This was an amazing restraint to happen on to [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was wonderfully calm and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service impeccable and the food to die for. Lately there are a lot of restraints that come and go, I hope they can stand the test of time. I would like to continue dining here everyone I'm in town. The portions are great, I had two perfectly cooked duck breasts. So delicious and super filling. The calamari was sublime, so tender and tasty. Great all around place for dining.

Tasty European (Mediterranean?) restaurant near the middle of Whistler Village. Parking is horrendous here. Surprise surprise. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place definitely has that European feel. Actually one can forget one is inside a ski resort.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff are friendly and professional. No complaints. Calamari a la plancha - grilled calamari in olive oil. Delicious but the portion size is ridiculously tiny. See photo. With that said, I later found out this item is half priced during happy (tappy?) hour as of the time of writing. Crispy lamb pizza - thin crust (Neopolitan style). Sprinkled with bits of goat cheese. Meatball panuozzo - basically a large overstuffed meatball pizza pocket. Gooey cheese and tomato sauce. 4 large meatballs inside. Made a mess trying to eat this thing. Buddy ordered the spaghetti & meatballs and it is quite a large portion. He said it was tasty too. Friends and I left stuffed. The food here is solid. Recommended.

I was really craving pizza and my husband recommended this place for their wood fired pizza. I love a great wood fired pizza and they did not disappoint. Our server was very warm and welcoming, Kristen. Service was quick throughout our entire stay and she always came and checked on us throughout dinner. All of the staff were super friendly. We started with their meatballs. They melted in our mouths, the sauce & cheese were exceptional! They were massive and filling as well. I had the Margarita pizza & my husband had the Crispy Lamb. They were both delicious and I had to try the Crispy Lamb. It was phenomenal!!

1.5 at best. Service was really lacking. Food came out 10 mins before we got our drinks. Had to remind the waitress we ordered a pitcher, which sat on the bar for better than 10 mins. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had a lot of moths at our table, not sure about the other bugs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was tasty, not really worth the price, but was edible. Not trying to be a "boomer" but the dress code for the staff was interesting bordering on inappropriate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice location, but a total tourist spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Got take out for this one, so cannot comment on the service or ambiance in the restaurant itself. Wasn't planning on getting pizza, but after seeing their Tuesday promo for a 20" pizza for $20, so decided to take out and see what its about. Got the Funghi pizza. Its really thin! and the toppings were ok, could have used a bit more variety and amount, but for $20 and for that size, you could do a lot worse, so overall, great value and would recommend coming here for their special. The one negative is that there is an hour wait for the pizza even for take out (never mind trying to get a seat), but it was ok, we went to do something else and popped back for it.

I've been to this restaurant before and loved it--the food is absolutely delicious, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a nice upscale vibe[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I was excited to bring my husband here after having such a great experience last year. We had a fantastic dinner, and the 3 for $30 deal is such a good value. However, the service left a sour taste in our mouths. When our check arrived, we were charged for the dessert that's supposed to be included in the 3 for $30 deal. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before paying. After the server "corrected" it, she brought over the POS, and the total was still wrong. At that point, I had already paid using Apple Pay because I trusted her to fix it--but the amount was incorrect again! This kind of repeated mistake is frustrating and honestly unacceptable. What made it worse was her attitude. She didn't seem to care or apologize, which made it feel less like an honest mistake and more like she was intentionally trying to overcharge us. This left a bad impression and made it hard to want to return, despite how great the food and ambiance are. I hope management addresses this because it's not that hard to charge the correct amount, and poor service like this really detracts from the overall experience.

We came here on a Friday night at the end of October (off season) without reservations. Despite the place is busy, we only have to wait for 10' for a table. During Fall, many restaurants has a set menu and so is Caramba. They have 3 courses for $30, everyday except Saturday!!! What a great deal! Initial I was worried that the portion might be small, but man I was wrong. If you look at my photos, the pasta portion is huge and I cannot finish mine. So for my set course, I got: - Calamari - Tagliatelle Pesto - Caramelize white chocolate cheesecake Every course is delicious and I left the restaurant feeling I just got another huge Thanksgiving dinner! Drinks are pretty good. I have the smoked negroni. And you wouldn't guess it's bourbon based on the colour because of the clarification. Very cool drink to try. I definitely would come back next time I'm in Whistler.

Amazing service, great food! Was able to get a reservation for 9 day of without too much issue. Would definitely recommend if in the area

Delicious Italian food! I ordered the pesto with an add on of shrimp. Definitely worth it. The serving sizes are huge. So big that you need to lean protein to almost cut into how heavy it can get. I also ordered the scotched egg which was perfectly cooked with a runny yolk.

Chicken and 'nduja fettuccine

The best meal I had in my 3 day stay in Whistler. The chicken and nduja fettuccine was SPECTACULAR. We dined with a large party and our server was super great in managing all our needs. Would prioritize coming back to Caramba

I think this is a great place to grab a pizza in the area. We tried the mushroom pizza and the lamb pizza. The mushroom pizza was our favorite for sure. They're about 10 inches each so probably enough for one person each

Happy Hour garlic prawns and meatballs

Happy Hour! We arrived in Whistler a bit too early for our hotel check in, so we walked to Caramba for Happy Hour (3-5pm). We ordered a pitcher of white sangria - which was the biggest pitcher of sangria we've ever seen for $25! It's the size of a beer pitcher. From the Happy Hour menu, we ordered three dishes for $25 (or the price is one is $10 each) - the meatballs, squid and garlic prawns. I only ate the prawns and they were cooled perfectly and well seasoned. My son and husband liked the squid and meatballs. Since the HH menu didn't have much that I wanted, I ordered the duck off the regular menu - and it was excellent! The medium rare duck breast was perfect. The turnips, mushrooms, mushroom mousse and the sauce were perfect. My son stole more than "just a bite" from this dish.

We've only eaten here once, but we absolutely loved it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience is very fun and modern.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was super friendly and very efficient. Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!!

Provisions is definitely a popular, buzzing spot in the morning! I noticed tons of people ordering…read moretheir breakfast sandwiches--which looked great--but for me, the tater tots were calling my name. I am so glad I went with my gut because they were incredible! They came out perfectly hot, nice and crispy, and were tossed in a seriously flavorful sauce that took them to the next level. The space itself has a few tables if you want to sit and enjoy your food, along with a super convenient self-serve water station. Definitely a great, lively little spot to kickstart your morning--don't skip the tots!

Another 1 star review for the laptop issue. It's their prerogative to have whatever policy they…read morelike, but they could not have handled it any worse. They have a tiny sign hidden behind the water faucet, so small that I didn't see it in two visits to the place. About 20 minutes in, I was made aware of the no laptop rule and put it off to the side. At this point I hadn't even finished drinking my coffee or eating my pastry. As soon as I was done with them, the same boss lady came over and basically asked me to leave because "there were families looking for a table." She even had the audacity to tell me to "read the room." At this point it had been 42 minutes since I entered the establishment and about a half hour since I received my order. I was seated at the smallest table in the place and not taking up much space at all. It would have been tough for even two people to squeeze in to the table where I was seated. Adding insult to injury, in between my two interactions with the boss, a customer rudely asked when I would be leaving. It took all my strength to politely offer to share the table with her, but she just said she wanted the whole thing to herself. So in the span of about 20-25 minutes I had 3 separate conversations trying to justify my existence at this tiny table. It was unreal and I honestly thought I may have been on some hidden camera television show. This place basically wants to take your money and then rush you out so they can get more people in there. I understand the obvious dollars and cents motivation for this, but it's crass and callous and completely unbecoming of even a small town coffee shop. I travel about 200 days a year and I've been to literally hundreds of terrible coffee shops, but I've never in my life been treated this poorly as a paying customer. Maybe just place a big sign informing everyone of a time limit on how long they can sit. Or at least tell the guy who walks in with a laptop bag and blatantly sets up his laptop that he can't hang out there (like I said I was unaware of the policy so obviously wasn't hiding anything). I would have paid double, even treble, to just be informed in advance so I could patronize a different local business in Whistler and avoid that experience.

First, there's plenty of seating. You come in, get a menu, seat yourself, and when you're ready, order at the counter. They will bring your food to you. We got a table outside in the sun. We ordered the Grants Platter for Two and shared it between three hungry adults and we still had a lot of leftovers (which were super tasty later)! My favorites from this platter were the brisket (so tender and just the right amount of smokiness) and the chicken wings with dry rub (fried to crispy perfection). The ribs and pulled pork were also really good, but since I prefer my barbecue without sauce, these didn't appeal to me as much as the brisket. I also liked the fresh and tasty mixed greens salad that we got as one of our sides--very balanced and delicious. The staff are super friendly here. Our waiter checked on us several times and even the chef came out to see if we liked the food. It was a wonderful lunch. If you're looking for a great meal in Whistler, definitely check out Hunter Gather!

The apple slices were juicy and the bread / biscuit was soft. We had such a good experience the first day that we decided to go back the next day. There was a line this time, but it was definitely worth the wait.
