Impressive! First time here and I would order this food to be dropped off at my work daily! The chicken kabobs were super moist and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. I would order those again! The hummus is really good and it comes with plenty of sliced pita bread for dipping. Another really fresh food. I ordered the Greek cabbage salad which is sliced red cabbage in a vinaigrette dressing. So yummy. I also got a container of tzatziki sauce for the chicken in the side. The Greek yogurt is delicious. I've come here a handful of times and the wait is usually a bit long. I had a really nice experience with Erika who helped me this week. Very sweet and helpful. I do feel that portion sizes aren't that big for the price. I usually build my own plate and there's an up charge for a lot of items. Small portions for the koobeedeh but you'll get a bucket of gyro meat if you order that. If I'm being up charged for a protein and every other sauce, I'd like it to be a decent potion size. Personally, I love the Southlake location and it's how I fell in love with Luna Grill. I'm a sucker for Greek food but I usually only come here when I'm in a pinch and in the area. read more

Great food, amazing atmosphere, somewhat slow service. I ordered the gyro plate and my partner ordered the bistro filet steak plate. Both plates were reasonably priced and the bistro steak was even better than we expected. My chosen sides of the modern Greek salad and harissa hummus were delicious. The atmosphere is awesome, everything is white or blue and it feels very clean and bright, just like the food. Our only issue is that the service was pretty slow, it took like 20-25 minutes for our food to come out, but they had a lot of delivery orders to fulfill, so that could have caused it. read more

Its been almost six years since I ate at a Luna Grill and to say I was impressed would not be enough! From ordering to leaving the staff and food were wonderful! I ordered the chicken Cupertino bowl with a side of their cilantro lime sauce. I waited a little bit for my food, but it was worth it as it came out pipping hot. Partner and I came tonight for a date night and had a pleasant experience. Staff were kind and helpful, though the food took almost 30 min to come out. It was a Friday night with seemingly lots of to go orders though, so less of a big deal. I got the beef plate with the Caesar (an up charge) and rice with the garlic feta sauce and a Mexican coke. The steak was quite good and fills you up more than you think. I really liked both the salad dressing and the sauce I received. The rice itself was nothing particularly special. My partner really liked his hummus but the gyro meat he had was nothing particularly good or amazing. Overall we enjoyed our meals here and would return, though I lean towards going somewhere like Olive Root in the colony for value for money. Note also that it's quite a small place. Luna Grill is great! They have such a huge variety of dishes (wraps, salads, bowls) - and all are customizable with the protein that is best for you! I LOVED their garlic feta sauce and cilantro sauce. Definitely a healthy spot and the wait is fairly short. I also enjoyed their agua frescas, both the hibiscus and mango. -1 star because the restaurant was a little dirty, with food on the floors and tables. Service was good though, friendly cashiers, and pickup orders are organized well. Recommend and will be back! read more

Don't be a quitter- you'll get a table. The people who work here are excellent and welcoming. The food is outstanding. Everything we've tried over several visits so far has been superb. Fresh. My family of 5 including young children all love Luna Grill in Plano. The food is consistently fresh and the right temperature. There are many healthy options and a variety of protein options. We are especially fond of their rewards program and the kids eat free Mon-Thur that you access through the app. Bryce & Maria were running the store well the last couple of times we have been in and expect the same great service on future visits. I've been here twice and had a consistently very good experience both times. While there are plenty of things to order, I like the simple main plate meal: choose a meat (chicken beef etc.), a sauce (tahini, garlic feta, and others), 2 sides (options include hummus, several other options and several kinds of salad). The food has been very good without exception, for example: - generally solid: hummus, tahini, pita, Greek salad -falafel is the way I like it: not dry, not burnt, tasted very good - and I'm happy to say I'm pretty sure there is no cilantro - I really like the garlic/feta dressing Service was very good and friendly both times. It's important to me that a restaurant takes seriously my request to ensure that the evil hell-spice (cilantro) makes no appearance, and they've done that well and told me which items do have it. Really like their chicken and gyro combo plate! Portion is generous and it's a nicer (but still casual) new spot in the area. They cook their chicken perfectly so it is nice and juicy. They did forget my gyro once (didn't notice until I got home), so I called to see if I could get a partial refund. Instead, they offered to give me my next order on them, so I took them up on that! Just went to the grand opening of the new Luna grill today in Plano, Tx. Luna grill has always been one of my favorite restaurants for their food and service. Upon arrival the friendly staff greeted myself and my fiance. We ordered the chicken kebob and the koobideh kebob plate with fries and a salad. They also had added a great variety of new sauces that go great with your meal. My personal favorites were the creamy cilantro, Schug, and their Taziki sauce. We also met our favorite general manager Maria who we had met at the Walnut Hill location before and had told us about this new location opening up soon in Plano, Tx and we have been looking forward to it ever since. The place definitely did not disappoint as far as food, service, and overall ambience and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location. read more

Simply stated: the food was superior. It was a notch or two above some other Greek/Medetteranialn type places that I've tried and that I have been frequenting lately. Every component of my Santorini bowl tasted "special" and like care was taken. Nothing felt like an afterthought. I didn't want to mix the ingredients because individually they all tasted awesome... even the white rice. The chicken had an amazing flavor. The hummus was well above average. I work close by so I have been here at least a dozen time and food is always good except for one time. On that day, I ordered to go and found out that the order was missing a protein add-on after I got home. The food was also overcooked and was very dissappointing overall. I called back and the restaurant offered to comp my dish that was missing the add-on on my next visit. Ended up coming back the next day where they made good on the promise, food was also much better as well. Service was pretty decent considering they were also working on a large catering order. It was $54 for both of our bowls together which we found to be pretty pricey.
