce station. You can even get an optional pita bread with the bowl. The food is amazing the only down side is it's a bit more expensive than chipotle or Qdoba. Just a bowl costs me about $11. Some proteins are extra charge too and sometimes you aren't told that. Overall the food is amazing, plenty of seating, very clean, ample parking space. Great place for a quick healthy meal or take out. Please give this place a try! read more

There's a pretty decent variety of food and the ingredient quality makes the price of admission worthwhile. Might have given a higher rating but when I took advantage of online ordering and I ordered a tomato soup. When I picked it up and looked at the soup it was some sort of vegetable lentil. I thought maybe I just got the wrong soup but go up to the counter and find out they just randomly switch soup seasonally and since the online always doesn't represent what each store has they just take it upon themselves to switch the soup. Online ordering was easy and this is fresh food but not sure if I would trust ordering online again. Manager did offer to refund, because they only have one soup. But I just ate it. Wasn't my favorite, but ok. The mixed salad and grains was good but the Greek salad dressing is super strong salty. Thankfully I asked for it on the side and just drizzled it on.
