I ordered online to pick up and usually my order is correct but this last time I went they messed it up. I drove 15 minutes from my job to go pick up there and when I got back I realized my meal was not correct. I was missing the proteins. I called the store and the first time they hung up on me. They didn't really seem to care. It's very upsetting I paid a full price for my meal but did not receive my full order. I highly doubt I'll go back to this location. read more

Addicted to Cava!!! We've lived in the area for over 10years and Zoe's kitchen was one of our regular lunch spots. When Cava took over the space I doubted it at first but I saw some of the same employees (Jasper) at Cava who also had worked for Zoe's. And I knew that was a good sign! Jasper is amazing. He is so friendly and thoughtful and runs this location in a meticulous way. I love allllll the dips and sauces and I love being able to create new dishes by building my own selection of ingredients. The roasted sweet potatoes are my most favorite as well as the Cucumber Mint drink. I recently learned they make all the drinks in house and it is obvious how much time and quality ingredients go into the drinks...so much flavor,healthier and my kids love it too! The dining area is always clean and tidy.....and there's outdoor seating as well. We love Cava!!! read more

This replaced Zoe's (which I thoroughly enjoyed) and I've never heard or had it before. I was pleasantly surprised. They have some menu items to choose from or you can build your own pita/bowl. The harissa avocado was my intro bowl and it was delish. I've since then just make my own bowls and have moved onto the braised lamb. Every time I come, I'm greeted by the employees and we have pleasant small talk as they take my order. That aside, the place is kept clean and has tables outside too if the weather is nice enough. Parking is a bit tough as there are other eateries close-by, but I usually park in the extra spaces in the back which is easier than waiting on a closer spot. read more

Honestly for a fast causal restaurant it's flavor is a 6 out of 10. The main problems with are portions. I got that lamb and wasn't told it was a $2 charge up and they only gave me 4 small meatballs. A bowl and wrap with a small drink ended up being $30. They also didn't even give me an option to tip their employees. I would also recommend eating at the store for the best flavor. If you do take out even if you live 3 minutes away the whole thing will be cold. read more

This is a great lunch spot for anyone who's looking for fast quality Mediterranean food. It does get a bit busy during typical lunch hours so don't be discouraged if you see a long line! The staff is super friendly and are able to suggest the best dishes if it is your first time. You can build or choose off the menu. Service is terrible literally walked in with my daughter and as I'm telling "Bryce" the employee behind the counter what to specifically put in my bowl he makes a comment about how much greens I'm putting in it as if it's any of his business. Usually when I get a bowl from here it's too much for me to finish All together so I split it with my daughter. The rude and slight remarks were unacceptable! I get under the circumstances of the week, you need to make changes, but don't charge us the full price if we are gonna get half the serving. I usually have lunch for the next day. Ingredients are always fresh, healthy and delicious, and they cheerfully add on whatever you like. We've been going at least once a week for at least a year, but prices did go up within the past couple of months which makes it harder to eat there regularly. read more

I've heard many great things about CAVA, so I needed a quick meal and decided to try it out. DELICIOUS! I took the risk and assembled my own pita wrap and it was amazing! I don't think you can go wrong with any of their ingredients. Be aware though, the olives will be a bit salty. Overall, great food! I am only giving 4 stars because the employees really need to communicate better with the customers. They will have the to go orders up front and not in the pick up section. Make sure you ask for your pick up order, also you can only order online or in person. Give it a try even if you don't like Mediterranean food, you will find ingredients to fit your taste. Went to this restaurant during lunchtime hours. It was empty in the beginning but was busy in next 10. I ordered their Greek chicken pita. It was good in taste and the service was great. I think the portion is bit small. read more

I went in 10 mins before they closed and they greeted me with a smile. The staff helped me create my entree since it was my first time. My friends have had nothing but good things to say about CAVA so I had to try it out. Not many healthy places open late so I appreciate their late hours. I tried the red pepper hummus, eggplant, braised lamb and honey harissa chicken along with some other toppings. Good portion size. Quality of food was very good and everything was delicious. Will definitely go back again to try more things on the menu. read more

Giving five stars for the great customer service my husband and I got at this place. I wish I could remember the guy's name, but he was working at 4:30pm on Nov 26 and his name tag said guest experience manager. Anyway, he was fantastic! Very personable and knowledgeable. He knew all the answers when I asked about ingredients and that helped me a lot. And he just had a great attitude and gave us a pleasant experience. Great job! I chose the spicy lamb meatballs and grain combo. It's alright but they try to rip you off on the protein portions. A bowl full of vegetables, rice, and two small meatballs costs a little over $13. Zoey's was more reasonably priced and doubt I'll come back to this location. The little girl working the register with brown hair and glasses needs to check her attitude at the door. She was being snotty to the lady in front of me that asked for plastic silverware to go with her bowl. Don't work in the service industry if you don't want to deal with people. read more

I felt stereotyped by the cashier today. I asked for water but he suggested I try one of their juices but I politely declined and said I felt dehydrated and his response was "oh, I'm not even going to ask why." I just smiled but then he proceeded to ask me "well I can only imagine. did you go the Bad Bunny concert last night?" and I politely smiled and said "no, I don't have that kind of energy and not my thing." Cashier knew he dropped the ball and said "well one of the guys in our kitchen went and he showed up to work looking you know." No, I don't know! Not that it matters but I was on my lunch break and had casual business attire. If I looked like anything at all it was tired! From work and class in the evening. I was dehydrated because of coffee sir! Food wasn't memorable enough for me to rate because the cashier took the taste right out of it with his ignorance and lack of social skills.
