I don't know who is doing the hiring here, but the staff sucks. I've ordered here twice now through Uber eats and both times my order has been wrong. It's not like it's one or two things, the whole order is just wrong. Tonight I was missing the pita crisps, eggplant dip, falafel, corn, dressing, pita bread and the brownie I ordered. I mean come on, how difficult can it be to read an order and make it. And this has happened TWO TIMES now. Truly just unacceptable. Find some help that can actually do their jobs. read more

We love Cava, it's so delicious. We always get harissa chicken in our greens & grains bowls. This one gets busy so the line is long if you go during prime time, but the workers are great. The store itself has plenty of seating & at a convenient location! read more

Our family loves Cava. However this location, Frisco, Tx - Main Street could use improved management. We look to lack of training of staff when there are issues. Multiple times they are 15-20 minutes delayed in opening. Staff aren't friendly nor knowledgeable and are extremely slow. Please train your staff to have at least average service and open on time. We ordered a family pack and extra pitas. Honestly. I loved Zoe's, so was sad when they went out of business. But, excited for a similar type restaurant. First. I was very disappointed in the hummus, it tasted just like the store bought kind and really lacked the homemade creaminess Zoe's had perfected. The Rice was dry and the chicken was only okay. It gets points for clean presentation and quality looking ingredients. The sauces were where they shined, all we delicious. This location is forever out of some key ingredient....when they are out there will be a sign or they will replace a higher priced product like Right Rice with something less expensive . I ordered a falafel pita online for pickup at the Frisco, Texas Custer Star location at noon on 10/16/21. When I opened the wrap, I noticed that about half of the outside of the pita was soaked in sauce. When I took a bite it was mostly sauce and no falafel. Believing they left the falafel out by mistake, I opened the pita wrap and saw mostly sauce. It was drenched in sauce, and with cold pre-made falafel (I counted 3) about the size of a nickel. I couldn't eat it, so threw in the trash. $10. read more

It is a different restaurant with a different menu. It kind of reminds me of flower child - wholesome, healthy, flavorful food. I will definitely be a regular. I had heard great things about Cava. There's one in Legacy West so when I saw it would be right down the street from me, I was excited to try them out. Cava is like Zoe's with a Chipotle vibe. I ordered the lemon chicken bowl and it come with free naan bread. The server was friendly and everything looked good. I got home 3 minutes later and my food was cold, not warm, but cold. The rice was dried out and clumped together, the chicken she gave me was chicken sitting on the opposite counter, not from the warmer. My naan was cold although that V was in the warmer. I am concerned that they are not making sure the food is kept at the proper temps for safety reasons. While I did warm my food, I couldn't enjoy it. Maybe I'll try another location to experience what I've been told about it. read more

Alright folks, we're giving cava another chance. I'm here again after placing another online order. Not one person in line. It seems like the workers are sloths as they are moving at turtle like speeds to make our order. Then after making my meal, they were going to pause and not make my wife's meal until later while I sat and watched. New cava location in Frisco! Came for the soft opening. Got a salad, but you can mix it up with grains too. Love the lemon herb dressing and tzaziki. You can get 3 spreads and all toppings (except avocado) for free. If you've never been to cava it's like the chipotle of mediterranean food. Great fast service as always. Such a terrible and messy location. The bins were pretty much empty, food was all over the place and mixed in with the other sides. I found olives in my food which I have a severe allergic reaction to them, and to top it off the staff were so unfriendly. The Legacy West location is the best location to drive. read more

At some Cava locations they'll skimp, but not here. This is also the location that is the cleanest and has the consistently shortest lines of the three Cavas I've visited. It's a good amount of food for the price- I usually don't finish a whole bowl in one sitting and get a meal and a snack for later. Of course, if you start adding on stuff like avocado or lamb or extra meat, the price jumps, but if you keep it simple you can get some good nutrition for the same amount you'd spend at a fast food restaurant. I usually just opt for a green + grain bowl with grilled chicken, but occasionally I'll splurge and get the braised lamb, which is delicious. read more
