Nothing against Cheesecake Factory, I love it too but "chain" can sometimes create the wrong impression. The food at North Italia feels authentic and easily holds its own against the other high-end Italian restaurants in town. The cocktails are excellent, the food is consistently top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. On top of that, the atmosphere is warm, stylish, and makes it a great place for anything from date night to brunch with your family.

Not enough cheese? Wrong cheese? Not a lot of flavor. Crust? Also not a lot of flavor. Not a lot of crunch or chew, and the sauce is spread pretty thin. I "think" the sauce had good flavor, but if I tried this place again, I might diner in, get extra sauce, extra cheese and extra mushrooms ... that's a lot of extra just to make it basic.
