CAVA never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the restaurant is always clean. A great place for a healthy, delicious meal. Highly recommend! read more

I love Cava because the options are endless, and you can customize your bowl to your heart's desire - all while being fairly healthy. I normally choose a greens + grain bowl and then switch up the protein depending on what I'm craving that day. My go-to options are typically the steak + harissa, the spicy lamb, or the harissa chicken. I love that there's a wide variety of toppings and veggies to choose from, along with all the sauces! During my last visit here, however, they ran out of their signature garlic and tzatziki sauces, which was a bummer because those two sauces elevate the food here! I also love their cucumber mint lime drink and how refreshing it is. Overall, a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner without breaking the bank or your waistline. read more

CAVA - Steak + Harissa bowl - Mediterranean Near Me - Plano, Texas

I had to see what all the social media hype was about so decided to give it a try. I arrived was greeted as soon as I walked in and decided to build my own grains bowl. The young lady was very patient with me as I had questions about the menu and dressings and she made great suggestions. I absolutely loved the harissa chicken along with the crazy feta, peta chips, harissa , balsamic date vinaigrette and the lemonade. The portions were just enough and I liked my food so much I ordered it for delivery the very next day. read more

Mediterranean Chipotle, and I'm not mad about it CAVA is basically what happens when you mash up Mediterranean food with a build-your-own bowl assembly line. The food is fresh, flavorful, and full of enough toppings that you'll spend half your time panicking about whether to get harissa honey chicken or falafel. Spoiler: both are good, and the dips/sauces carry the whole operation. Service is generally quick, though it depends on the line. The staff can either move at lightning speed or give you the vibe that they regret every life decision that brought them behind that counter. Ambiance is standard fast casual - clean enough, bright enough, and filled with people who look like they're pretending this is their personality. It's not life-changing, but it's consistently solid and way better than most quick lunch options. Plus, you can convince yourself you're eating "healthy" even though you just dumped half a tub of Crazy Feta on your rice bowl. Would recommend if you want flavor, variety, and to feel like you briefly live in a city cooler than the one you're actually in. read more

I stopped by Cava and went with the make your own bowl, which ended up being a great choice. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and the combination of ingredients made for a really flavorful and satisfying meal. The space has a clean, modern vibe that makes it a comfortable place to grab a quick bite. The staff moved the line efficiently while still being friendly and helpful with the options. Overall, it's a great spot when you want something healthy, fresh, and delicious. Legacy West has tons of food options but this is a great spot if you want quick, healthy, filling food! read more

CAVA - Built my own Greens + Grains Bowl, blueberry lavender drink and the new Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips - Mediterranean Near Me - Plano, Texas

Delicious, no matter what you order! Like a Chipotle of Mediterranean food. Wraps or bowls, great sauces and bases.

Placed an order that was set to be ready by 3:15pm for my lunch break. We walked in and the workers were standing around doing nothing while actively ignoring our order. Tried to get the attention of the workers multiple times but were ignored as the store got busy. We had to get in line to tell them we had an order. Only then did they make it with a bad attitude. Will not be returning. read more

Good healthy food. Employees could be more polite. Portions are small. They have unsweetened tea but no sweeteners of any kind.

Poor customer service - staff did not greet, the guy in the front was arguing with the customer in front of me? Seems like they knew each other and were having a personal conversation. Fryer was broken so no falafel available, someone else had to come check me out and she did not bag my food or ask what else I needed to when I was waiting on help she just said "have a good day" instead of "how can I help". Very interesting experience. read more

I love it here. They're always so nice and the food 10 out of 10. I wish all cavas were like this one

Had the pleasure to dine and shop and stop by Cava at Legacy West. The employees that work there are just as amazing as the food they prepare. The vibe inside is good the music isn't too loud and, you can always have the choice of indoor or outdoor seating. I'm grateful for the woman who prepared my harissa bowl today. I inquired about the lentils and.what they tasted like," she offered me a sample " I now learned I dontimg the lentils however just not in that particular bowl. But if you are in the area come in , let the employees offer their amazing service and get you together with a bowl of something else. read more

I've placed multiple orders through UberEats and your website, and every time my spicy lamb meatballs are missing. On my most recent order, I even paid for extra protein and still received none--there were literally no meatballs in the dish. The food itself is good, but it's frustrating to keep paying for something I'm not getting. Please make sure orders are checked more carefully. read more

I love all their allergen friendly options/vegan options. All ingredients are posted so you know what the sauces and spices consist of. Portions here were average. Kids meal is pretty decent size for a kid and could also prob feed an adult. Parking sucks since it's in legacy west, but def would go back if I'm in the area. I've heard so much about cava and couldn't wait to give it a try so on a recent night in Plano I decided to give it a try. It's set up like many line serving restaurants but they offer "healthier" options. I got one of their select bowls that included a lot of delicious add ins. They were out of chicken so I subbed the lamb meatbals which were dry and lacked flavor. The entire salad was tasty especially when all the ingredients were combined. I think for a salad bowl joint it's a bit pricey but overall satisfying. ctions More read more

Downright awful experience, the place is dirty and servers are rude. Don't even think about coming in to pick up your take out order if you are carrying a small dog in your hands whose feet never touch the floor. You will be rudely told to leave and to pay attention to the signs on the door that says no dogs allowed. Be prepared to be yelled at as you're leaving as if yelling in your face wasn't enough. Totally don't go to this location- other locations have been great! read more

I came here about 3 months ago for a mobile pickup order and had a terrible experience. The portion they gave me was unreal and unfair for the price. It was less than half of the bowl for $12! I will never be coming back to this location. It's the second time I have a bad experience and there won't be a third. They really need to improve on the portions and customer service. read more

This is our 2nd issue with this place in the last two months. The first time we ordered it was $58 for my wife and my two bowls and they only delivered one bowl & wouldn't give us a refund just simply said I could come in and get a bowl. Tonight we decided to give it another try, my bowl was $28 I ordered double steak. When I tell you I've got 7 pieces of steak and the tiniest bowl you could imagine. This is utterly ridiculous. Anytime I've ever gone to any other cava my bowl is full and for some reason this location is just absolutely awful. I feel like I've been stolen from at this point. They need to clean house at this location whoever is making the to-go orders clearly needs to be re-trained. read more

Cristian was very helpful for my first visit aswell as Queen helping me pick out my delicious bowl. Would absolutely come visit!

We walked into the Shops at Legacy Cava at 12:30 on a Saturday and were surprised it was so empty. We got in line behind three guys who looked impatient and quickly left looking defeated. We noticed that no one was behind the counter - not a soul. The grill was sizzling unattended and we stood there wondering if someone had passed out in the back or something. Just when I was considering launching a search and rescue effort, a gal emerged from the back. Her vacant and emotionless eyes were unapologetic for her absence. In fact, she said zero words and just stared at us. We began to order a kids meal for my son, but I've never had a kids meal at Cava so I asked what it came with. With no words, she slowly handed me a card that had some kind of equation of ingredients on it. I was looking for a basic "one meat, two sides and a drink" response but instead I got the awkward stare. My husband looked at me as I tried to decipher this card. He said, let's just leave. We said nevermind and walked over to True Food where our waiter was a very pleasant 20yo (so there is hope for this generation!). I hadn't encountered a gen-z stare before quite like this... but it seemed as if she was an NPC and was as lifeless and as unfriendly as you could possibly imagine. Also, where was everyone else? read more

I absolutely love coming here! Not going to lie, I was pretty bummed when I heard they were doing away with Zoe's Kitchen and replacing some with Cava, but after giving it a try, Zoe WHO!? My first time visiting, I was in a bit of a rush, so I ordered online for in store pick up. I wasn't super happy about having to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving before my food was ready, but when I got home to eat my food, it was so good, I couldn't even be mad. The bowls are sooo good! I've had it a few times a few different ways (with rice/greens, and without, with and without the roasted vegetables, with the harissa honey chicken & with the regular chicken). Each time it was delicious and super filling without being overtly heavy (gotta love Mediterranean food!) I've heard the spicy lamb is really good too. Oh and also, try the pita chips with the red pepper hummus. You won't be disappointed!! read more

we came in with a group of 25 kids and the staff was super accommodating and got everything done very efficiently. great experience.

Koby gave us a 10/10 CAVA experience. Bonus points for his name. We appreciated his customer service and the food as always was fire.

Absolutely rude, refused to allow us to use the bathroom 30 minutes before they closed because they were 'closed'. Don't come here!!

Ordering here is super simple; there are 4 chef-curated bowls to choose from or you can customize your own bowl. I came with my family and we each built our own bowls, and the staff were super friendly and patient with us and looked up what dressings/toppings were vegan. There are so many options for healthy greens, grains, protein, veggies, and sauces, and you can always customize things half and half! Only tip would be if you're looking for more volume, I would NOT get the falafels or meatballs because they are small, and they only give you 4 (or a measly 2 if you do half the serving) for the entire bowl. Otherwise, mine tasted great, and the rest of my family enjoyed their meal! read more

I love cava and this location is just as good as all the other locations. I love all of the topping options and everything is always fresh.

This a great spot if you're in the mood for Mediterranean, something fresh, and if you enjoy the Legacy West vibe. Cava is a chain with coastal locations in the Northeast, West Coast, and 2 locations in the DFW area. (Dallas and in Plano) Ordering for takeout was easy through their website. I ordered a falafel pita. I was pleased to see there was a dedicated lane for curbside pickup. Food was brought out promptly and once I plated at home, it was still warm and tasted delicious. The pita was absolutely yummy, I wish I had more of it. Falafel was flavorful! Will love to visit for a dine-in experience soon! read more
