Yay! I pick up breakfast and lunch here to bring with me to work everyday. They have all the basic breakfast sandwiches (combination of eggs, cheese, taylor ham, bacon, canadian bacon, sausage, or even regular ham if you wish). For lunch, they have all the typical deli-style sandwiches, including sloppy joes, eggplant parm, chicken cutlets, club sandwiches, etc. If you have a special request, they're v. accommodating (crispy bacon, limp bacon, extra onions, dressing on the side, etc.) - just ask! If you don't want to wait, you can always call ahead to order, that way you don't have to bother parking in the back (like the previous reviewer wrote) and you can pull up in front, run inside, grab your stuff, and run back out. It might not look like much, but this place is awesome. Bread is brought in fresh everyday. They also have bagels or Portuguese rolls if you want to build your sandwich on something other than Italian bread. And of course, they have white, whole wheat, and rye as well. As far as sandwich toppings go, they have the typical lettuce, tomato, onions, oil, vinegar, oregano but they also have Russian dressing, hot peppers, sweet peppers, pickle chips, and cole slaw. They also have honey mustard or barbecue sauce if you want, and my personal favorite, horseradish sauce. For the warm sandwiches they can add fried onions, sauer kraut, peppers, mushrooms. You never know what they might have, so it doesn't hurt to ask and find out. read more

Been coming here for years since I've worked in the area. Years ago, there was an old man behind the deli counter that would make your sandwich. We would call him "Ol Man Bangiola". Not sure what happened to him. Since I'm working in the area again, this place still does a solid job with your basic deli needs for lunch. Usually, I get a turkey on whole wheat and they cut the slices of turkey real thin and layer it up nicely. There tuna with celery is pretty good to. Prices are way cheaper and portions are more generous then The Wazu, Panera, and Atlanta Bread Company, which are all in the vicinity. read more

He was fast, and when I got the sandwich it held together perfectly (if you've ever eaten a sloppy Joe you know what I'm talking about). Parsippany's only hidden, "insiders-only" deli. I affectionately call it, "the gas station." The deli located on the right side of the "Young" gas station on Littleton, literally attached to the service garage. Technically you're supposed to park behind the building (entrance is on the left, sloping downward), but sometimes folks pull up to the front and block the gas station pumps. Outside, it honestly looks a little shady. Inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find a full-service deli with both incredibly good quality ingredients (there's a Boar's head sign out front, if that's any indication), and reasonably-priced sandwiches. By reasonably-priced, I mean maybe $0.50 to $1.00 cheaper than the other sandwich-shop-great, the Great Wazu, which is further up north. The service is fast, kind, and open to plenty of customization. Open for early breakfast. Free delivery with a 5 sandwich minimum. Pretty robust sandwich menu, and it's all really tasty. They also have the usual quirky NJ deli stuff like boiled eggs, bananas, and pickles for sale at all times. In general, highly recommended. Try the #10 with everything, meatball parm., or sausage and peppers. Really delicious stuff. The wholes are the size of Wazu's and will fill up the hungriest souls. read more

Great hidden gem, it's the local's deli. Way better than the cafe in my office building nearby, I take the quick ride up 202/Littleton Rd once in a while when I'm not brown-bagging it. It's tucked away next to the BP gas station. There's only 3 spots out front but a whole lot in the back behind the garage. Boars Head cold cuts mean you are getting good stuff. Fast and friendly service is just icing on the cake. No seating inside but who has time to sit and eat lunch out anyways? Do yourself a favor and take a quick break to pick up a sandwich here... Located in a hole in the wall next to the Citgo on Rt 202. Bangiolas is a sandwich place without peer. Fast, and friendly with a decent selection of subs and sandwiches, I usually go there at least once a week for an egg sandwich. Very convenient for a quick gas-up and lunch break.
