I was pretty early and it was not even busy. They didn't have all the options I wanted so I sub for the harissa chicken which was colder than it was supposed to. My pita crisp was cold as well and very salty. They had no ice in machine. I wasted $20 in a wrap and blueberry lavender water. I tasted neither blueberry or fragrant lavender. I feel sick. They don't deserve any stars. I ordered online. So did other people. My food was to be ready at 6:45. They ignore the online orders and take care of everyone else. Those of us (multiples) that ordered for 6:45 pickup are STILL WAITING after 20 minutes. I got in line. I was told to get out of line because they wouldn't serve me because I had to wait in the order of ONLINE ORDERS but when every staff member are ONLY taking care of in store guests, you have a huge problem. I'm sure Tre is a nice guy, but he's lacking the skills needed to manage and that's why his entire team is so far in the weeds they are choking. Not going to staff properly or with nice people that actually answer you (what IS it with ignoring customers these days?) at Peachtree Battle is a recipe for being another restaurant that shuts down after 1-2 years. This Cava is extremely consistent when it comes to quality, customer service and atmosphere. Unfortunately all are consistently HORRIBLE and it's been the same every time I go whether there are 10 people in line or I'm the only one in the restaurant. After giving this location 7 or 8 opportunities to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I will not be returning unless I am going for pure entertainment. The 83 health score rating shines bright compared to what you might experience any given visit. I've waited for 30-45 minutes for pita chips that continually "forgot" to be started after asking 3 times when there is no one waiting in line, I've been asked to read the ingredients of a configured bowl off the menu to the employee because they were too lazy to read the card in front of them, I've witnessed multiple arguments between employees. These are just a few things along with the extremely slow service and always being out of 1/3 of the options. There is not a single employee that's created an awful experience, some have even been pleasant but it's clear the ownership/management does a very poor job. If you are looking to be amazed at how long you can wait for a 3 person line, a unique meal because you've had to make 3 menu substitutions, and feel like you really worked for your food from holding your tongue then give Cava Buckhead a visit. read more

Located in the same shopping center as Whole Foods and Starbucks I was curious and dropped in to give this restaurant a try. It reminded me of Chipotle but with many more options and a variety of healthy options. The staff was very helpful when I was picking what I wanted in my bowl. They offer pre-selected bowls on the menu you can order, or you can create your own. I decided to create my own. I selected my base and then went with chicken for my meat. I topped it off with a variety of toppings included olives and pita chips. I would highly suggest checking them out. The portions are also very generous. I can't wait to return! read more

First time ever eating Cava and had a pretty good experience! I think it gets better as you return as you know what sauces you like and that you can get multiple. I did appreciate they did not skimp out on any one topping. The falafel is also super good. I asked if one dip is sweet potato, he said no it's spicy hummus and looked at me like I'm supposed to know with no signs... place seems to be clean but run low on plastic forks and there are used straw paper wraps everywhere I ended up getting some next door... just unprofessional and unpleasant. This may be one of the worst CAVAs I've ever been to. I ordered from here through Door Dash and they literally left out half the ingredients from my bowl. Not to mention they forgot the dressing, failed to give the door dasher a bag, the pita was freezing and it was the saddest bowl of food I've ever seen. I'm not sure if they even read my order. My first time here and worse experience ever due to one of the workers and his b!txh attitude. like I said this was my first time here so of course I'm taking my time to make sure I get the things I like in my bowl. they're rushing me and ADDING stuff to my bowl as I'm just READING the labels.
