Came here for happy hour and got the Spicy mango margarita. This margarita is probably in the top five for the spicy margaritas There wasn't anything on the menu this time so we opted in for a drink. The service was fast and friendly at the bar

Service is great. Decor is tasteful given the small space. Food came out with nice presentation but lacked a bit of flavor. Loaded papas was good. Pork belly could've had more chimichurri sauce lathered on or something acidic to balance the heavy fat of the meat; I don't think it should have been paired with another fat-- the guacamole. The croquettes were good though could've also used a better sauce to pair. The peril was delicious but could've been a bit more juices or decadent or had more chimichurri sauce. Overall this is a solid restaurant that could add extra flavor to make their dishes pop.

The place is located in a cute little town of Peekskill. If you're hiking at bear mountain or nearby trails, great spot to drop by after a hike. This is a tapas place with several decently portioned dishes to try and share. The service was fast and waiter was attentive. We ordered 4 tapas (mentioned in the pics) and a flight of sangria. I'm a light drinker so, the light sangrias with fruit flavors were great for me. All the tapas that we ordered were pretty delicious and carefully made. My top 2 would be the crab cake and ceviche. We also got tres leches cake after- man, this was amazing!! Very moist and flavorful cake- highly recommended!

BEST drink menu I have seen yet in the entire Hudson Valley. The food is immaculate. Catered to my vegan needs. The bar is beautiful. Extremely friendly service! I would frequent this place every week if it was closer to my home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great little place. Beautiful inside with a rustic feel with exposed brick and wooden accents. Nice Artwork on the walls. It is very small but charming with a linear space which gives it a " NYC / SOHO " type feel. The food was very delicious and the Bar is beautiful. Great Place to stop in after a tattoo ..lol ( shout out Speakeasy Tattoo across the street ) Perfect date night spot or a lovely Brunch. Enjoy!

Love the food here & happy hour prices at the bar. I highly recommended coming here for the food and drinks!

Blue Cheese stuffed Olive dirty Martini! 5

I have reviewed this restaurant before but it's always one of my faves so wanted to give a shoutout to the new decor and the yummy drinks I had one random Monday. I was having a horrible day and my cousin and I decided we would treat ourselves to a yummy Martini that turned into two lol and some great conversation away from Husbands, Kids and anything Mom/Wife related. So happy we chose IV because the dirty martinis we had were amazing and I'm a hard to please martini connoisseur as I am a retired lol bartender myself.

Sliced Steak Tapas

Such a lovely place to go and enjoy the food and ambiance. Staff were attentive and informative. Home run with Iron Vine! Tapas are delicious as are the complex cocktails. This is my 3rd visit within a month and I look forward to returning. Have not had a dinner per se as the interesting and varied tapas are always tempting. Have had the delicious bacon wrapped stuffed dates, complex, lush and very yummy. Fresh Spanish sardines on toast were straightforward and delicious. Grilled artichoke hearts on crostini were very good. Grilled Chimichurri Shrimp were not flavorful enough, very bland Chimichurri sauce! Chimichurri needs more fresh parsley and lemon/lime juice and salt. Pinchos De Pollo, chicken skewers were not a favorite, thigh meat, was a bit bland and I am not a fan of thigh meat. Iron Vine pays attention to their cocktails; they make their own dried citrus slices which are a unexpected addition to their cocktails.

What time does brunch ends on the weekends?

Hi, on Saturdays 12pm Sundays 11am

Good spot for Valentine's Day dinner?

Obviously depends on your expectation; not a quiet spot for a table in the corner, but very fun and medium volume with great food and really friendly staff. Tapas are a great way to share plates and interact with your date, and the food is… Read more

There's a big stage and fab lighting throughout...looks like a great place to enjoy some live entertainment. We went before a (Paramount) show and sampled the pizza, Brussels sprouts, wings and specialty cocktails. Our friends had pasta dishes that received rave reviews. Service was very friendly but since it was on the busy side, the food took a little while (which was totally fine since we had plenty of time before the show started). Really enjoyed my meal and I'll be sure to visit again.

Tucked away under street level in downtown Peekskill is a little Italian restaurant called…read moreGleason's, and this little gem does not disappoint. We tend to follow the local cover band Run For Cover, and with them talking about this place on their podcast, we decided to make the drive from Connecticut to go see them play here. We came for the music, so I'll mention the stage first. I'd say there isn't a bad seat in the house, but there are. You can scoot your chair, though, so I'll say there isn't a bad table in the house. Acoustics are nice, and the stage lighting doesn't usually move around and shine directly into your retina. Table service keeps the food and drink coming so you don't miss a minute. Now, onto the food. Their pizzas are made from scratch with their house-made sourdough starter, and it sounds like they do a better job of keeping it healthy than I do. (I wonder if I can take some home. I should ask next time.) The result is a pizza crust that is light and airy, but is dense enough to provide what The Sporkful calls "toothsinkability." They don't put the kitchen sink on their pizzas, so don't expect the crust to flop over the entire time you're holding your slice. There are plenty of special pizzas, or you can build your own. Each one has a fully-cooked but not burnt crust, pretty close to the classic New York style that's an hour south. It's hard to resist a good pizza, so we haven't tried too much of the rest of the menu. Our forays into the appetizer section have been great, and the dishes I see pass by all give my eyeballs a feast. The craft beer selection is a little thin, with a list of five or six regional ones scrawled in chalk on one wall. Still, if you like IPA's, lagers, or ales, you should find at least one you'll like. Street parking can be a pain, but there is a parking garage a few blocks away that's free at night. EV owners, you'll have to fight over a double-corded L2 ChargePoint station around the corner. (Get with the times, Peekskill!) Fortunately, I think it's free for the first few hours, so consider yourself lucky to get a plug!

Went here for brunch with a few friends, and thought it was excellent. I'm not a big French toast eater, but they made theirs with cornbread and I was so intrigued I had to try it. Excellent. Definitely filling! Came with fresh fruit as well. Others ordered egg varieties -- omelet, another egg dish, and our other friend joined me in the French toast. Coffee was excellent, decor was lovely and our server and everyone we encountered couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Can't wait to go back here for dinner!

No attempt to make it right, we didn't hear from a manager. Funniest example of bad service I have encountered in a really long time. We were at this spot for a New Year's Eve prix fixe dinner and despite the fact that the menu offerings looked very good , the food was not up to par. The potato leek soup was so under seasoned that it was essentially flavorless. The trick about a potato leek soup is that it should have some degree of salt and pepper. I had the duck and it was decent but the skin was not crisp and the aforementioned steak was overdone, but it was nice to know that the server was at least sorry. We ordered a bottle of wine and made the best of it. We met a nice couple when we mentioned that the gentleman's steak looked like it was cooked medium rare and when he heard us he offered "yeah but it sucked". The restaurant was clearly understaffed as there was one server in the rear dining room and nobody has apparently bothered to explain that when someone says that their steak is overdone the food should be removed and replaced with something approaching what was ordered.
