    Lentil smokehouse burger made vegan
    April S.

Really appreciated the vegan options :) I got the lentil smokehouse burger made vegan and it was pretty tasty. The homemade lentil burger was a nice change from your typical veggie burger. Service was fine and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambience is very casual.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Bacon Swiss Cheese (instead of Bacon Blue Cheese)
    Jennifer W.

Happened to swing by one evening with my group There were two main deals that appealed to us: - $15 cheeseburger + beer - $20 bacon blue cheese Ended up getting the latter with the cheese substituted for no additional charge Didn't realize it'd come with ranch and fries -- ended up only eating the fries and half the burger [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is casual? -- didn't end up exploring the whole place since the large tables at the front were available and fit us all[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was good -- staff members were friendly and helpful

Build your own bun-less burger - SO good!

This was one of the best burgers we've had in a long while. Came in for a quick dinner after browsing through all our options and it did not disappoint! First off - I was so happy to see the option for a build my own burger *in a bowl* which is exactly how I like my burgers - bun-less and more of a salad. The meat was cooked just right and all my additions were fresh and perfectly prepared. Second off, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's so nice to go somewhere and engage with folks who seem genuinely happy. The food was prepared quickly and we all enjoyed coloring during our short wait. Highly recommend and will be back!

Spritz Burger is often touted as the best burger joint in Whistler, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Spritz Royale (topped with bacon and hash brown) along with regular fries and a plate of hot chicken wings. The positives: - Pricing is fair, especially during *happy hour*, when the wings were $7 off. - The burger came as an option on a brioche bun, which initially looked great, and the sauce/flavour setup was definitely tasty and satisfying. - Overall, good value for the money. The drawbacks: - The brioche bun didn't hold up structurally--it completely disintegrated halfway through eating, which made things messy fast. - The burger patty's texture was a bit *mushy*, which raised some concerns and took away from the experience. Hoping it's just a one-off kitchen miss, but it's worth noting. Final thoughts: Spritz Burger delivers on flavour and value, especially if you catch happy hour, but the execution--particularly the bun integrity and meat texture--left something to be desired. With small improvements, it truly could live up to its reputation as one of Whistler's best burgers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience was satisfactory offering both indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was self-serve type that expects 18% + tips. The cashier was friendly.

    Classic cheeseburger
    Marco L.

Had a great time when we stopped here; first of all, reasonable prices for Whistler and an amazing burger, absolutely loved the classic cheeseburger. My partner built her own and was also very happy with her choices. Lots of ability to customize your burger. Service is simple order at the bar and the food comes out pretty quick. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Casual ambiance, feels like a classic burger joint.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Poutine burger

Casual place in Whistler Village serving superb burgers at a reasonable price. I got the poutine burger and it was delicious and flavorful without being gimmicky. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you can, I recommend sitting at the few outdoor tables they have in the back for a quiet setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Always a great burger at Splitz Grill. Such an efficient kitchen. Great to see how everyone works together to prepare a delicious burger. This was one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This spot has a great location in the Whistler Village, making it an easy choice after a long day on the slopes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The burgers coming out of the kitchen look amazing, and dining in might be the way to go because the to-go orders don't hold up as well. Our fries were a bit disappointing, and the food wasn't as hot as we'd hoped by the time we got it. That said, for the area, it's a decent value and still a solid post-ski meal if you're eating on-site.

    Azadeh S.

Splitz has the best burger, the onion rings are so amazing too. Their burgers are tasty, our choices are LEGENDARY STACKER and SMOKEHOUSE. They have a veggie option. The staff was warm and welcoming. we'll be coming back here Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

    Legendary Splitz burger and fries
    Tony X.

Whenever I'm in Whistler and I'm craving a burger, Splitz is my go-to spot! For many years, Splitz has been known for its high quality, filling burgers at affordable prices, and it continues to deliver! I typically get the legendary Splitz burger, but I've tried other burgers in the past as well, and they're all fantastic.

    Nidhi P.

Loved the food here ! So glad they had vegan & veg options compared to just impossible patty. The patties were so flavorful with quinoa & corn & other things. Glad there was vegan chipotle mayo as well. Totally recommend! Def hit the spot.

If you're in Whistler and just craving a good burger I'd highly recommend Splitz. We ate here on the first day we got here and by the end of the trip we were wishing we went back for more and it finished as one of our top 3 favorite places we ate all week. If I go back to Whistler I'll definitely make sure to go more often. Also try some of the vinegar on the fries I know we don't do that in America but it is wicked good so give it a shot.

Found this place just after arriving from a 13 hour travel day into Whistler. It was like a mirage in the desert. Amazing char grilled burger with great sides, [[HIGHLIGHT]]mountain town vibe, great service, fair price, top 10 burger for me when all things are considered.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ended up going three times across 6 days and will be coming back the next time I am in town. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If looking for a casual burger vibe after a day of skiing or riding, look no further.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Was dumping pow the second time i was there - good vibes[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

First, there's plenty of seating. You come in, get a menu, seat yourself, and when you're ready, order at the counter. They will bring your food to you. We got a table outside in the sun. We ordered the Grants Platter for Two and shared it between three hungry adults and we still had a lot of leftovers (which were super tasty later)! My favorites from this platter were the brisket (so tender and just the right amount of smokiness) and the chicken wings with dry rub (fried to crispy perfection). The ribs and pulled pork were also really good, but since I prefer my barbecue without sauce, these didn't appeal to me as much as the brisket. I also liked the fresh and tasty mixed greens salad that we got as one of our sides--very balanced and delicious. The staff are super friendly here. Our waiter checked on us several times and even the chef came out to see if we liked the food. It was a wonderful lunch. If you're looking for a great meal in Whistler, definitely check out Hunter Gather!

We'd definitely come back again the next time we were in Whistler. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating.

Free parking in the underground lot for the lodge. I tried several items from their summer menu: kale salad - actually quite good. Served warm, charred veg, one of the better dishes. 4/5. Wagyu tartare - 2.5/5. Very small portion, mediocre tasting beef, served with toast that was super greasy. Roast carrots - also pretty good. Nice cook on the carrots, served with a puree. 3.5/5. Truffle fries - average not a lot of potato flavour, but nice texture. Truffle flavour was barely there. Duck breast main - nice cook on the duck meat but the skin and fat were inedible and tough. I like it rendered down more. 3/5. Barely served with anything. Main problem and theme throughout is the poor value. The portions are all tiny for the prices you pay. Yes it is Whistler and its in a lodge with lots of tourists. But still, if you're going to charge these astronomical prices and have tiny portions, then the execution better be immaculate, which it definitely is not. The real highlight was the service and free parking. I wouldnt go out of my way here for the food.

The gluten-free brioche and Gruyère are thoughtfully proportioned, fully melted and lightly gratinéed, adding depth without overwhelming the soup itself. Nothing feels heavy or overly salty -- just precise, comforting, and very well executed. Enjoyed with a snow-covered lake and mountain backdrop, it's the kind of dish that quietly stands out. Not flashy, just exceptionally good. Easily one of the best French onion soups I've had, and a reason on its own to return to The Den.

The chips were ultra thick and reminded me of eating bugles as a kid, but way higher class. The salmon and chicken were way larger portions than we had expect , and done to perfection.
