I had such a great experience at CAVA on Highland, and I especially want to mention the manager, Steve. He was kind, professional, and genuinely made the visit feel welcoming. You can tell when a manager cares about the atmosphere of a place, and Steve clearly does. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff seemed organized and friendly. Steve's customer service stood out in the best way. He made sure everything was handled well and that guests felt taken care of. Good food matters, but good people make you want to come back. My daughter, boyfriend, and I had a good experience yesterday at cava from the time we walked through the door. The restaurant was clean. The food was full and fresh. The young lady at the front of the line was patient with me it was my first time eating there. She help me decide on what sauces I should choose for my bowl. Than we walked down and Matthew helped us with the veggies, dressings, and checking out. Matthew have a contagious personality. He greeted us with a smile that would light a room. Cava is always fantastic whenever I go! Great food and great service 90% of the time. But I have to point out a worker who isn't doing their best. Whoever was on food line on September 8th at 11 am, was giving small amounts at every section to where we had to ask for more. She had an annoyed attitude the whole time as well. Cava on Highland Rd. is a great asset to Baton Rouge. It is one of the very few restaurants that I frequent because the cleanliness of Cava and its employees checks my requirements.
