Good service, casual dining venue in the heart of Whistler village. Called to make reservations and got one right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Second floor so you have to walk 21 steps to upstairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hostess and servers are very nice and accommodating. Food Menu is relatively simple but got enough choices for most people , drink menu is extensive. Water is refilled readily. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is noisy but that is good for chatting after a day of shredding snow.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered local (BC) draft pale ale and lager to go with rib eye, lamb shank , short rib and 21 salads with warm bread and butter. The side veggies are the same baby carrots green been and broccoli. Lamb came with rice, others came with mashed potatoes. Lamb is fall-of-the bone good but short rib and steak are below average. Salad and warm bread are at the good mark. Took off one star because of the chewy steak. Else we have a good time.

Delicious food in perfect portions! We did the 3-course meal with appetizers, main and dessert. The fried tofu and fried goat cheese with honey were my favorites!

Went here for BF's birthday. Acoustics I. The Attic make conversations loud. The folks at the bar talking to the bartender were really loud. We ordered the Riblwrs and Mussels for Appetizers and the braised short rib and BC LingCod. All were generous portions and delicious. Service was a bit slow as there was only one service. Overall 3 stars because of the echo chamber in The Attic. Otherwise 4 stars for food.

This place was highly recommended and it seems super popular so take this with a grain of salt I know that being from the states the flavors I like don't always extend to other places and you'll see this in most of my reviews of restaurants around the area and that's that all the food tasted good I just felt it was all quite a bit under seasoned. The servers were fantastic and the atmosphere was great.

The service here was friendly and fast and the restaurant was pretty quiet when we went. The pizza was alright, I really enjoyed the crust on it. All together it was a pleasant time.

4.5 stars We weren't able to get a reservation so we arrived at the restaurant right at opening, and there was already a line formed outside! They state that they keep 1/3 of the restaurant available to walk-ins, so we were able to get a seat at the bar. We ordered off the prix fixe menu. The best dishes were the appetizers - the fried chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, and the chili prawns had excellent flavor. The main dishes were HUGE portions, and reminded me of catered wedding dishes. The chocolate brownie dessert was great, although they had to bring out this dish 3 times before finally getting it right (without nuts due to an allergy). I would skip the chocolate mousse and raspberry sorbet - the mousse tasted more like supermarket pudding. The cocktails (and the bartender) were fantastic - probably if I were to come back, I would just get drinks at the bar and skip the food.

The food here was amazing! Since it is in the village it was hard to find while driving in the rain but we made it just in time before they gave up our reservation. That is our fault but luckily we still held onto the table. I was so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Our waitress was also amazing. Super attentive and gave us great recommendations. The pork shoulder pasta is creamy with juicy pork meat that pairs well together. The red curry mussels were shared as an appetizer and we drank every last bit. We even ordered french fries to dip them in. The fries (no picture) are perfectly sized and super crispy. Their other side options were mashed potatoes or veggies and honestly they were all great. To finish off the night we shared a blueberry cheesecake and it was the perfect end to this lovely dinning experience. **also not pictured by the bison and salmon were also amazing choices. I did not return but the party I was with went back the next day to get bison again.*** 10/10 If ever in the whistler area for a few days, I would return.

Every time we're in the area we stop in a least twice - once as a family and again just for date night with my husband. I'm blown away at the food and drink prices (you can't beat them) . The food is pretty darn good and the drinks are the best. We came in for lunch and I ordered the Warehouse Mac and cheese which was a perfect conviction of cheeses and Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce on Cavatappi Noodles, and it was just spicy and flavorful enough. We also ordered the sun-dried tomato pesto penne and my son had the crispy chicken Caesar wrap - all were equally as delicious. Returning for drinks, i had a couple of the Sour Keys - (Smirnoff Raspberry, Peach Schnapps, Lemon, Sprite and Sour Key Candy) and oh man - they were dangerously good! Both visits the staff was very friendly and attentive, we never had to wait long, and the bar tender was on top of making sure we were always hydrated. Love this spot and will happily return again.

First, there's plenty of seating. You come in, get a menu, seat yourself, and when you're ready, order at the counter. They will bring your food to you. We got a table outside in the sun. We ordered the Grants Platter for Two and shared it between three hungry adults and we still had a lot of leftovers (which were super tasty later)! My favorites from this platter were the brisket (so tender and just the right amount of smokiness) and the chicken wings with dry rub (fried to crispy perfection). The ribs and pulled pork were also really good, but since I prefer my barbecue without sauce, these didn't appeal to me as much as the brisket. I also liked the fresh and tasty mixed greens salad that we got as one of our sides--very balanced and delicious. The staff are super friendly here. Our waiter checked on us several times and even the chef came out to see if we liked the food. It was a wonderful lunch. If you're looking for a great meal in Whistler, definitely check out Hunter Gather!

Their fried wings were incredibly savory. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. I also enjoyed the cornbread and the mixed greens. The staff was friendly and the chef chatted with us too. We'd definitely come back again the next time we were in Whistler. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating.

We started coming here three years ago and sadly only get to visit once a year during Cornucopia while we're staying. The staff has always been so dang friendly. The food menu is interesting and eclectic enough to have something to please everyone (including a few vegan and GF options), but not overwhelming with too many choices. It's connected to a hotel but you wouldn't guess that it's a hotel restaurant. Earthy and classy atmosphere. One detail that could have improved the atmosphere would have been to change the music - it seemed like they were playing one or two long dance tracks through the entire time we were there. Not a big detractor from the experience though. The service was good - the staff were pleasant and wait times were reasonable. I'm not a gin enthusiast so I did not get anything with gin, but I was pretty impressed with both the strawberry g&t and the g&t flight that my parents ordered. The strawberry g&t was served as a large glass with ice and strawberries, and the gin and tonic on the side, so the gin could be tasted on its own and the drink mixed to taste. The gin and tonic flight was also presented with each of the components separate. The instructions for drinking were to first taste the gin on its own, then add ice to see how adding ice changes the flavour, and finally mix with tonic. My beverage of choice was the "big easy" stout, a nitro Irish-style stout, which I really liked. Nice to try a drier stout with the nitro. I had the Korean cauliflower bowl for my entree. The bowl was delicious - the Korean fried cauliflower were nice and crispy and flavourful, and the coconut cauliflower rice also deserves a special mention. My parents got roasted red pepper linguine and the arctic char, which I also tasted. We shared a carrot cake and chocolate cake for dessert. The spiced whipped cream that comes with both cakes and the red wine cranberries on the chocolate cake really elevated the taste. The three of us were in agreement that all the food was great. We were very happy with our choice to eat here.
