The rooms are nothing that stands out. The lobby is great and roomy with ample seating that has eating area as well. The night bartenders at the bar inside the hotel weren't so friendly. The buffet breakfast is the worst i've ever tasted. For $25, the "supposed to be breakfast potatoes", bacon looked & tasted like they were cooked 2 weeks ago. The French toast is like a Frisbee, you can't cut with a knife, the waffle is like fried in lard..limp and greasy. But the girl server was properly professional. Was here this morning for breakfast. It was packed with people, and a little short staffed, so it took a while to be acknowledged, get a chance to order, and receive my food and check. I ordered their Cassara Scramble, which didn't exceed my expectations. They were a little runny, and they tasted really bland, in my opinion. Let's face it, overall, they can do better! The server wasn't attentive, but felt really rushed. My advice.... Skip this place, which is located inside the Cassara Hotel, and go somewhere local close by. Plenty of other options nearby. Had breakfast here after staying here one night here. Awful service . You ask for milk they bring you water. Coffee arrived cold. Tons of tables left uncleaned and not turned over. Messy and poor service. The hotels tries to lure you in by giving credit for breakfast here to offset the resort fee. But honestly the cost of the breakfast buffet is way more costly then the credit they give you. So it really should not be a selling point. They used to have an ala carte menu which was actually tasty and had a kids menu and they replaced it with a terrible breakfast buffet which is completely unappetizing. Stale and tastless scrambled eggs, overcooked potatoes and overheated packaged meats. Nothing healthy or tasty. It is not a good way to start your day let alone a vacation. Don't waste your money at this restaurant. It is overly expensive and you leave dissatisfied and disgruntled. read more

This restaurant area is kind of part of the lobby area, shortly after you walk in. I only ate breakfast here while staying at the hotel - and both times ordered it to go (was nice that I was able to use my resort fee of $25 a day to cover it). Breakfast starts at 6:30, and just plan ahead, because service is very slow. Tuesday morning, I ordered an açaí bowl - and when I ordered, the woman that took my order told me it would be about 10 minutes. I went back up to the room to grab my stuff, back down, and it took 15-20 minutes from the time I ordered, until it was ready. Highly suggest if you're looking for something on the lighter side/not as heavy as eggs, and the fresh cut fruit on top was really good. Yesterday morning, I ordered the California burrito (no breakfast potatoes here - they use fries!) and it took about 25 minutes to come out, and I was one of the first people there at 6:30 ordering food. The burrito was delicious - but massive. Highly suggest either sharing it - or eating half one day and half the next (surprisingly it heated up fine the next day). I don't love hotels with resort fees, but I do like that they give you an option to offset it. read more

The Cassara Kitchen and Bar is located inside the Cassara Tapestry Hilton Hotel. I didn't get our waiter/bartenders name but he was excellent: he gave food recommendations. The wings were amazing and so was the flat bread pizza. Definitely big enough to share. There is plenty of room to sit and the outdoor area has two fire pits. read more

Food: I had Caesar salad with a side of grilled chicken. Enough food for 2 meals. He had turkey club with fries-enough for 2 meals. Both tasted great. Service: We just ordered it and took it back to room Ambiance: NOISY We are happy it's here and will definitely order from there again, but will take it to room to eat. I was sorry the grilled octopus had been taken off the menu, but the salad was great. read more
