I was at the mall and figured this was one of the healthier options, so I gave it a try. The staff was friendly and flexible, letting me customize my order along the way. I built my own bowl with chicken and rosemary sauce, and it turned out pretty good. My only issue was the seating area. Every table, inside and out, was dirty, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. With a little more attention to cleanliness, the experience would have been much better read more

I've been to a handful of sweetgreens. The food is alwasy solid but the service is hit or miss. This place is located in Lenox Mall and even though the mall is a terrible place to work, the people here were pretty sweet. They checked in on us during our meal. They gave us some suggestions. They were quick with the service but not rushed. The menu has 20ish bowls you can choose from including a create your own bowl. It's super clean and has a lot of natural sunlight. Most importantly, the food tasted fresh. Miss T (maybe it was misty?) also served us and she was a delight. If I could vote for her for employee of the year I would! read more

For a quick and healthy lunch it's hard to beat this grab and go spot. You can build your own salad, which is what I did. I got the large salad with a mix of spring greens and chopped romaine, roasted chicken breast and banana peppers. I do not like dressings or oil, so a sprinkle of the umami seasoning is highly recommended. Friendliest staff? No. Not really. Comfortable seating? Nope? Great value? No. Had to ask for extra lettuce and banana peppers each time and then she told me no. I wasn't asking for more chicken. $16 for that bowl (overpriced in my opinion). Great beverage options? NO. I found a vending machine and paid $4 for that Diet Coke. But then saw others diners with fountain drinks....the secret is to walk across the way to Cousins Lobster and get a drink there! Next time I'll just go to Subway and get a salad there. read more

Had a really great first experience. Ordered the maple chicken & Brussels seasonal protein bowl and it was really good. I was shocked about the hot honey mustard dressing. I wasn't really expecting it to be as delicious as it was. I will probably try some other bowls in the future as this one was great. Everyone was also pleasant. I ended up getting one of the bowls where I just picked a variety of different veggies and grains to put in there and topped it with salmon. It was super good. I wish I took a picture of it which I can't believe I didn't do what I normally do. I was very rushed when I was coming in here because it was a line, but the service was friendly and their patient with me as I was asking through all my questions. The restaurant was very bright, except it was freezing cold. In the seating area, the way that the doors open every single time someone came in out the whole place was freezing. I don't know what they would do if it were either extreme winter or summer because it would be unbearable to sit there otherwise very good restaurant and would be coming back. read more

I love sweetgreen I always get the chicken pesto salad. This location is often busy and loud. I suggest ordering ahead on the app. Parking is tough. There are reserved pick up spots but they arent monitored. People park there and shop at the mall. I would eat here more often if parking was easier read more

This was the first time I went into this restaurant to eat and it was Amazing!! It was like a high-end Chipotle. I have been transitioning to a pescatarian lifestyle, and this place had so many great options for me. I loved that not only could I pick an existing menu item but I could customize it to my liking! Service is so slow. On multiple occasions in the last year, I've had to wait more than 30 minutes past my pickup window for an online order. I don't know if it's a staffing or a management issue, but the fact that it happens regularly is really concerning. If there were a healthier option at the mall, I wouldn't frequent the restaurant anymore. read more

Don't bother ordering ahead online. They're not going to start making it until you get there, so you haven't saved any time. Me and two other people stood around waiting for our online orders (also, there's an area marked "Pickup" but that's not where you pick up your orders so that's confusing). Anyway, good salads, lousy service. For what Sweetgreen charges, you could probably stand to go elsewhere. read more

I love sweet greens, but this location needs another round of training. There was only 1 person making bowls....of course this prolongs everything. We had to wait on both roasted and blackened chicken because they were out. I mean where is EVERYBODY!!! The staff was extremely unorganized. It literally took almost 25 minutes for a salad. Staff had a terrible attitude. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy that's mentioned in prior posts. He constantly rolls his eyes and acts as though this is the last place he wants to be. We asked for light dressing and proceeded to squeeze about 1/2 cup of dressing on the salad. Any time you ask for a topping it's as though he doesn't want to do it. I have the rewards program, but if you're doing delivery and don't order here often its cheaper to go thru Uber Eats based on fees, at least in my experience. There's been a couple occasions where a few items are missing from the "create your own bowls" I've ordered but nothing major. Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. The portions are generous, which is not always the case with every salad place. I look forward to trying more things.

It's in a pretty decent area but the parking can be a little big tumultuous. You must likely will have to go ahead and try to fend for yourself when it comes to parking if there's a lunch rush so just keep that in mind. The service is interesting because majority of the service is done on machines. You will come in and have six different kiosks to input your order in a sensitive to the kitchen. Now the kiosk situation is good because they have a whole lot of options and you can pick from you don't have to ask any questions, but still it's not the same as having somebody you can talk to or ask questions to if you have any issues. But in 2024, less human contact seems to be about right. I place my water, I got a wrap, and the kiosk didn't work. It didn't send my order to the back and it gave me a message. I only say that because I told the lady in the register area she came right out to try to fix or resolve my issue. Customers are whistles really good. She tried resetting the machine she tried to work with me then she end up put an order in in the back after taking picture of it with her phone. She wasn't going to let me have to reorder all over again and I appreciate it that. The space itself is new and is really clean. Super clean, they have about 10 or so tables, there is some outdoor seating but the majority of it is indoor, and they have some seating at a bar table type area. So there is plenty of seating but I wouldn't say it will be the best for large groups but overall if you want to stop in with a couple of friends, this would be a good spot because it can seat you without an issue. I got the sesame ginger wrap, the rap was a little dry and could have used some more sauce but that was not on them that was totally me. I should have ordered extra and then that would have been taken care of, but overall, it was a solid wrap and it was huge. And you see by the picture, it's definitely got some heft to it. I would definitely go back.

Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience. Wait staff was extremely attentive and kind. My friend spilled some sauce on her dress and our waiter immediately offered some club soda to try and fix it. We had an endless supply of bread which was delicious and our entrees were even better! The restaurant is in a great location and there was plenty of room inside. Whether you're looking for a chill dinner or a fancy dinner this is the place!!
