    I had a horrible experience at this unethical car dealership. I bought a Range Rover for over 35k. First, their processing fee is $1295 plus they charge $899 for installing a tracker in all of the vehicles they call it "APEX project". You have no choice but to accept the APEX project of $899. That's fine and I accept all of the non-sense BS charges on top of the vehicle price, but here where you know this is a shady business. When inspecting the vehicle, I was told by the salesperson, Nate Herbas, that the car comes with 2 keys and was given 2 keys at the time of delivery. Upon Inspecting the key at home, I realized the second key didn't belong to the vehicle. I called them and was told to come back as it might have been mixed up with other keys with the same car make. Of course, I went and they couldn't locate the key and the sales manager promised to replace the key. So you might say, just buy another key, that is fine until you find out the cost of an extra key for these expensive vehicles. To purchase a new smart key, it is $600 and to program it, it is $300 and only can be purchased and programmed at Land Rover Dealer. Now you know why they keep jerking me around. I have been lied to over and over for over 3 weeks every time I called and spoke to the sales managers, Tony Johnson and Sandra Meneses, they promised me that they would check into it and call back, and of course, they don't call back, and that's only if they pick up the phone, as they use this tactic until you get tired and stop calling. I have initiated a complaint with the BBB. I will not recommend this shady dealership to anyone based on these unethical shady practices. Just be honest and say you don't have the key or live up to your promises to the consumer. Truly bad business practices.

    Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had buying a car. To start every time I step into that building I felt racially profiled as if I wasn't supposed to be there. It took them 3 and a half weeks to deliver the vehicle after being told the parts was going to be a few days to get to them. I was then told the car was being sent to a specialist which never happened. I was constantly lied to by the sales rep "Devon" about the status of the vehicle and the condition of the car he told me the top worked fine.The day I went to pick the car up took the top down it didn't go back up. I was then told "not to take it back down until I was home to be safe" The headliner falling down the passenger door didn't open properly and the list goes on. I pointed out all of these issues and was told they were going to be addressed that never happed. They had already ran my credit I paid the deposit so I had to choice really. I feel like I was swindle out of my money the only compensation given after all of that was paying half of the car note for a vehicle they had for almost a month anyways !

    The entire team is awesome. Not pushy at all. Showed me the cars I was interested in and let me drive alone. They also showed me other cars based on my price point. They were patient and flexible with my timing. Super personable and professional. Our salesman was Nate and finance was Michael

    DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS AND CONSUMER INTIMIDATION Do not…read moretrust this dealer's verbal promises. They use "Signing Fatigue" and misleading sales tactics to defraud customers. 1. The Bait and Switch: During the purchase of my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300, the Finance Manager aggressively pushed a $3,000 NVP Warranty. I was explicitly told it was "Bumper-to-Bumper" and covered the entire engine. This was a lie. They rushed me through a massive stack of digital documents, hiding the fact that they were actually selling me a highly restricted plan. 2. Failure to Honor Commitments: When the car suffered major PCV and LED failures (P052E), NVP denied the claim because of how the dealer registered the contract. The dealer now hides behind "AS-IS" clauses to avoid responsibility for their verbal misrepresentations. 3. Legal Intimidation: Instead of acting in good faith to resolve the $3,000 fraud, this dealer had their In-House Counsel send me a "Cease and Desist" letter to intimidate me into silence. They would rather pay a lawyer to bully a customer than honor their sales promises. I have officially filed formal complaints with the Virginia Attorney General (OAG), the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (MVDB), and the SCC. I am seeking a full refund and a state investigation into their business license. If you value your money and your rights, buy your car elsewhere.

    Please DISREGARD the other reviews…read more I was extremely excited to do business here with my family and purchase a car. We bought a car as is and the clerk was extremely nice but very pushy. WE GOT SCAMMED. DO NOT come here and buy a car. We checked the Carfax and everything was in perfect condition. Less than a month in, the car had very bad problems with the pistons and was eating away the oil. We have to add oil to the car EVERY WEEK. The Carfax showed no problems, which is why we didn't purchase a warranty (because it seemed like gimmick tax-ons if there were no problems during the inspection). But people know that piston problems don't just appear immediately after 1 month. This is a problem that takes time to accumulate. We called back and they said there was NOTHING that could do to help??? We were LIED to regarding any engine problems that the car could have had. This was the worst scamming experience in my life that scammed us out of THOUSANDS of dollars. We got other opinions if this was a problem that could be fixed. All opinions advised we should sell/trade the car because fixing it would require building a whole new engine and would cost the same as buying another car! I have NEVER written a review before for any place and this is my first. I am a business administrator, journalist, and entrepreneur and will make sure to share the word regarding this SCAMMING BUSINESS with the DC news, DMV friends/family, and the Better Business Bureau.
