Ordered online at 11:28 am said it would be ready at 11:45. This location is notoriously slow so I don't go get it until 12. There were at least 10 people waiting for their orders. Somehow they lost the sheet and had to reprint it. I can see the employees work hard, but they need more help. Parking lot is also crazy. I didn't get my order until 12:15 and the whole reason I placed it online is so I would not have to wait on the ridiculously long line. read more

My first time going to Cava on Hank Aaron. I spent $14 on chicken right-rice lol I guess that was the name of it. The atmosphere was not inviting. A bunch of young people who really don't have a clue about customer service. An older gentleman fixed my bowl like he was making a bowl for a 3 year old. The spoon was so small that they scooped the corn with many have held a out 4-6 LMBO frfr....the same for the cucumbers. Now I see why no one is ever in there when I drive by. Customer service was so bad I wanted to give my food back. No napkins whew what is going on. They want you to pay high prices for horrible food and service. I was going to try everything on the menu but now that I see it is not worth the price I will make my own bowl at home burp and be able to eat some left overs. Don't do it to yourself. I absolutely love Cava but this location has never gotten my order right! Infrequent it bc of its proximity to my job but it fails me every time! I go in the store to pick up my order I'm not greeted and my order is also not in the pick up area after about 5 minutes and still no acknowledgment of my presence, I ask and my order is behind the cashier! I get back to my job to eat my order and the rice is mushy, there are. I pita chips and it's enough arugula to feed 4 people! Absolutely horrible!!! read more

Great food, poorly managed. So much potential here, but they can't seem to figure out how to retain employees.

I stopped in the other night for a quick bite. The parking lot was INSANE (there's a spirit Halloween and it's halloweekend) and so I was flustered walking in. The restaurant was quiet and the associates really took the time to talk to me as they made my bowl. Darius was incredibly friendly and truly turned my mood around. He really was the difference between service and hospitality. Cava has always been one of my favorite fast casual spots, but this location has the best group of employees I have ever seen. read more

Today was my first time coming to this location. I did not realize that the restaurant was for pickup orders only so I ordered my food through the app when I got inside, not a problem. My problem was that I sat in a stool where I could see the person preparing my food and they could see me. I began to look at my phone for a couple of minutes, and when I looked up, the worker was slumped over the counter looking at his phone. I look over at the pickup area and my order is sitting there. They did not bother to notify me that my order was ready and they saw me sitting there. I thought that was extremely rude. On a lighter note, the portion size was great. I stopped at CAVA today to get a couple of salad bowls. I had my receipts from my last visit, and I explained to Treasure that 3 of my 5 bowls were incomplete (each was missing 2-3 ingredients), and I asked if I could possibly have a discount on my order today. I hate confrontation, so I normally would not ask, but I am trying to get better at giving feedback (good is easy, bad not so much) in a calm polite way. Treasure could not have been more patient and polite! She gave me a much better discount than I expected or requested, and was lovely and kind at the same time. I will definitely be back. I really enjoy eating here. The only reason I will NOT give 5 stars is because the workers never change their gloves. They are touching everything, even cashing out orders on the register with the same gloves. I've had to ask a worker to change their gloves before picking up my pita chips and I was looked at crazy like I was wrong for asking. Maybe, just maybe CAVA, yall should use tongs or napkins to pick up the pita chips/breads. Cava is a solid 3.5 stars. I stopped by Cava in Buckhead to give it a try. I wanted something fast but healthy. The place was pretty empty. The service was ok. I let the server know that it was my 1st time. She didn't seem interested in helping me figure things out or making suggestions. I blundered through my build your own order having decided on a pita with lamb meatballs. And the pineapple mint drink. The pita was pretty good. The pita was a bit large for what they put inside. I left a lot of the pita on my plate. They need smaller pitas or need to add more food. The drink was refreshing and not too sweet. Overall, I enjoyed it and will be back. read more

Never order from this Cava . I tried on multiple occasions because it is so conveniently close to my house and they always somehow make a mistake . They literally just make my order the way they want to . It is always and I mean always something missing . This average review is based more so on the service and not the food. I love cava. I think it's fresh, creative, and flavorful. They are new to the Atlanta area...I know them from Charlotte area. This location was crazy busy when it first opened but they have slowed down a bit. My only issue is I use the app for pickup thinking I will save time. And every single time I have to wait. Not just a few minutes but 10-15 minutes longer on an already 30-40 minute wait time. It ends up being easier if I just came in the store and waited. They need to sort out their call in system because it's not as efficient. Love the place and worth a try but don't call in orders. If you do, give yourself 15-20 more minutes than stated. read more

Disappointing Yes, the place is clean and bright and the ingredients are fresh but the offerings are weird. Four salad bowls and three have chicken, the fourth is an avocado lentil bowl with falafal. Love the food. Terribly understaffed at 7:00 on a Tues night. Be prepared to wait 45 mins in a short line if you go. Two employees up front assembling and one of the two also working the cash register. Two employees visible in back but not helping up front. Extremely skimpy portions because ingredients running low and the 2 poor employees up front could not take the time to replenish. I was excited about Cava coming to Atlanta since moving here from the DMV area, however, it's not the same. I ordered from Uber Eats and it was horrible. They didn't put my order in a bag, forgot my pita bread and the Falafel was cold and undercooked. They used regular lettuce instead of super greens...I know this is nit-picking but if I'm paying Uber Eats money, I want my order correct. I hope the other locations are better read more
