Went for lunch today and had steak tacos and a steak torta. The bread was so delicious and the torta was loaded up with all the good stuff. I really appreciate the fact that they made absolutely sure there were no onions near my food as my boyfriend has a really bad allergy. I will definitely be coming here again. read more

Sooooooooooooooooo gooood. The tacos are amazing bc they actually pan fry the tortillas to a slightly crunchy chew. The Churros are deliciously filled and fresh. The cafe de olla is warming. Love this place! The asada wet burritos and their breakfast burritos are a must try (get everything on the breakfast burrito.. aka all the breakfast meats! yum!) Everything else I've tried so far was delicious.. would've preferred their lengua to have been cut differently or smaller but regardless it was still pretty good. read more

well after seeing the specials this place has i decided to give it a shot, the food wasnt nothing special, i actually had better food from a taco truck, the service sucks as, i ordered food for delivery and after a hour of waiting i call and they try to tell me i cancelled my order, yet they still charged me for it, could of been a blessing i have heard about people gettin food poisoning from this place. places like these are come n go, they'll be open just for a short time till they completly run outta businesss. i wouldnt waste my time or any1 elses time or money at this place,shitty service and the people takin the orders have no clue on what their doin. drive a 1/4 mile down the street and eat at taco antojitos atleast their they do all they can to please the customers. read more

I'm a loyal customer but today was my worse experience ever I ordered carne asada fries and when it was delivered it was mostly all French fries and when I called to complain they didn't want refund my money at first. I told them I didn't want more food I bought food from somewhere else already and they finally agreed to bring me food I told them I threw away the fries and the woman said ok . The delivery man had the worst attitude ever he handed me a twenty and asked if I had change since the food was 12 dollars I told him I didn't and he snatched the money out of my hand and he then asked me to bring him the food I told him I threw the food away and he told me to dig in the trash can and get the food out or else he would not delivery food to me anymore he argued until I told him I will call the manager and that's when he decided to leave. I will never order from here again I'm very disappointed. read more

casa perez is the worst experience i ever had at an restaurant . first, the place is too small. the service is all right. second, i paid for 4 carne asada tacos and they served me spoiled carne asda meat. in conculion, i ended up lossing the plate of food in the trash and walking out. (i could have recieved food posion or worst). someone needs to call the health department on them for serving bad food. read more

We have used Casa Perez several times to cater company luncheons. These are hands down some of the best tacos I've ever had. Fresh salsas, and Mexican aguas. Give these guys a try, it will be well worth it! read more

Jose catered our event with fresh grilled tacos (asada, carnitas and pollo). Everyone was happy and there was plenty of food. He has catered several events in our facility and he came highly recommended. We were very happy with the food and selection of condiments (salsa, onion, cilantro, etc) - Everything was provided even down to the drinks, plates and utensils. Price was very reasonable and I am considering it for my daughters next birthday party!!! Give him a call and schedule him to cater your next event! read more

These guys catered our holiday party last night here in Hermosa Beach Ca. and the food was amazing and the set up and service was so professional, anyone who would give them a less than a 5 star rating has never even used their service. 04/19/17 @ 6:23p - Never again. Seems the quality went down, big time. Maybe it was just a bad night for a drive-thru? Super disappointed in the food. I had the cheese enchilada plate. The tortillas under enchilada sauce looked like a generic form of ?? The sauce that was poured on top looked like someone splattered it on in a hurry; and tasted like a cheap canned version of spicy spaghetti sauce. The cheese stayed clumped, wouldn't melt. My sister had the chile relleno plate. Did not look appetizing. The taste was below average. My mom had one carne asada (soft) taco. Meat was dry and did not taste fresh. Even the tortilla looked like it had been dried out and reheated. Beans & rice didn't taste fresh either. Rice was dry, as if it had been reheated more than once. I should have drove food back to restaurant or called in to speak to mgr. If it wasn't for being so busy tending to my elderly mom; I probably would have. Quite honestly I had no energy left. Needless to say, none of us were able to eat more than a few bites. I feel bad wasting food; but our order was barely edible. I could understand it if it was one of us; but how could all three of us have bad food?. For that matter, I don't think their own cooks would feed this to their own families. Just sorry I didn't think about taking pic of our order. Biggest waste of $24.41. Should have driven down the street to Taco Bell; at least it would've tasted better. For what it's worth; I saved our receipt and will write the manager a letter. It may not do any good since it's after the fact; but at least I'll feel better to get it off my chest. I finally had the chance to try this place out last week because co workers spoke highly about it. I went on a Thursday and was thinking of just ordering a wet burrito. I find out they have a special for shrimp tacos on Thursday for a dollar, so I said might as well just give them a try as well since it's only $1. Well that has to be the best shrimp taco I have ever had! I love shrimp but never order shrimp tacos because I feel like they are over battered..but at casa perez it is something I'll definitely be ordering again especially on a Thursday! Anyways they tell me they have $1 fish tacos on Tuesdays. So I go a give that a try today for lunch today. I had called in my order (5 fish tacos and a side of beans with cheese) for my coworker and I. When I went to go pick it up I decided to add 3 carne asada tacos. I get the order and noticed the bags was very light but I had saw 2 little trays wrapped in foil and the side of beans. So I figured ok they must of packed all of the fish tacos into one tray and the rest of the asada into the other. So I thought my order was fine and complete. I get to work and I remove the foils, both trays had 2 carne asadas each. So I didn't receive the 5 fish tacos. I called to let them know. They asked if I was able to go back and pick it up. I told them my lunch is going to be over soon. So since I lived in the area maybe I can go pick it up for dinner or something. They said sure. Then the lady asked me how far am I from the restaurant, I told her about 10 minutes max. She asked for my work address and said she'll deliver them to me right now! Which worked out even better. I honestly was not expecting them to offer to deliver it at all. So besides the food being good the customer service was just as great!! Also the fish and carne asada tacos are just as good. My co worker and I were talking about it after and we think it's the tortillas that make it so good. They are definitely different from other tacos spots that I've had. read more

This place is great! I love a burrito with the perfect bean to rice to meat ratio and it just hits the spot everytime. I highly recommend if you like Brite Spot. Also, 1 DOLLAR TACOS every weekday, sign me up! The chicken taco is delicious. They add this white cheese to that taco and the chicken is marinated in a nice red sauce, making it quite tender and tasty. I also cannot believe how delicious the chicharon meat is. Crispy and almost bacon-y. Their sandwhich platter is great too. I don't even like sandwiches that much but damn, that bread is toasty and buttery. Add some bacon and fresh ingredients and WOW, instant fave. Honestly, it is a little pricey place for Mexican food but it has a DRIVE THRU!!! And if you get the taco deals, it more than makes up for its somewhat pricey price tag for some of the menu items. A great place to go if you want fresh ingredients and great weekday deals on tacos without getting out of the car. read more
