The service at this location is unacceptable. There was a very short white young girl employee at the pickup area who decided to loudly announce to the entire restaurant that they were not making pick up orders until the line went down. This was said after the male cashier had already come over and asked for my name to check on my order. When I approached the pickup area, she loudly stated, "We are not doing that," so everyone could hear. It was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. There was no attempt to explain the situation respectfully or offer any kind of customer service. If this person is a manager, then good luck, because the way this place is being run is embarrassing. It felt like children trying to run a restaurant with no understanding of how to speak to paying customers. I have complained about this exact issue before, and instead of improving, the customer service has somehow gotten worse. Clearly nothing is being addressed. Do you all need help with training or basic professionalism? Because this experience was unacceptable and frustrating. The food is top tier.

Recently I was out running errands I was craving a salad. There's really nothing like a cold,…read morecrunchy, bowl of veggies on a hot day! Unfortunately, there aren't enough fast food joints with a focus on fresh salads but lucky for me, Doc Green's was right on my pathway for the day. Located in a huge plaza in Smyrna, Doc Green's is a salad lovers dream. I can't believe this was my first visit! The restaurant itself is narrow but long, offering plenty of seating in the back of the place, as well as the entryway. Doc Green's is actually paired with another restaurant it seems, but I was focused on the salad. They have some recommended combos but you can also create your own with a wide array of toppings. I was in heaven looking at all of the fresh veggies, proteins and dressings available. I decided to create my own and just went wild. I was super bummed because I ended up forgetting some favorites (like avocado) because I didn't see/notice them on the cold bar. I chose my dressings, had it mixed up and then checked out. I opted for a fountain drink and unfortunately, the lemonade was toooooo sweet. But that was the only downside because my salad was wonderful!! Everything was fresh, the portions were generous and I felt like I got my money's worth. I'm always in the Akers Mill plaza buying things I don't need so I can't wait to grab another salad at Doc Green's when I'm in the neighborhood!

Chicken wings and the oklamhoma smash burger with mac and cheese. Total: $33.22. Pros Those wings with the lemon peper sauce are delicious. That lemon pepper sauce? Amazing. I get tired of the lemon pepper dry rub or the dry rub with butter/oil. They made an actual sauce. Love it. The burger was delicious. It was more cookout style- not like Wendys or McDonald's. Cons The cheese on top of my mac and cheese was not melted. I'm sure this was a choice by the restaurant, but I prefer melted cheese on top of the mac. Would I Recommend: Yes! Good food with great prices and free parking. Great for a quick bite to eat. Follow me here on Yelp and @jessreviewss on Tik Tok/Instagram for more.

I went here with my girlfriend and she got the club sandwich while I got the chicken teriyaki bowl. The food was very good, but the only issue was that the egg she got wasn't over easy, but instead over hard. But overall the food was very good, the portions were the same as advertised. Also the environment was welcoming and calm. Come check it out.

I had about 30 minutes for lunch and I decided to stop here. This was my first time coming here. Original ChopShop is at the end of one of two rows of business buildings in a shopping center. During lunch time on a weekday when I visited, parking spaces were hard to come by because there are many popular places to eat here. The order counter is just a few steps in front the entrance. Large menus are display are above the counter. Lots of natural light streamed through the large windows in the front of the store, and the side and ceiling of the large indoor dining area feature glass windows, making it feel like you're dining outdoors without experiencing the elements or insects. However, there is an outdoor patio if you actually do want to experience the elements and insects. The dining room was very clean. I got to Original ChopShop at around ten minutes past noon. Surprisingly, there were only about 15 people, although the restaurant can seat a whole lot more customers than that. In spite of not having that many customers, it still took 20 minutes for my order to be delivered to my table. I had ordered a grilled steak sandwich on multi-grain bread. The sandwich included grilled sirloin, caramelized onion, fontina, arugula, apple, mushroom, horseradish creme, and soy sesame sauce. The presentation was nice, but I thought the flavors were just awful, with the main flavor being "burnt." The grilled sirloin was tender, but its flavor was ruined by the caramelized onions and/or the mushroom. I was also expecting the bits of steak to be hot, but it wasn't. Something tasted really off. I had only taken one bite and that was enough. I did eat the pickle, which tasted great! I really had to leave to get to work, anyway. This was not a good experience.

I'm a big fan of French cuisine and will take any chance I get to enjoy it. This time I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with chips and shared a mushroom tartine. Everything was fresh and delicious. The place has a cool, laid back but slightly upscale vibe, with good service and a lively atmosphere. It's definitely the kind of spot where people like to dress up a bit and be seen while enjoying coffee, pastries, or a relaxed meal. They also have outdoor seating, which is perfect on a nice day. If you're there around lunch, the French onion soup is very good and worth ordering. They validate parking as well, which makes visiting even easier. .

It's a beautiful, airy space with plenty of seating, perfect for a relaxed weekday brunch. The quiche rotates seasonally with fresh, in-season ingredients, which I appreciated. However, my lavender latte wasn't great, and it was my first coffee of the day. While I liked that the syrup was house-made, it didn't quite justify the price, especially when I can't count on a solid caffeine fix because it had such a bitter and sour taste to it. The latte art was worth the photo but not the price. Overall, I'd give it a 3 out of 5 just for the delicious quiche. Also loved their market area for fresh homemade picnic-style items & bevs. It's a lovely spot for journaling or catching up with a friend, but not somewhere I'd splurge on regularly.
