My husband and I wanted a quick, rather healthy lunch so we hit up Newk's Eatery. The place could use a little face lift since it felt very outdated walking in. I wanted a BLT, but that's something they don't offer here, so I got half chicken tortilla soup and half chicken pesto sandwich instead. My husband got a salmon ceasar salad. Our food came 10 mins after ordering. We both enjoyed our meals, but thought that my sandwich had too much pesto. My husband also thought his salad was a bit overdressed. We do like there's a complimentary station for pickles, croutons, breadsticks, etc. to accompany your meal. read more

On 9/22/26 our office ordered from this location as we do regularly. My order was incomplete. I only received half of my order. I immediately called and was assured a refund would be processed to my card on file; however, it never was. I called again - was told AGAIN, that a refund would be processed. It never was. I have reached out via the email survey twice as well. Very disappointing since the food is always delicious. I just want the situation to be made right. read more

I love Newk's!! In fact, I love it so much, we try to plan our quick weekend mini vacations around areas that have Newk's. Pizza is always a hit! I had pepperoni. Thin, flavorful, loads of topping. Daughter had the potato soup. It is sooo good! Top it all of with the super big, dense marshmallow rice crispy treat and you've got a perfect meal. read more

Solid sandwiches - they had lunch boxes delivered to our meeting at Emory, and the sandwich bread was fantastic, multigrain and soft, chewy bread with good size of meat in the Newk's Club - ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, swiss, cheddar, mayo, mustard. The fruit cup was good, but the rice crispy treat was dry and like cardboard... Sadly no pickle! Not sure where that went... read more

So if you want a soup and a sandwich kind of spot then this is going to be your place. Also if you want a pizza, they have smaller size pieces for you as well. So I came here randomly cuz I was across the street about to go shopping. That's usually how it goes because it's right in a shopping area. The shopping area has free apartment but it's not a living parking so you have to be careful because you may not get a parking spot if it's too busy. Everybody is really friendly there, and they'll help explain them in you if you need it. The last time I went I got a pizza and I got a wrap. The pizza was a sausage and pepperoni, it's about six slices or so and it comes fresh out the oven. I got a Caesar wrap last time, I added bacon to it, it was good and actually comes with a side as well. Typically I'll get potatoes salad. The load of potato soup is actually good as well. This is a place that's fairly cheap and pretty good. So if you want something that's quicker than dining in and still decent good too, I would suggest it. read more

Normally I wouldn't care to write a review for somewhere as casual and "predictable" as Newk's, but I'm actually quite impressed with the food here! I've had Newk's before but it's been a loooong time. So when I walked in, I didn't really have any expectations - I just ordered a sandwich and side pairing and awaited for what I was expecting to be a very mid meal. I was pleasantly surprised when my food came out - it actually looked really good, and it tasted pretty good as well! The Chicken Pesto sandwich has good flavor and the bread is quite soft. The mac and cheese was great and hit the spot. Free parking in the area, though, a little limited as there's many other stores/shops in the area read more

Tasty sandwiches and salad! Ordered for a business lunch and would definitely order from here again. We had pasta salad, garden salad, assorted sandwiches and desserts. The sandwiches were the chicken bacon club on a croissant, chicken salad on wheat berry bread, ham and cheddar on croissant, ham and Swiss on rolls, turkey breast on croissant, turkey breast on wheat berry, pesto chicken on wheat berry and roast beef on French Parisian. The desserts we had were brownies and their Big Crispy and the peanut butter Crispy, both of which are gluten free. Very good, hearty lunch. My group all raved and enjoyed the food from Newk's. They offer catering directly or through EZCater. They also have party trays and boxed lunches. read more

Sometimes at night I wonder to myself while tossing and turning "What if Panera Bread was well-executed instead of terrible?" Then I remember Newk's exists and I can rest easy. Sandwich, soup, salad offerings are all solid with high-quality ingredients. The pickle bar inside is a nice touch as well. My go-to is the ultimate salad and it has a great combination of protein and veggies for a slightly premium price; however, I feel like the quality and quantity make this spot worth the cost. Counter service people are always friendly, and these folks cater. Parking is easy, and seating is comfy. 5/5 as a frequent lunch guest read more

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, great salad! Cobb salad is my go to and it definitely doesn't disappoint!

Good Food, Good Service, Good Prices I've been a patron of several locations, for years. I can say that of all their menu items, I've never been disappointed. This speaks to the chain's dedication to maintaining the quality of the Brand. You can bring a group of people and there will be something to please everyone tastes - even the kids. I only stopped in for a quick bite, so not much to report. The one thing I notice at this location - the owner is always on the floor to ensure excellent service for the clientele, and to assist in any way possible - MAJOR PLUS! So, whether you need a full meal, something light or in between, Newk's checks all the boxes. BON APPÉTIT read more

Offers a great variety of salads, soups, sandwiches and more. The restaurant is super flexible, allowing customers to mix & match, and even customize menu items. Good for lunch or dinner, and is certainly kid friendly. We love bringing our dogs and sitting outside during warmer months. Staff is super accommodating and often brings a water bowl for them :) I love the salad bar & tend to load up on the free pickled jalapeños & croutons while I wait for my order to be ready. Go-to order: Greek salad, no feta (I'm lactose intolerant), add chicken & use lemon-basil dressing. The ultimate sandwich is another winner. I do not recommend their shrimp, very small and overcooked. read more

All the times that I've driven by and didn't even realize there was a Newk's here! R and I were in the area 10 weeks ago and decided to come here for dinner at around 7:30 pm. Parking was easy to find. There's lots of free parking all around Town Brookhaven, where this Newk's is located, both on the street, in parking lots and even a parking garage, if necessary. We walked in through the front door, and the order counter was on the left. We had already decided to get salads, so we didn't have to look through the entire menu. I ordered a Greek salad, and R ordered an Ultimate salad. We were given a number on laminated cardstock so that we could put it on a stand so that the server would know where to bring the order. We went outside to the covered and fenced patio and plopped ourselves down, clipping the numbered placard on top of the stand. We didn't have to wait very long, because our food was brought out soon after, and the salads looked fresh. My Greek salad had crisp lettuce, sharp tasting olives, slightly firm artichoke hearts and lightly toasted croutons. The salad was perfect, and big - a lot to eat. R said that his Ultimate salad was delicious. The employees were nice, quick and efficient. The restaurant was spacious and clean. The beverage bar was self serve, and it was well stocked, except for lemons, which had to be requested. At about 7:30 pm, the restaurant was almost empty of all customers and had 5 customers sitting out in the patio. read more

Giving them one star for answering the phone. Stepped in for todays lunch and was really taken by surprise of how good Newk's Eatery was! The location was spacious with plenty of dining and A/C for this summer but I sat comfy outside in the shade. The service was not only great but fast as I only waited for 10 minutes or so. I decided to order Newk's Half Cheesesteak and the Six Cheese Pimento with Bacon as a side because it sounded like a great place to start and I was right. Stuffed in between toasted Parisian bread with mayo not only was the tenderloin steak juicy but the flavor of the caramelizar onions and peppers was the chef's kiss! The six cheese pimento with that crispy bacon on top was too good I might have to order a bucket next time. Would definitely come back for a dinner next time! read more

Love the fresh flat yummy crusted pizza here. There are lots of other options aside from pizza like whole dark wheat sandwiches, soups, salads and wraps that also looked delish! Pretty basic place that could have used a little cleaning. The lady who took my order wasn't the friendliest but I didn't pay her much of mind. It was pretty quiet and not busy which was good being that I was on my lunch break on limited time!!! I ordered the turkey sandwich and broccoli and cheddar soup!! It came out fast and to my table! The sandwich was toasted but lightly so it wasn't cutting the roof of my mouth lol!!! Anyways, it was great! Just a basic turkey sandwich with medium to fresh ingredients. Now the soup on the other hand was AMAZING! Light, creamy and airy but hearty! Nice big chunks of broccoli that melted in my mouth. This was definitely a 10 for 10!! Overall I'd go back but not in a rush! Enjoy read more
