Food was tasty and nice portions. Service is very pleasant, specially Julio was attentive. We were there for brunch, they played a nice mix of music.

I decided to make an update for Andrea's Chicken after my bf and I tried it again. This time, we sat inside and it wasn't really crowded. I remember when I came the last time, my bf got the salmon al cuzco and it was so good that I decided to get it this time. He got the Jalea for 1. That was really good too--and since he didn't like the fried yucca (craziness), I took it! For our drinks, I got the Andrea's Lemonade (really good) and my bf got the piña colada. For our second round, I got the passion fruit sangria and he got the lemonade. The service was much better this time around. The restaurant can hold groups and it has a nice ambiance--great for date nights and hanging out with friends and family. We both enjoyed ourselves and definitely would come back.

Hidden around the corner from busy Havemeyer eateries is this absolute gem. Absolutely lovely inside with a modern elegant vibe, friendly and considerate service and exceptionally great food. The roasted chicken is my favorite. The special spices are finger licking good and you'll want to drink the sauce the beans are cooked in. Go for fabulous dinner then walk across the street for live jazz at St Mazie jazz bar. A perfect date night. Andrea's chicken is fantastic. Give it a try. Oh and their take out is amazing! I added a pick of the express chicken deal! Feeds 4 easily!

This is how all the food was delivered. Broken & melted plastic on all of the food items because of poor packaging by the restaurant.

I'm currently leaving a bad review after placing a HUGE order & having plastic melted all over the food from poor packaging. $100+ worth of food had to be thrown away. I called the restaurant & they tried to blame the driver.. absolutely not his fault. The woman on the phone was not at all helpful & downright rude. They basically told me too bad & would not let me speak to a manager after I asked for one several times. Ive ordered from them multiple times NEVER again!!

Great set up for the outdoor dining during Covid experience. They have heaters! Andrea's Chicken is such a gem in Williamsburg for those looking for the Pio Pio/Peruvian chicken experience. You can get an extremely juicy, roasted chicken with avocado salad, rice and beans for only $20. This meal can feed two people and you will be stuffed!

Tonight was my first time here and let me tell you, this place is so good! The service was on point and I loved the vibe of the place. I can't wait to come back!

This place is a disgrace! I love Peruvian food, I' been in almost all the Peruvian restaurants around NYC, and Andrea's Kitchen is not Peruvian, the taste is more like Ecuadorian which makes sense taking in consideration that the chef and owner is Ecuadorian. First of all the food arrived 40 after we ordered, we ate lomo saltado and roasted chicken, a beer and a cocktail, we paid $110 the charged by default the 18% tips plus an addition fee for paying with debit card, we asked the server Melany which was the only good thing about this place she was nice and attentive, she said that that's the way the restaurant operates and I understand is not her fault. Either way we are never coming back here, if you're looking for real and excellent Peruvian food go to "Mama Pisco" in Maspeth Queens. The chef is 100% Peruvian and their food is amazing!

That set the tone of attentive service, which continued throughout an exceptional meal in Bath Beach. This area is busy, in a locals doing their thing kind of way. It's a real neighborhood, and La Chacra is a great reason to check it out. We initially had decided on ordering the Combo La Chacra, which consists of a whole rotisserie chicken, yellow rice with red beans, an avocado salad, an order of salchipapas, and an order of maduros. We added an extra half chicken, and thought "that's a wrap". However, there was an appetizer special of thinly sliced octopus prepared Peruvian style that needed to be ordered too. The service was excellent. Not overwhelming, but just right. Dishes were cleared, napkins replaced, straw wrappers taken away as soon as they hit the table. It's not something that I'm used to writing about, but needed to be said. And then, the food. It was outstanding. Compared to both the basic, and the high end Peruvian restaurants that I've been to throughout the city, La Chacra is far and away the best. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and felt intentional. Nothing was just thrown on a plate. As full as we were, and we were quite full, there was no way that we were leaving without trying something from the desert menu. Another wise choice, as both the flan and the tres leche cake were fantastic. To wrap this one up, this spot is a solid five stars. The prices are very reasonable and the food, service, and charming atmosphere will have us returning soon.

They don't have any vegetarian entrees so I opted for the gnocchi with a side of the brussel sprouts sans bacon. The gnocchi had a rich cheese and melted in your mouth. The brussel sprouts were nicely roasted with a slightly sweet glaze. Two people joined our table late and they let us move to a larger one without issue. From Argentinian styled empanadas to Peruvian styled rotisserie chicken... it's all done really well. So well that people are surprised every time they meet the owners! lol. This is a grab and go place and it gets busy! But there is a little bit of seating in the back if you need to sit and eat there. The staff work really hard to make sure everyone gets their order in a good time. And they are all so nice. I really love their rotisserie chicken and it's paired well with their fries, salad, and even rice. Their potato salad is simply seasoned but realllyyy good; truly nothing over the top with their seasoning for it but somehow it really hits the spot when you eat it with the chicken. I also tried the grilled lemon chicken with the lo mein and loved that too! I didn't finish it all in one sitting so I had that for lunch the next day. Haha. The fried shrimp was also very good. Loved dipping it as well as the chicken, into their house green sauce. The green sauce is crack!!!!! You must get lots of it. Highly recommend visiting this neighborhood staple soon or to order it delivered to your place. :)

We made a reservation for 6:15 pm to take advantage of their happy hour and when we arrived, there was only two other people at the bar. However, by around 7:30 pm the restaurant was pretty full so it may still be best to make a reservation. We opted to do their happy hour special, which is a ceviche + main for $50. They also have half off all bottles of wine during HH, and our waiter helped us select a nice bottle of white to pair with the food. For the ceviche we got the catch of the day and tuna. Between the two, I preferred the tuna although I will note the portions on both were pretty small. I'm assuming that the portion is the same as if you ordered it ala carte, but if I had paid the full price for it I would have been disappointed in the size. For mains, we got the chicken ala brasa and arroz con mariscos. Both of these were really solid-- cooked well, and the portion felt significant. Of the two, I think it really depends on what you're craving for which one I would recommend. The chicken was definitely more hefty/juicy but the arroz was very flavorful. We also opted to get a slice of the key lime pie for dessert, which was really good! The meringue was torched and it was very zesty and not too sweet. The servers were all really nice and they also do inkind, so combining that with HH can really get you a nice discount. I think without the HH pricing I would have thought the food was good, but more of a special occasion than a regular spot to visit. So do yourself a favor and come to try the HH menu.
