Cava is basically like Chipotle but Mediterranean. You have your base of greens or rice, your protein, sauces, and other toppings. Cava is always fresh and flavorful. I love it! The harissa chicken is my go to, but sometimes I get the falafels that are never dry. Don't forget to get your free slice of pita. Sometimes the workers forget to offer it. read more

Just the concept is like chipotle where you make your own bowl or pita wrap. I had a green & grain bowl with chicken and alllllll the toppings. A bit overwhelming because it didn't perfectly balance the rice and greens (that's my doing) but still very delicious. Every topping is tasty, lots of pickled and veggie options, and you get a freshly pressed pita bread on the side. I got the blueberry lavender tea and it immediately relaxed me...Taste more like lavender with a hint of blueberry--my new favorite. I also love the "save for later" lid, the bowls are pretty big. read more

I ordered 2 bowls and paid for right rice on both bowls but was given saffron rice instead! I need a refund for the right rice we did not receive. There were also multiple BURNT POTATOES in our bowls! I've attached a picture to show how insanely burnt a lot of the potatoes were! This is unacceptable!! To top it off, the pita crisps on my bowl were stale which was really unappetizing. And my order was ready 20 MINUTES past its pickup time. A couple other times I had to wait 40 MINUTES PAST PICKUP. I've been having far more NEGATIVE experiences at Cava than positive ones. I will be posting my negative reviews on Yelp from now on because Cava has really going downhill and if you read the other reviews, you'll see that many people have the same issues which means CAVA IS DOING SOMETHING WRONG!! They need to start taking these problems seriously because it can actually be tasty when there is care and effort being put into your order. Unfortunately they rarely show that they care about their customers. This is the FIFTH TIME at least that we've gotten disgustingly burnt potatoes along with other issues. This isn't right! We spend a lot of our hard earned money at Cava and we've been wondering why we're supporting a business that DOESN'T MAKE QUALITY A PRIORITY. Constantly making careless mistakes. I went to cava about a month ago and I was met with stellar service by an employee by the name of Jose if I remember correctly and he was amazing it was one of my first times trying cava and I wasn't sure what to get but he helped me decide very kindly without feeling rushed and the bowl tasted 9/10. I come into this place often. I already am stoked about how affordable, healthy and filling the food is. But now I'm even more stoked for the customer service. I came in 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday night feeling like maybe the employees would not like me being there. Instead, Francisco was ready to help immediately and was so friendly and sweet. When I asked about what the soup was, he insisted I try it and gave me some to go. When I couldn't decide on which sauce to use at the end, he explained all of them and told me what they were like and insisted on packing me samples of the ones I didn't choose. At any other place, an employee could've been tired and want to go home and close up and been annoyed with me as the customer asking questions. Instead I was helped SO graciously by Francisco and he made my experience such a delight. I will continue to come back. This place is lucky to have him here. :-) read more

I love cava but the customer service at this location sucks. I've worked in the food industry a long time including Starbucks most my college career so I know what good customer service looks like. They were incredibly chintzy with the toppings. Apparently you can't get more than two sauces now or you have to pay more but toppings are lunlimited" which makes zero sense. The person at the register was rude, I got my bowl to go and had to ask 3 times for a bag. When I did the lid on my bowl wasn't on all the way and half my bowl fell into the bag and my pita flying. She half bothered to pull out a bag barely wanted to give me another pita and never apologized. If this was Starbucks or anywhere else a new bowl would of at least been offered or at minimum an apology. Would rather drive out of my way to go to other locations. read more
