I just checked into my hotel, The Starling in Midtown, and saw that Sweetgreen was nearby, so I stopped in for something healthy and light before bed. I ordered the chicken pesto parm and it was really tasty. I added pickled onions since I do not like tomatoes, and I guess it was so good that I forgot to even take a picture of my bowl. This Sweetgreen location is very modern, super clean, and has a friendly staff. There is plenty of seating, and the space is architecturally beautiful. You could easily do a photo shoot in there. If I lived in Midtown, this would definitely be a spot I would come to telework or take pictures. Overall, Sweetgreen never fails. I love Sweetgreen and will continue going whenever I can. read more

I haven't been to this location in a long time, and I see why I don't go here. Every thing was scarce. I could not get the correct dressing for my salad because they were out and it was only maybe 12 or 1pm (superrr early) how are you out of condiments already? They weren't trying to replenish the dressing, so I ended up substituting the dressing for something else, which was not really that good on the salad that I had. The service was slow, and it was only one other person in front of me & 2 ppl inside eating. It was clean inside from what I could see, but as previously stated, everything was scare. OH! this location also has much smaller bowls, compared to other locations but the price was STILL $18! smh. read more

Honestly, I really wanted to love sweetgreen. I am a HUGE fan of one of their competitors and was hoping that with the same concept of fresh salads and bowls, I wouldn't be disappointed. But, the thing is that despite the epic sounding caramelized steak bowl that was described on the website, I found that in reality my lunch was lacking in flavor. I'm not sure if maybe I should have asked for more dressing or what, but I wasn't impressed. This location, however, is great. It is in the Colony Square area next to other convenient lunch spots and a food hall. I was able to easily place an online order, which was ready at the exact time it said that it would be. All orders were also alphabetized neatly. read more

I sat down here for lunch on Thursday. It's located right at the front of the Colony Square area. I ordered the crispy rice bowl without cabbage as well as a side of sweet potatoes with their green goddess ranch. I typically don't go to these salad places as for food safety fears, but this was decent. My bowl was the perfect size - not too big as I recall one sweetgreen bowl I got in California 4 years ago was. It also didn't feel drenched in dressing. I was able to finish the whole thing. Unfortunately the sweet potatoes I got were disappointing. As you can see, half of the portion looked dry and bad, while the other was bright and orange. The orange batch tasted wonderful, though some pieces were maybe a little too salty. I did love the ranch dressing! They have a ton of seating indoors AND outdoors. I took a photo of this concrete setup they have near the entrance where you can sit if you're not the table type. read more

Let's start with the service. The young man that helped me was very professional. He was extremely helpful too. As it was my first visit, I had a lot of questions. The restaurant was clean. To say I am obsessed with this sweetgreen is not enough praise. This sweetgreen never disappoints. It is right by my work and I order ahead often and my salad is always ready. Not to mention each of the staff members are an absolute joy! I decided to order lunch a Friday afternoon and walked there to pick up some orders for me and my friends. When I got there, I needed a bag for all the orders and the staff members were quick to help. I forgot to order bread too with my salad and the employee gave me a piece of bread for each bowl I ordered after I asked which was so nice! Each employee greeted me and said bye to me on the way in and out. An absolute joy to always go here and I look forward to continuing to come here. 10/10 great lunch spot in colony square area! read more

This is about my third time stopping by to grab a lunch/dinner. I love this place, especially if you are about clean eats. Convenient parking if you valet unless you get lucky with a mall parking spot which is possible on a week day, maybe not so much on a weekend. Pretty quick with the service, older woman was so sweet to me i began calling her auntie. She truly made my bowl with love. I have ordered the same thing each time. blackened chicken bowl, kale x spinach, wild rice, onions, broccoli, cilantro, carrots, beans & sometimes i will do avocado. I also ask for my dressing on the side but i like to go with their bbq sauce & mix my dish with it! Very very good & healthy which is great .. it fills you up & you do not feel overly full nor bloated. A bunch of goodness in a bowl! PS the dressings are also homemade & made with love. Truly do enjoy this place! read more

Daniel helped me out a ton with my order today. very nice guy and gave me some great advice. I'd come here again just to talk to him.

Fresh and high quality food. Every bite tastes great and you can make it that it's a good quality healthy food that you are eating. Protein bowls are healthier and decent ! It's in more pricey side hence the high quality. Taste wise it's alright and nothing as great as I expected. read more

I've been to a lot of sweet greens when I lived in Los Angeles and this one seems to be consistent in terms of quality, freshness of ingredients and service. The lady working there was very friendly and attentive (though went a little heavy on the dressing). I ordered the new summer teriyaki special bowl which was pretty good. The one star I am deducting from this review is that parking cost us $6 and they don't validate. That's a hefty price for just grabbing a salad to go. Would probably try to go to the other Atlanta location where parking is cheaper or if you're already in the area. read more

Not a regular at sweetgreens but their selection was great, definitely not my cup of tea because I was definitely still hungry at the end. I got the harvest bowl, you definitely needed to go a little heavier on the dressing or you were just eating a salad. Luckily I subbed in a spicier dressing to give it a kick. The space inside was clean, and it was refreshing to see the server was a trans BIPOC. Good to see more representation in Atlanta. read more

It was my first time at Sweetgreen. I ordered Naomi Osaka's Bowl, which includes blackened chicken, roasted chicken, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, basil, raw beets, roasted sweet potatoes, shredded kale, warm wild rice, and miso sesame ginger dressing. The salad was super healthy and filling. I just wish there was more dressing since it didn't cover all of the ingredients. read more

Quick and easy lunch. Colony Square has other food options, but Sweetgreen is a go to. My favorites are Blackened catfish Crispy rice for the texture. Hot honey chicken for the protein. This new Sweetgreen location's grand opening is today. Over the weekend they had a preview period where free food was offered. The staff was in a training period per the signs up outside the restaurant. The line to order was kind of disorganized and it moved slowly. I ordered catfish with quinoa which was served with a small serving of a kale salad and sweet potatoes. The baked sweet potatoes were very good. I don't think I would order quinoa as the base for my meal again. I prefer the greens. This location has a lot of covered outdoor seating including chairs and benches which is a great option especially on a sunny day. There is seating inside as well. read more

Midtown has needed a good salad place for a long time. I'm sad to see a chain restaurant take the spot, but at least it's excellent. Well-situated in the center of the heart of Midtown's food scene at colony square, this restaurant provides fresh, vibrant, and customizable options for a healthy lunch salad. The food is good, so much so that my biggest complaint is the huge line you will have to wait in to get your food. The price point is a bit high but the salads are a very generous and filling portion, so I think it's worth it. Will be back!! read more

Food was great. Love the various options. Ambience was pleasant, too. Found it affordable.

Personally, I found sweetgreen to be overrated. This was my first visit to any sweetgreen and it was just very subpar. The salad is good, but it's questionable at the price point. Additionally, the person making my salad seemed to be annoyed I was trying to understand my options with it being my first time. Overall, a forgettable experience and I probably wouldn't come back unless I really wanted a salad for lunch. read more

After seeing these reviews, I was worried about the food. We ordered 6 of the salads from Uber eats. Every salad bowl was so fresh and delicious! Everyone loved their bowls. Today was my first visit to Sweetgreen and I loved the flavor profile of the Harvest bowl I got. The sweet potatoes, apple, kale, and chicken all went so well with the balsamic vinaigrette. Sadly the wild rice was hard, so I couldn't hardly chew my food because if I bit down too hard it hurt. Still giving 3 stars because I really think their food has potential. I'll definitely be back to try another bowl with a different grain and see if it's cooked better. I don't think the pricing is too outrageous compared to other build your own bowl restaurants, but it may be a little less in the bowl than places like Upbeet and Cava where I can typically get two meals out of it. read more

I usually love Sweetgreen, but went to this location and two of three grain bowls were filled with old, very hard rice. It made the bowls inedible with the first few bites almost chipping teeth. I walked in and got the Green goddess salad. First time here. Decided to try the first thing on the menu, nice and simple. It comes with heaps of greens, kale and spinach. It's topped with sweet potatoes carrots broccoli chickpeas lentils beets and nuts. The person behind the counter who made the salad added the dressing and tossed it for me. It comes in a large compostable cardboard box. The very best thing is they're running a special and the whole thing cost $5. Amazing! read more

I've been a patron and fan of sweetgreen for a long time, but what a disappointing experience today. Took about 35 minutes from ordering on Uber (a 20 minute wait after Uber gave for estimated pickup) to get my salad. Which is understandable during busy hours- but broken box wrapped in Saran Wrap, chicken that I had to cut myself and just forgetting the top for the salad dressing all together? For a salad that costs almost $20 it's hard to rationalize any justification for this. read more
