In all due honesty, I wasn't impressed. But then again my dinner was take away. The duck noodle was good as was the Pad Thai. I wss very disappointed with the green chile as the shrimps were mushy from being overcooked or just 'old' abd the green chile was very watery. Maybe their style that Icam unaccustomed to. Will perhaps retry a dining in experience

*I came for the soft opening but was impressed already Fantastic new Thai restaurant in Westchester! The dishes felt unique to me and were delicious. Loved the vibe and decor. It felt open and welcoming. Great spot for a date or if you want something a little different. Got the off menu Guava juice which was refreshing and delicious. If the price for this drink comes down, I will get it everytime Chive pancakes - unique and in big French fry form. Jeep Koong - sooo good! They were like big shumai dumplings with a unique scrumptious flavor Wai Yao Noodles - Colorful delicious dish. All of the ingredients blended so well together. Crying Tiger Mango Salad - Everything about this was delicious. I especially blown away by the mango salad underneath the steak. The steak was still delicious! Cassette Thai Diner feels like a special place you enjoy being at and I am rooting for them!

The food was delicious and comforting, very much like homemade, grandma-style cooking. It's a great option for a nice date night, though it does run a bit pricey. Service was solid, and the convenience of parking right out front is a big bonus. I skipped the drinks this time, which just gives me an excuse to return.

Ordered a scallop appetizer over the phone the woman asked which one? I only saw one on the menu so asked how many do you have? She said only 1. Ok I ordered it then ordered the soft shell crab spaghetti "How much for an extra crab?" You can only have 1. Ok great start The scallop appetizer was overwhelmed by taro root flavor. The taro root 2 pieces were inedible as they were dry and chewy. Scallops were basically non existent. Would never order again The soft shell crab spaghetti was the smallest soft shell crab available on the market and over cooked. The noodles used were grotesquely over cooked to the point of mushy. The sauce was nice with a perfect kick. Lemon grass pieces were throughout the dish of which many were not edible. Lemon grass is like a stalk and used to add flavor not normally in the dish. Unless it was something else? The Jasmine tea was perfect. This place is gorgeous. They have a long bar nice seating area. The staff were not very outgoing and they have no to go menu . View the menu online although it's a bit difficult as the pages move around and it's difficult to navigate the pages. I actually will return to try something else. They are new and I never trust 4/5 reviews as you see on here with a new establishment. Good luck I'm sure they will do great

Ok, been hearing about this place all summer and finally checked it out..if you look through my Yelps you will see that my last Thai experience in Peekskill was not good..but im happy to report Peekskill now has a GREAT Thai spot!!! Decor is beautiful..lots of exposed brick with a beautiful long bar...plenty of seating while still feeling quaint. The staff was so pleasant and the food was absolutely Delicious!!!! We ate at the bar ( as we often do ), our bartender / Server was awesome, our wine was perfect and even little things like seeing him spend minutes cleaning and inspecting our glasses before pooring..those types of attention to details and old school bartender edict mean A Lot to me. This place is DEFINITELY on our rotation of fantastic restaurants in Westchester and Putnam County. As ive said in many of my posts, Peekskill has NO Shortage of great eateries..but if you miss this spot, it would be a mistake. Stop in for a drink, an appetizer, or a delicious sit down meal...you will not be disappointed..ENJOY!

The ambiance is very modern and colorful, with brightly colored walls and murals and really nice family photos and thai decorations up making it authentically thai-american. My favorite dishes here are the guay chai appetizers-- which are fried, deeply savory and chewy-- and their pad see ew which has a umami, wok hei flavor and a silky texture on the rice noodles. My only note is that sometimes the rice noodles come pretty broken up in pieces from the stir fry. Their red curry and pad Thai are also great, very flavorful with a fair portion. I appreciate how now they give you a spice rack to self-customize your spice level instead of relying on the kitchen. I only recently realized how GOOD their drinks are too. By far the best matcha lattes in Putnam county, as a matcha lover I like how you can really taste the matcha rather than just the milk. Their cocktails during golden hour are also amazing, and extremely creative. They also host events like trivia nights and open mics that I would love to attend one day. Thai golden has really set themselves up to be a wonderful hangout spot, and a nice third space to be a part of the community in. Great food, drinks, and vibes all around.

The place is well patronized as if the fine in experience is drastically different- which I assume it is because some nights the parking lot is full. However, I will never dine here again due to the level of disgust I have for the food is personal at this point. As if the establishment goes out its way to disappoint me at a fundamental level.

Every dish hit the table hot and quickly without feeling rushed, which I always appreciate. Great casual lunch or dinner spot! Catch up with friends or enjoy a lowkey dinner without feeling rushed or overly formal Also love that this spot is BYOB. I paired my meal with a Thai iced tea -- flavorful and refreshing, just not overly sweet (which some people might actually prefer). Appetizers: The curry puffs were delicious -- flaky, flavorful, but I definitely wished there were more than three. Chicken satay was well executed, but the honey ribs completely stole the spotlight. Super tender, flavorful, and easily the must-order on the starter list. Entrees: We ordered the deep fried filet snapper (with white rice) and the chicken Khao Soi. The Khao Soi was the standout of the night -- perfectly cooked noodles and a rich, coconut curry broth that was easily 10/10. The snapper was fried beautifully, and the mixed vegetables tasted incredibly fresh and bright -- almost ceviche-like in flavor.
