2 Buttermilk Pancakes, 2 Eggs with Breakfast Meat and hasbrowns

This has become one of my favorite brunch places. Great staff, great food ( esp the bacon- usually only eat it here ), and always delicious. I try to only go on weekdays since it's not as crazy busy but sometimes a short wait most of the time. They do not take reservations but plenty of street parking and parking in the lot across the street.

Food was okay, but the service was pretty awful. The young man who took our drink order was very pleasant and nice, but our waitress seemed like a miserable human, not sure if she was having a bad day but based on other low reviews it looks to be a common issue... Food was fine, not life changing brunch food by any means.

Casual, small place with 12 tables and two counter seats. Staff is very friendly and aren't trying to rush you out. Food was delicious! Their pumpkin pancakes on their specials is a must try! You also can pick the number of pancakes you want which I found awesome since sometimes you're really hungry and sometimes you just want one. Their cheesesteak omelet is also very good, cheese was melted just right!

This is a small spot but I do recommend you stop by and try . The breakfast was good with nice portions . The bread is homemade and we bought a loaf to go . The gravy was delicious just wish they gave little more . The grits needed some salt/pepper and I also wished they served with butter . The omelette was delicious and the home fries had amazing crunch and flavor . Coffee is served and refills are asked while eating which is nice . The staff were nice and had no issues overall. I'd return for sure . Thank you for a good experience .

Looked closed but it was packed. Super great and friendly service. Omelette was one of the best I have ever had. Server was very friendly and efficient we'll be back.

One of the best breakfast spots in the area! The pancakes are to die for and the staff is great! Definitely recommend trying, you will not be disappointed!

Came here Saturday early afternoon. A friend suggested this spot and after checking this spot via Yelp, I was looking forward to eat here. There was a wait which took about 30 minutes before being seated. The place is not huge but comfortable seatings. Ended up getting the traditional egg and meat breakfast special (2 eggs, seasoned home fries, homemade toast and bacon) with coffee. The whole meal was solid. Server always filled up my coffee cup. If you're in the mood for breakfast, I highly recommend this place. I will be back. * great service * street parking and parking lot * plastic straws available

My wife picked up some breakfast sandwiches this morning for us and I am very happy to find a place like this. Hearty amount of pork roll, egg, and cheese and an amazing chipotle spread to go along with it. Bread is fresh cooked which is noticeably an emphasis with the sandwich. She told me there is some seating there so I will definitely check it out in person soon!

Here's the deal: this is a great little breakfast place off off Main Street. Food was good. Service was very friendly . Peak times this place gets very crowded with minimal space to wait for a table Overall good ol fashion cafe

This has become our new go to breakfast spot! The place is on the small side so there's always a line on the weekends later in the morning but it's worth it! They have good sized portions and huge French toast! My favorite part is they offer a variety of homemade breads for toast and they have a weekly featured bread with different flavors. You can also get chorizo as your choice of breakfast meat. These non traditional offerings sets it apart from other breakfast spots and will keep us going back!

Looked much the same as we fondly remember. My wife reminded me that after dining we would just drive from our spot next to the signage right onto rte 46. The hostess directed us to a booth moments after we entered. They offer table and counter seating, as well. The waitress was an older woman. She was friendly, professional and checked up on us frequently. The menu is LARGE. My buddy ordered the Taylor Ham sandwich with egg and cheese ($7.95). There was a good ratio of layers and he enjoyed his breakfast. I hate it when only one slice of Taylor ham is on the sandwich. I ordered the 3 egg mushroom omelet which came with hash browns ($8.95). The quality of the food and prices make Paul's Family Diner the best diner in the area. Paul did not jack up his prices nearly as much as other diners have in the area. The diner has undergone a number of renovations and today is a cozy place to eat, clean with a traditional Jersey diner look. They offer local delivery, sit-in or take-out. Kids get crayons and a coloring book.

Since then, we've worked with Michael on planning our wedding and he was so great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, super energetic and full of positive energy throughout the planning, and very informative. We wanted our dogs in the ceremony a lower guest minimum for fear that less people at the time would attend due to covid and Michael quickly accommodated our requests, no questions asked! Our wedding was 10/14/23 and Farrell was our maitre'd. After getting home, my matron of honor, brother in law and mom had nothing but AMAZING things to say about Farrell. According to my mom, Farrell saw my grandpa had trouble with his boutonniere and she, without us asking, started helping him and all the other groomsmen clip them on. She worked with my husband on getting a little last-minute seating mishap resolved (we had some unplanned guests who had initially rsvp'd no and showed up). She was so good with children as our flower girl and flower boy/ring bearer were 4 and 7 and she interacted with them and helped show them what to do at the ceremony. Our day of coordinator unfortunately had an emergency and was not there part of the wedding but Farrell really took over and checked in on us constantly and took charge of the day. My matron of honor said Farrell was so nice and reliable and amazing at her job. Going back to the wedding, our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was, down to the chandeliers in the ballroom. Our wedding was unfortunately outdoors but Birchwood was so accommodating with allowing us to use the Grand Ballroom for the ceremony as the reception was already set up elsewhere. We upgraded the cocktail hour to deluxe and with both my husband and I being from Chinese families with high expectations in regards to seafood, the lobster tails were gone instantly as our guests loved them so much. People raved about how good the cocktail hour was, including the carving station and shrimp scampi station. The ice sculpture was a beautiful and elegant touch. All in all, we and our guests had nothing but an amazing time at Birchwood. We have nothing but positive experiences through our 2 years of wedding planning. Thank you Michael and Farrell and Birchwood Manor for helping us plan our wedding and make our wedding day visions really come to life!

The regular menu stays the same, which I love, but they always add a holiday or seasonal menu with extra food and drink options--best of both worlds. I've never had anything here that wasn't good. The service is consistently great too. It does get very busy, so I recommend joining the wait line before you go--once you arrive, just check in at the desk and they'll give you a good idea of the wait and how many parties are ahead of you. Pro tip: anything on the menu with "hash" in the name--get it. The Belgian waffle is fluffy, lightly sweet, and just a little crunchy, especially with the warm syrup and butter.
