Extraordinary slow and out of everything. They had no falafel at all and then she took 5 minutes to get more pickled onions.

They were out of litterally 6+ toppings. We bought a drink and went to the fountain area to find 4 of the 7 limeades were completely out. We ordered pita chips for them to completely forget them and give them to us after 20 mins when we were literally walking up to ask for a refund. The only reason I gave a 3 is because the ingredients they did have were fresh. I love Cava, and have been to a few in the city, but this one is ALWAYS a problem. You're better off going to the location 8 minutes further because your experience will be so much better. Do better Cava! read more

When we came into the space, it was super clean. Everybody was so nice and considerate of us and asked us if it was our first time. They were patient with us as we sat and tried to figure out what we wanted and I really appreciate that because I take forever to make decisions lol The food is also super fire so I will be back again and again and again. read more

So I decided to visit during my lunch period today and had such a horrible experience. The people from the person who was making my bowel to the cashier was so uninviting. I was pretty early and it was not even busy. They didn't have all the options I wanted so I sub for the harissa chicken which was colder than it was supposed to. My pita crisp was cold as well and very salty. They had no ice in machine. I will not be returning to this location I would rather drive out of my way to get a better experience and quality of food. read more

Excellent and healthy option. I design my own bowl and like the grilled chicken, meatballs, hummus, tahina dressing, and harissa. They don't show you the breakdown when you pay which is somewhat common but would be nice to have. Tends to be around $15 per person with tap water. read more

Food tasted good, but it took almost 20 minutes to fill the order since they were out of steak. We had to wait for them to cook and slice it. Nobody looked like they knew what they were doing. Finally tried cava for the first time. I loved it. I was a bit confused since it was my first time, and I didn't quite understand the menu (the guy did not do a good job explaining to me), so I felt rushed to choose things, as I was trying to read the descriptions. Yummy!! The manager at this location knows what they're doing. The day that my husband & I visited for the 1st time we were amazed by how authentically delicious the cucumber mint lime drink was. Perfect balance of sweet, tart & refreshing. Very reminiscent of the Middle East. The falafel on my husbands pita were nice & large, everything was fresh & tasty. Best yet extremely affordable. Located in the same shopping center as Whole Foods and Starbucks I was curious and dropped in to give this restaurant a try. It reminded me of Chipotle but with many more options and a variety of healthy options. The staff was very helpful when I was picking what I wanted in my bowl. They offer pre-selected bowls on the menu you can order, or you can create your own. I decided to create my own. I selected my base and then went with chicken for my meat. I topped it off with a variety of toppings included olives and pita chips. I would highly suggest checking them out. The portions are also very generous. I can't wait to return! read more

First time ever eating Cava and had a pretty good experience! I think it gets better as you return as you know what sauces you like and that you can get multiple. I did appreciate they did not skimp out on any one topping. The falafel is also super good. They don't deserve any stars. I ordered online. So did other people. My food was to be ready at 6:45. They ignore the online orders and take care of everyone else. Those of us (multiples) that ordered for 6:45 pickup are STILL WAITING after 20 minutes. I got in line. I was told to get out of line because they wouldn't serve me because I had to wait in the order of ONLINE ORDERS but when every staff member are ONLY taking care of in store guests, you have a huge problem. I'm sure Tre is a nice guy, but he's lacking the skills needed to manage and that's why his entire team is so far in the weeds they are choking. Not going to staff properly or with nice people that actually answer you (what IS it with ignoring customers these days?) at Peachtree Battle is a recipe for being another restaurant that shuts down after 1-2 years. This Cava is extremely consistent when it comes to quality, customer service and atmosphere. Unfortunately all are consistently HORRIBLE and it's been the same every time I go whether there are 10 people in line or I'm the only one in the restaurant. After giving this location 7 or 8 opportunities to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I will not be returning unless I am going for pure entertainment. The 83 health score rating shines bright compared to what you might experience any given visit. I've waited for 30-45 minutes for pita chips that continually "forgot" to be started after asking 3 times when there is no one waiting in line, I've been asked to read the ingredients of a configured bowl off the menu to the employee because they were too lazy to read the card in front of them, I've witnessed multiple arguments between employees. These are just a few things along with the extremely slow service and always being out of 1/3 of the options. There is not a single employee that's created an awful experience, some have even been pleasant but it's clear the ownership/management does a very poor job. If you are looking to be amazed at how long you can wait for a 3 person line, a unique meal because you've had to make 3 menu substitutions, and feel like you really worked for your food from holding your tongue then give Cava Buckhead a visit. read more

But man, I just left this location, flies everywhere, messy counters, food all mixed together because of how unkept the place was. This may be one of the worst CAVAs I've ever been to. I ordered from here through Door Dash and they literally left out half the ingredients from my bowl. Not to mention they forgot the dressing, failed to give the door dasher a bag, the pita was freezing and it was the saddest bowl of food I've ever seen. I'm not sure if they even read my order. I definitely will not ever eat at this location again. They need a lot of help here. read more

I asked if one dip is sweet potato, he said no it's spicy hummus and looked at me like I'm supposed to know with no signs... place seems to be clean but run low on plastic forks and there are used straw paper wraps everywhere I ended up getting some next door... just unprofessional and unpleasant. My first time here and worse experience ever due to one of the workers and his b!txh attitude. like I said this was my first time here so of course I'm taking my time to make sure I get the things I like in my bowl. they're rushing me and ADDING stuff to my bowl as I'm just READING the labels. But, me being me, I tell him that the stuff he added was fine and asked for a discount. instead of a discount he offers to remake my whole bowl and I'm like nah I don't want to waste anything and still he has an attitude with me. throwing the portions into my bowl and stuff like I don't fw that type of service. couldn't even bring myself to purchase it due to him having an attitude while preparing my food then the mf bowl was still $16 like no. do better for a bowl be across the counter next time!! thanks read more

I'm a huge CAVA fan - it's now my go to over chipotle, which is kind of huge I always do the greens and grains bowl and add a million toppings because they're all so good. Would highly recommend the hot harissa chicken as well as the harissa vinaigrette. I also get pickled red onions, the crazy feta, red pepper hummus, and like everything else that sounds delicious lol. They're fast, have a lot of seating, and are in a strip mall so have a huge parking lot, so can't really complain about this location. Definitely check out cava if you haven't been yet!! read more
