Came out here being curious and left crazy full. This place is like Mezeh but for a different focus. They make wraps and bowls and serve very wholesome food that allows your brain (and belly) go wild. I can truly say I made the mistake of coming here hungry as my appetite got the best of me. I basically asked for the kitchen sink... and got it. And of course, ate it all. However, to be fair, it was VERY good. My wife and daughter really liked what they had and had nothing but great things to say about quality of the food and the overall construction. My only 'umph' is that I swear the employees acted like they were in a dungeon. Not very hospitable.. but did their jobs in making the food. food is always fresh and seasoned well, my definite go-to for a post-workout meal. can't go wrong with a greens and grains combo w/ chicken as a main protein. add whatever mediterranean veggies and dressing you like plus the pita for a good crunch. it's an excellent meal! the people behind the counter, i cannot forget about them. they're not stingy with the servings, but nor are they giving a surplus amount. so overall they're fair. the restaurant in itself is actually very clean and welcoming. from tables seating one person to a fair group of students or a small family. everyone is there having a great time with great food! my only recommendation, get there before the food runs out, typically an hour before they close. read more

You get your money's worth at this place. The ingredients are amazing. You can make your own bowl/wrap or choose from the ones Cava already has. The drinks are so unique. They have very complex flavored fresh juice and lemonades and just the regular beverages. I go here weekly, not a single time have I had a bad experience. So last night I stepped into Cava for the very first time and it did not disappoint and not too mention the great energy and ambience that was in display amongst the staff. I've worked in restaurants before and while it was around 845 pm and they close @10 they still had great energy and filled with laughter. The young lady that walked me through my order was simply amazing. I wish I remembered her name(thank you soo much). I ordered half grilled chicken and half braised lamb and she changed all toppings right in front of me to ensure my first experience was wonderful. I downloaded the app, it made ordering quite easy. I ordered a little cookie. My husband had pita stuffed with lamb and chicken, feta cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce and a different type of yogurt sauce on the side. He said wow this reminds me of a gyro burrito. I had Cava for the first time Tuesday and it was so good I came back on Wednesday with my brother. It's super flavorful and staff was super friendly while giving us toppings recommendations on flavor profile of spreads/dressings on Tuesday. I have the greens and grains bowl which was super filling so I definitely got bang for my buck. The staff were masks and gloves while preparing your bowl which was awesome. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that on Wednesday we ordered curbside and his bowl didn't have some spreads he ordered. He enjoyed it regardless even though he missed out on some flavor. CAVA is definitely one of my new favorite fast-casual spots! We stopped by for takeout on a whim after seeing it in passing. Walking in, the space is super bright, modern, and inviting. There were plenty of social distancing markers on the floor. Getting to the counter, the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions and explain their menu. I have dietary restrictions (I'm vegan) and the first staff member was clear to pass this along to the next staff member adding my sauces/proteins and she immediately informed me of all the vegan options without me having to ask, which I appreciated. Getting home, my SO and I were so excited to dig in! Everything looked to delicious that I forgot to take pictures lol. All the ingredients looked and tasted so fresh! My SO, who isn't vegan and had a couple of the meat proteins, also really enjoyed her bowl. Considering our bowls were vastly different and both of us were super happy, this place definitely has something for everyone. We will be back in the near future. read more

Yea! Cava is in town. I've been a fan of Cava for a few years, and I could only get it when I went to D.C. I like the restaurant so much that a couple years ago when I saw them expanding, I wrote them to see about a franchise. They replied back stating that they weren't franchising at the time. Oh well, I'm just glad they have expanded here in our area. Their food is very good, fresh, healthy, and with great selections. Their pitas are good, but their bowls are awesome. One thing I noticed on the curbside order menu, was they didn't list their wonderful herb iced teas. Not sure if they have them inside, but I know they have a good selection of them in their D.C. stores. I normally take pics of what I ordered, but since I picked it up and took it home, I was already hungry for it and scarfed it down before I thought about pics. "Burp" That was good! read more
