The table was set up conveniently with mini trash bags that were out of your way (you can put the finished skewers), a small cart next to the table for you to put empty dishes or drink bottles and whatever else you wanted. The Malatang is actually spicy so when you order classic spicy, ask for medium spicy. The other broth we got was the mushroom broth.
