The service at this location is unacceptable. There was a very short white young girl employee at the pickup area who decided to loudly announce to the entire restaurant that they were not making pick up orders until the line went down. This was said after the male cashier had already come over and asked for my name to check on my order. When I approached the pickup area, she loudly stated, "We are not doing that," so everyone could hear. It was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. There was no attempt to explain the situation respectfully or offer any kind of customer service. If this person is a manager, then good luck, because the way this place is being run is embarrassing. It felt like children trying to run a restaurant with no understanding of how to speak to paying customers. I have complained about this exact issue before, and instead of improving, the customer service has somehow gotten worse. Clearly nothing is being addressed. Do you all need help with training or basic professionalism? Because this experience was unacceptable and frustrating. The food is top tier. read more

This is truly the WORST Cava I have ever been to. Corporate needs to come in here and teach people how to do their job. Customer service is terrible, I've never interacted with such careless employees before. They are lazy. Additionally- They are always out of ingredients. And when they do have the right ingredients, it's noticeably stale and dry, as if everything had been sitting out for multiple days. While I typically favor a meal that consists of meat and potatoes Im just as passionate about near/middle eastern food given my heritage. After a very disappointing experience a Banu's several weeks back I today found myself unsure of what I wanted to do for lunch. I had enough of the burgers and fried food and needed to compensate with a healthier meal. Interestingly enough I live a few mins from Cava but always dismissed it as a trendy place for people who live in fear of their health. However today, I decided to make myself and my wallet vulnerable. I went in and saw this place is the "mediterranean version" of a Chipotle restaurant. You order a base, then sauces, meats and/or vegetables and then a few toppings. The wait was long but was lunch time so this is forgivable. I ordered the Steak and Harissa bowl which came with a scoop of steak and brown rice along with feta, a small but satisfying scoop of spicy hummus with a salad that came with hot vinegarette. I kept it simple and just went with the preset ingredients for the bowl. I thought this meal wasn't going to satisfy me but how wrong I was. The steak had favor and was tender. The salad tasted like a salad but hey, at least its guilt free but the dressing was perfect with its heat and favor that puts any dressing ive had on a salad to shame. The rice also was rice but when you put it all together its anything but a bland meal. I felt satisfied not full after this meal which is what I was going for. The only drawback is that it was pricey for a mid-day meal, but I was walking about the area and had to make a choice. If you're looking for a place that achieves the often-difficult goal of being tasty and healthy then this is your place. read more

This cava continues to have the worst customer service. No one who works there even pretends to care. They are slow, always out of food and rude. Seems there are no clear defined roles. I live a one minute walk away and I will never go back unless new management makes changes. read more

Cava changed their pita kids meal and it is very confusi , my daughter barley gets any food and for me the regular pita is overpriced for not even coming with a price. The workers are kind and serve well but long waits if what you want is not ready.The atmosphere is clean and good but can not make up for the terrible pricing and changing the kids pita. read more

The food was all at the bottom of the barrel. The counter area where they serve the food needs a good cleaning as does the area by the plastic utensils. Would hate to see the kitchen. Ick. This CAVA specifically is one of the worse ones I have been too. The service is terrible and the workers always have this attitude of not wanting to help anyone. They are always out of ingredients. I do enjoy CAVA every now and then, but I refuse to visit this one. I go to some of the other ones in the Metro Atlanta area. Most CAVAs aren't too bad, but this one stands out as being one of the worst, and I've been to quite a few. Don't waste your time going to this one. read more

I enjoyed Cava when I stopped by the Buckhead location. A fast casual restaurant specializing in salads, bowls, and pitas with a Mediterranean flare. At first I thought it was a sparkling wine bar, but they do have beer for purchase. I stopped by on a Thursday night, it has consistent foot traffic but the line moves quickly. There are a few standard bowls and the option to make your own. I opted for the latter and had a base of super greens followed by harissa honey chicken(yum), brussels, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, pickled red onion, roasted corn, hummus, Harissa, and dill sauce. Cava's food is great if they ever have what you want. If you ever order delivery I can assure you it won't arrive on time and there is a good chance it will not make it at all. We have had 3 orders cancelled within the last year and never has one arrived when promised. I am specifically referring to the locale at Akers Mill. I've had CAVA before in DC and it was much better there in my opinion. This one is pretty new so I give them that, but when making my pita wrap, they messed up and seemed to be struggling with it. I live near the Cava on Hank Aaron, and decided to go there today because I enjoyed my experience in Roswell so well. Sad to say the experience was NOT the same.
