For a Monday morning with wait staff standing around, this bathroom was gross!
    Christian A.

For a restaurant empty and employees standing around the service was slow and only nice when the check was handed over for a tip. I went to the washroom and if the kitchen looks anything like the washroom, it should be shut down. It's ironic the review QR was in the bathroom. This was breakfast on Monday, and obviously not cleaned all weekend. The food was OK, way over priced, even for a ski resort. Thankfully we found many other breakfast places with a traditional breakfast, walking around the plaza... Clean up your act Stonesedge.

Nice and quiet on a Thursday morning at 9am. Very friendly staff. The Grizzly (smoked salmon) Benny I had was incredibly delicious, especially paired with a side arugula salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette. Cappuccino looks on point but tastes weak and watery, suspect something was off with the espresso machine today.

Awesome place and everybody loved it. They have plenty of seating especially outdoors. The only problem is that they don't have regular menus and when we first got there the menu link at our table was broken. Other links worked though. I got the grizzly Benedict. Beautifully done eggs with just enough hollandaise flavour. The salmon was great. The potatoes - wow the flavour is superb. Really excellent and well done. I would definitely get it again. The usual Whistler markup though. Everybody else thoroughly enjoyed theirs. The bacon on breakfast poutine was quite good - crispy.

We came here for brunch. The place is a bit hidden, look for Bills and you will see it. The menu is simple, quite limited in variety. Basically bowls and bennies. I decided on the grizzly Benedict which is smoked salmon. Nothing fancy but everything is well executed. Crispy home fries. Perfectly poached eggs with runny yolk over smoked salmon. The traditional is equally good. Generous portion of the bacon and sausage. None of those skinny anemic looking sausage or bacon. The over-easy eggs are nicely done. Service was pretty good with staff checking on us often and topping up coffee without being asked. There is a bar area and the main dining hall. Both are equally nice. Bathrooms are outside of the restaurant and the code is written on the wall.

Lovely restaurant with great food and beers on tap. They have a cozy and spacious patio that is dog friendly and great service. I had the Burrata salad and loved it. My husband got a potato salad with his entree that was fantastic, too. We'll definitely be back!

The food is great in both appearance and taste! The waitress is a very nice young lady.

The inside looked very cool in a completely different way. It was cozy but modern, not in a rustic way. I can imagine how nice it would be in winter! 2. Food & Drink: literally no notes. Love how the cocktails are organized by flavor profile. My husband and I loved what we ordered. We also loved all the food we ordered, but the seafood tower is a must have, as well as the chocolate lava cake! 3. Service: top notch! Our server gave us great recommendations, and was attentive without rushing us. We were celebrating our anniversary and the manager brought out glasses of champagne for us. Would highly recommend for a special occasion!

It was a very disappointing experience. We haven't visited Whistler in years, I was looking forward…read moreto this trip because we had booked what I thought was the top rated restaurant there but boy was I ever wrong. Their geoduck and clam pasts tasted okay but the serving size was laughably small, 2 large bites to perhaps 4 small bites at best. The worst thing was the overcooked geoduck, they're basically large clams and anyone who's cooked and eaten clams will know that overcooked clams turn rubbery and the few bits of geoduck were as rubbery as a rubber duck. The same applies to their Roasted Ling Cod, unless you enjoy overcooked ling cod, avoid at all costs. Amongst our group we ordered 3 New Your Steaks, we ordered medium rare, to their credit they were all cooked a perfect medium rare. Trouble was they were all way over salted. Too much salt to make them enjoyable, frankly I've had much better steaks at Denny's. As part of their prix fixe menu they had smoked black cod which I normally enjoy. Here they mashed the black cod into a chip dip which they served with their house made potato chips, While the dip was okay as far as taste goes, the chips they served last week on Wednesday night were all stale, not yet rancid but definitely stale. If the manager is reading this, I suggest he take a few and taste them himself. Prices weren't out of line since this is a resort area and restaurant pretty much can count on a "captive" clientele. However value wise this place should not be anywhere near the top of your go-to list.

I think they would've been much better if I had thought to ask to hold off on salting the fries. Pricing is quite reasonable. Otherwise, ambience is very laid back, not too loud at lunchtime, and nice having the Olympic hockey game on. My server, Ellie, was totally nice AND efficient. Kudos for her! I would visit again.

When you walk in you're promptly greeted by the hosts. We came mid week and tried their spring menu which was 4 courses for 33 before tax and tip. The server was prompt and attentive with a sincere, friendly demeanour. They were out of the tomato soup so we got the chowder and some chips and salsa (not pictured). Both were so delicious. The chips were ultra thick and reminded me of eating bugles as a kid, but way higher class. The salmon and chicken were way larger portions than we had expect , and done to perfection. Chicken is a little spicy but this is the type of service and cooking I liiiiive for! If you've ever had any other Earls scratch that out of your mind because when you come here, this is literally the place to be. Sticky toffee pudding also wonderful. It's not like a pudding more like a mini chocolate cake with toffee, vanilla ice cream and this almond florentine style cookie. Recommend to anyone even vegetarian / vegan as they have a plentiful plant based menu as well. This place is vibes for friends, dates, or a family dinner.
