I can't recommend Carr Fleet enough!…read more My transfer case catastrophically failed, and I was incredibly lucky that my car broke down just two minutes away from their shop. It was around 10:00 PM, so I searched Google for the nearest repair shop and found Carr Fleet. Even though they were closing, one of the employees took the time to help me drop off my car. That alone showed me they genuinely care about their customers. The next morning, my car was fully diagnosed, and they clearly explained the issue and gave me multiple repair options without any pressure. Since replacing the transfer case is a major job, I was told it would likely take a few days. To my surprise, I received a text message the very next day around 5:00 PM saying my car was ready for pickup! I honestly couldn't believe how quickly they completed such a big repair. The price was very fair, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service, professionalism, honesty, communication, and efficiency. Everyone at the shop treated me with respect and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to the entire team at The Car Doctor for taking such great care of me and getting me back on the road so quickly. You've earned a customer for life. They also offer coffee, drinks and snacks and the bathroom is very clean! Highly recommended!

Easily the best shop in the area and one of the best mechanics I have ever been to. I have been…read moregoing there for about three years now. There have been times that I have taken my car in to them swearing that work needs to be done (used to work on my cars a lot when I was in my teens) and they would check it out and tell me,"Nope, everything looks good." About a year ago my alternator started to go so I took it in and had them replace it. Pick it up a day or two later and go on about my business. About a week later some warmer weather hit and I noticed the A/C wasn't working. Called Tim up, and he assured me that even though he was really busy he would get to it. Sure enough, he checked it out and the A/C not working was due to a connection on the new alternator. He fixed it, no charge. I also had a wheel bearing replaced there back when I first got my car. They replaced it and it started acting up again 15 months later. Even though I was three months out of their "shop warranty" they still fixed it, free of charge. I have more stories like that about these guys so I won't keep going on. I won't go to another mechanic for 50 miles.

Service: 10/10 My primary contact was Mike, however I spoke with many other staff in person and over the phone over the course of a week after I had my Crosstrek towed in with a destroyed transmission system. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and responsive. The new transmission they procured was practically brand new and installed professionally. The experience they provided me as a customer was as excellent as the final bill and they are now my go-to shop for transmission and suspension work. Thus, I strongly recommend this business. When I had my car towed in, it was after hours, but conveniently they had an overnight key/car drop off system that was secure and easy. The lobby was clean, organized, and offered free cold water.
