Sweetgreen was alright -- convenient and fresh, but expensive for what it is. I liked that you can customize your own salad and build it the way you want. The ingredients seemed fresh, and it's a good option if you're looking for something lighter or just need a quick bite. They also had premade salads and bowls, but even those started around $13 and went up from there. That feels pretty steep for a salad. If you start adding extras or customizing too much, it's very easy to go overboard and end up paying a small fortune. The place itself was nice and clean, but the overall experience felt a little rushed and impersonal. There were a lot of workers, but it had more of a mass-production feel than a regular restaurant vibe. You can order and pay at the kiosks, which is convenient, but it also adds to that less personal feeling. At the end of the day, it's still basically a salad. The bowl was a nice portion, fresh greens and the steak was tender. It can be a bit pricey once you start adding on and start making modifications but honestly this was one of the freshest bowls I've had in recent memories. Service was quick and the Inside eating area was noticeably super clean. First impressions go along way and I was surprised by how pleased I was with this purchase. Sometimes you buy food and when you get it you instantly start thinking about how you over paid or couldve made it at home. They even count macros for all you gym gurus and calorie counters! This location has a drive-thru! I had never seen one with that option! It's a stand alone building with a patio area under some umbrellas, and then a covered open air seating space by the coded unisex restrooms. My favorite item here is the caramelized steak with wild rice and sweet potato's. I earned enough points this time to get a free drink. The Kombucha is so good! As is everything else, and fairly priced too. Especially for these high quality ingredients that are perfectly seasoned and locally sourced by trusted farms, which is all listed on their wall. Maybe I manifested this. I have always wanted a healthy drive thru. And now it's by my work, so just take my money. The summer menu just started and since it's only here for the summer I of course had to go that route. There will be time to try the regular menu later. It is way too easy to order through the app and then pull through the drive thru and you're off with your food. Fork and napkins included, now they are just making it even easier. The salad had so many textures and flavors. And I see you jalapeno ranch dressing you were the cherry on top. Next time, trying a bowl. read more

First time trying SweetGreen -- and this location is fairly new. Theres plenty of parking but during peak hours, the car turning left onto Bristol could cause a jam. I went in not knowing what to expect but that I wanted a salad -- no place to seat so it's an essential order and go no table service). Upon entering, you see "rack" for pick up. Quick reading some posters and signs on the walls -- all proudly displayed of local sourced ingredients. The set up is like "Chipotle" and ordering structure is via a kiosk. Ordering is done through a kiosk, and while I kind of miss having an actual (possibly teenage ) human take my order, the system worked well, especially if you want to modify your salad. There's a good selection of ingredients, and the build-your-own option makes it easy to get exactly what you want. There's also prefix popular salad bowls (listed on menu). There BYO-version from the base can add up quickly. Overall, the salad bowl was nicely packaged and taste yummy--fresh ingredients, good pairing of flavors and satisfying. The options were easy to read, included photos, and clearly listed customizable ingredients and pricing. I went with a salmon bowl, loaded it up with plenty of veggies, and added a creamy cilantro dressing on the side. This place is located right in between a McDonald's and Chipotle on Bristol St. When I went on the weekend, there weren't many ppl. Though I heard this place gets busy around lunch time. When you enter there is a huge menu on the right and a place to order on the left. You can also order on the app as well as or on one of the monitors on the right below the menu. Since this was my first time, I decided to go with a ready made bowl but I've seen others build their own. I went with the chicken parm. Though another way you could do it is choose a pre-made bowl and then substitute out ingredients if you don't want to start from scratch. You can also choose to have the dressing mixed in or on the side. Note that if you elect to get it mixed in, you should plan to eat it within 15 min or it might get soggy. The place was clean and staff were very nice. In the corner is a place for utensils, napkins, and bags if you want your food to go. My bowl was pretty good though I think next time I'll choose not to get a bowl with so much leafy greens. Was a bit overpowering tbh. Price was fair but it can get pricy if you choose to make your own depending on how much you add. Overall seems like a healthy place to eat. The food was really delicious I got the Steak Mezzi bowl and it was incredible. I only wish the protein portion was just a bit larger. It misses the mark slightly in terms of value, for me at least. Service was nothing special. Not bad but it is always a little weird not being greeted when walking into a business. There's no indoor seating, but the building is beautiful inside and out. Very tasteful and the outdoor seating is abundant and comfortable. A couple small things I noticed, two of the indoor plants were dead, and the glass doors were dirty with fingerprints. I love that you're able to customize the salads, like being able to add chicken (since the base recipe was vegetarian, but I wanted something heartier). It was a good portion size and very tasty and healthy. It was also quick for them to make it. We ordered using their ordering tablets, which streamlined the process. A brand new franchised eatery just open for business that specialized in healthy middle eastern food. The food prep area is quite impressive. There are 2 separate seating area, one next to but separated from the kitchen area by a partition. The other is outside in open space with sun umbrellas for shade. Orders were taken on a kiosk. You select your own mix items for your bowl from a wide variety of veggies, cereals, meats, salads and dressings. Cereals include quinoa and wild rice. Roasted almond and chick peas are also available. We selected chicken, beef and salmon for meat variety. Salmon was the best, tender, tasty and good size portion. Chicken was OK. Beef were served in cubes and some cubes were tough to chew on. They also served several types of beverages and I like the ginger infused one the best. Overall the serving portion was generous although a bit pricy. Service was good. This would be the place if you want some change in your palate! read more

We don't need anymore food places that close at 8:40 pm.. We ordered on the app not realizing they have special hours on a regular Friday. They refused to make it and we caught them closing at 8:40 pm. As for the money we spent, we got no refund and were told to call corporate Hours posted on google and their door said 10:00pm Honestly I think they are racist. Like a lot of places around here. There were people walking out with food as we parked. They just decided to cut us off for no reason. Waste of gas and money. The review is for their horrid service, and closing early. We already paid for the order, and no we aren't getting up at 10:15 am on Valentines Saturday to pick up tonight's dinner salad. Fix your app. If you're closed don't allow me to order. If you weren't in a rush to close before 9 pm, you could have made this right. I could understand if I had showed up after 9 even though you were supposed to be open until ten.. if you guys have wierd early hours all weekend long the LEAST you can do is stay open until exactly that time and not close a full hour and twenty minutes early.. I'm really angry. My husband has diabetes and hashimotos and doesn't get home from work till 7 pm and we thought we could rely on getting a salad.
