ZERO STARS!!!! RUN from Chantilly Auto!!! I just bought a Honda CR-V from them. communication is horrible!!!! I still don't have papers they were to send last week!! I sent them money for the car and had to ask for the receipt a day later. THEY ARE LIARS - I did not want a CV Transmission. They specifically told me it was NOT a CVT. They lied it is CVT. There is a crack in the windshield. They said it had Navigation - it does not. Their priced look good on the web site - till they add their $1000 dealer fee. I just had to buy a car 6 month ago - from somewhere else - no dealer fee. Personally I would like my money back and for them to come and get their car. In response to the dealer response - it is ironic that they would like "direct communication" when their communication is horrible. Yes I will be contacting them directly. The only way to resolve the issue is to send me a car that DOES NOT HAVE CV Transmission, as you stated about the one I bought. I would not have bought it otherwise. When I talked to John. He actually tried to hang up on me after saying you signed a purchase order, there is nothing I can do. There you have it. Make the sale, lie to the customer to get your money. Thats their goal. I came to this group after seeing it on Yelp and reading some Google reviews. I e-mailed them and let them know that email was the best way to communicate with me. They respected that and Vinny e-mailed any updates and questions to me (since I don't use my phone this helped a lot!). Vinny was super responsive and gave me quotes within a day. Vinny also got my car inspected for me (I hate those lines and taking off work or waking up early to get it done). The car had extensive work done to pass inspection, and it did! Vinny even was able to find one of the parts at a cheaper price point then what was quoted - so I ended up getting a cheaper bill when I came to pick up the car! The guy on site was super nice and offered a lift when I dropped of the car originally. Picking up the car, the same front house employee helped me out a lot by driving my car back to my place and letting me drive him back. MY NIGHTMARE: I got my car I did it with them and they were "very nice". I was not satisfied with my purchase for many reasons and I asked them to help me to sell the car so I can pay the bank and get a better car, they "kindly" accepted. I left the car there, ends of May, and later on I received a traffict Tickect on my house. Which means someone was driving my car. I went there and they say it was a "possible buyer" and I believed them. However, I took my car with me, but something seems off so the same day I took my car to my mechanic and he realized they have put 4, 973 miles on it, they broke the hand holder, the place where you place the sunglasses, and it has a huge BUMP in the back, and what is even worse the car transmission was totally damage. I went back immediately and they did not want to take responsibility, after a long argument they decided to cover the damages. I Left my car there and after 15 days they did not anything (we had another argument) so they told me we need to pay everything half/half so I accepted the deal, and after another month they called me that the car was ready I picked it up, took it to my personal mechanic to find out they did not fix anything. Now they do not answer my calls and they text me they wont fix anything because they "run out of business and there is new people there" which is not true! read more

I filled out an application for vehicle on Sunday. I used car guru. I did not hear anything from the company so I called on Monday. Spoke with John. John over talked me and advised he could tell if they could provide a car with just asking for questions, no application needed. I answered the questions for John then asked to run my credit. John immediately asked for $2000 down for the car. The car is 2018 and is only $14000. I was advised I would get a callback. Never did. Called Tuesday, John cut me off stating he knew who I was and would call back in 15 minutes. Never got a callback. I left a voicemail asking to be called at 12pm on Wednesday. Never got a phone call. I did speak with someone who was very rude and over talked me. Advised that John was the sales manager and I needed to speak with him. Referred back to the same person whom is giving the run around and extorting money claiming it is a down payment for the car when the money is not applied to the loan. When asked to speak with the owner, the advisor got rude said the owner was not in and the owner name was Vinny. Unless you are Latino or Mexican.....this car company will not provide any service for you. read more

What started out as a Great overall transaction, quickly became a nightmare trying to get repairs on my car as soon as I got it. Let's note I'm am a big turn the cheek guy but after I took a day off work,spend $80 with uber to give them the time they needed to deal with the issues at hand. The car overheated and I had to drop the car off to fix. They had 8 HOURS to find a leak, make some minor repairs and I ended up getting the car back in worse shape then I left it with now a check engine light on. As a business they made thousands off my purchase which is fine but here we are needing minor repairs and customer service.... At the end of the day you have to take car of the customer and they Did not do that. So I would not buy anything from these guys unless the car is brand new with no issues Dont buy here., I wish I had something better to say but I cant.Now they will deal with the consequences of there inequities and poor service. read more

All workers were very friendly and their service is marvelous. I had to change my both of front axles and it was originally done before the closing day but the size of parts was too small so I had to wait until the next day. However they did their job with every effort that they could do I believe. It was not their fault in the first place so I dont blame them. I would probably be their permanent customer after all because it is hard to find a place that could do a job in a right way with a right cost. He takes care of my BMW 335x impeccably. I'm always in and out of there within 30 mins to an hour depending on what I need fixed on my car. His prices are truly reasonable too. Took the car here for auto detailing and was told the shampoo smell would go once the seats dried. Despite keeping all windows open and parking outdoors the smell stayed over two weeks. It also appears to be a cheap quality shampoo/soap as it has a headache inducing strong odor. I had to rent a car for vacation since this was unusable. When I called today to complain I was told that I had to immediately report this and since it was beyond 2 weeks it was too late. After my car failed safety inspection (Eeek!) I had a repair done and the oil changed here to get it back up to snuff. I worked with Vinny and he quoted me a price that seemed fair and I was able to drop the car off on Friday and pick it up at the end of the day Saturday. This is a big convenience for us as it avoids doing a shuttle shuffle on a weekday. When I arrived to drop the car off on Friday Vinny pointed to a box with the parts already there ready to be used for my repair the next day. In the end the repair and oil change was performed for the price quoted and there was no surprise phone call on Saturday with a laundry list of additional expensive repairs I "needed". (I've experienced that with other mechanics...) I ended up speaking with Vinny several times on the phone and he was very pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person. The service was great and the price was fair. I needed a new battery and serpentine belt, so I took my car in at around 11am. Parts had to be ordered, so I had to wait a little, but all the work got done by 12:30pm. While I was waiting, Vinny made me feel right at home by offering me free wifi and an outlet to plug into. BEWARE! Instead of welcoming me when I arrived, he rudely asked if I was worth the time and money to test drive for my appointment. After convincing my "worthiness," I walked around the car and noticed nuts on the rims that were missing. I also heard the tires scrape around the wheel wells when turning. Then, I asked if it passed the safety inspection - which failed and told me he will work on getting it to pass AFTER we negotiated. Walking in the room felt like an interview, and none of the 2 other people in there acknowledged a customer. They ignored and walked pass me to text Sean as to conspire the negotiations instead of talking to me directly. People, be careful when dealing with Sean, as he will take things to a personal level and harass you over the phone to get what he wants. These guys have my business FOR LIFE. Super nice, attentive, very reasonable prices and work done well and quickly. But my personal reason for why should get 10 stars is that they didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about my car. I came in because I had a headlight out and my car was making a disturbing rattling noise. When I explained what was happening, they didn't give me the (unfortunately) common look like "Oh, a dumb girl." They didn't talk down to me. They explained in regular English what they thought the problem was and that it was probably an easy fix! When has a mechanic ever told you that? I've had guys show me a dirty air filter and act like my car was on its last Legs. A mechanic changing my oil once scolded me like a little kid for going 3500 miles between changes. So these guys are a breath of fresh air. It was so refreshing that they were truthful and not trying to sell me a bunch of nonsense I didn't need. Problem was solved and the best part was not just the bill, but the fact that I drove away without that "I think I just got ripped off" feeling. There's a reason for all these perfect 5 star reviews! To whom ever may read this review.... Do not spend your money at this dealership. They sold me a LEMON!!!! I purchase this vehicle in December and it failed inspection in January. Now its March and the car has been sitting for over 3 months. I had to put an additional grand for repairs and it failed a second time. I call numerous of times and spoke to Shaun and Vinny just to tell me that the car was sold as is.... I have all my paperwork to show proof that this vehicle was a lemon even though the send a fake inspection sticker for a side gasoline shop . My issue is someone bust the checked engine light bulb, My truck leaks water EVERYTIME it rains and I had to replace the cam shaf. The key gets stuck in the ignition every now and again. I called last month and asked them for a new set of tag and ask for repair They told me no without an explanation.. Now that I am charged a late fee by DMV because I have an unregister vehicle. He even called me back the next day after getting repairs done on my emergency brake to let me know his assistant accidentally over-charged me by a $100 and gave me a credit. And an added bonus is that when I started the car after the oil change, the screen shows the oil level reading already. Unlike before, I had to turn on the key without starting the engine several times to make it work again - an inconvenience with Audi. So I was very pleased that was taken care of already. I needed both CV axles replaced on my car. I usually do all auto repairs/maint. myself. I went and bought the parts from NAPA to do this job, but I was struggling in my attempt to replace the CV axles myself (I could not remove a stubborn axle nut). Feeling completely defeated, I called around a number of shops in the area and finally came across Chantilly Auto Group and spoke to Vinny. He quoted the job $200 less than the lowest shop's quote in the area, plus he was able to take the car in same-day. Having my doubts, I took my car and the parts I had already bought to his shop. Within a few hours, the repair was complete and the final quote was even lower than the quote Vinny had given me over the phone! He was even able to save me $30 on the parts I had already bought, as NAPA is right across the street from their shop. The staff was very friendly, throughout what is normally an unpleasant process.
