Ok, so here is the update... they did fix the lights; turns out there was short caused by someone…read moreleaving the trunk open in the rain which is apparently why there was about a foot of water in the wheel well in the trunk. They did not however ever fill up the gas tank. So we took delivery of a vehicle with no gas... even after getting it fixed when they could have taken it next door and filled up they didn't. The tire sensor appears to have gone out according my BF - I guess when they fixed the short, it fixed that as well... The dealer kept hassling me for a binder and I told them that when we got the car back and were confident that we were going to keep it, I would provide them with the binder but that there was no need to add it to my insurance if we weren't going to keep it. Another thing that came up... a major accident repair was not disclosed to us upon purchase, nor did it appear in the Auto Check report (recall that's what we got when we asked for the Car Fax). But, apparently my insurance agent, while adding it to my policy found that there had been a major repair for body work costing over 9K. That was hard to believe considering that is half the worth of the vehicle (new ones NOW sell for 18K base) - I thought if a repair cost that much that they would just total a vehicle. Anyway, the failure to disclose does not sit well with me, but again, it is the BF's car; asked if he still wanted it and he said yea... so, we still have it... I would have turned it back over tot he dealer and gone and gotten the other one of which I spoke in Arlington. Although I said I might bump up the star rating, because of the failure to disclose the major repair and car history I have to keep it here. Am actually tempted to drop it, but, they were prompt in repairing the lights and the little guy who did it actually seemed quite good. So there is the update... bottom line is buyer beware; but that's really applicable I think to ANYONE when dealing with auto dealers. If I had to do anything different, knowing now what I know, anytime I go to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling my insurance agent first since they have no vested interest in the transaction and in this case, found what apparently the dealer and Auto Check couldn't. There you have it folks. Cheers @

He took it back to them to check what was wrong, but they said they couldn't find any problem and were very unhelpful regarding the warranty. On top of that, we later found out the car is salvage, and they never disclosed that to him. This has been a terrible experience. I highly recommend staying away from this place. A lawsuit will be coming soon.

I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

The next day we looked and the price had gone up $1000. We called Altech they said it was a sale for the weekend. He said we could pay him $500.00 to hold the car as a down payment. We tell him we haven't even seen the car yet we can't put a deposit down. I argue with him telling him that's not fair and ask to speak to the general manger and he tells me that he won't be available for a week and actually he is a manager. I tell him this seems unfair and hang up. I send him an email telling him how sad it makes me and that I feel they can't be trusted. My brother still wants to go look at the car in hopes they will take the check when we get there. They refused to take the lower price and wanted him to put $1000 from his debit card. They have him a $200 discount for his birthday- so annoying!! I am steaming at this point. I say this is not fair why can't they honor the price. He said it's like buying clothes at old navy when there is a sale- I told him those sales have a end date and time. This car was not listed as being on sale and I had called about the lower price and they never even told me it was on sale. They simply said they don't haggle. I told the man I feel that situation feels wrong. The man said it's like gambling and "you lost"! My brother ended up paying the extra money. I told the man if it was me I would not buy the car and he said " HE WAS GLAD THAT IT WASNT ME BUYING THE CAR". Every time I look at this car I am gonna think of that car dealership getting over on my brother:( so wrong!!!!so sad!!! So disappointed in people!!! Long sighs!! This process should be fun- we are at lunch after buying the car and I'm upset and wanting to cry

The VP customer relations' boss contacted me and he was the complete opposite - truly a professional and customer-focused satisfaction. Shortly after that incident at the Old Centreville Road location, it closed (excellent). I closed all accounts except the one "share savings account" as our mortgage is serviced by the institution as well. But I've noticed their business has dropped way off (excellent). Recent burglary has me finally with the insurance check in my hand but it needs NWFCU signature. Should be easy and straightforward - right? - wrong. They want adjuster's report and repair order so I have to go back home bug my insurance company for the adjuster's report and print the repair order and journey back. I mean this is a $13k repair on a $1M+ home. Ridiculous inconvenience. Bottomline - want service? Need a credit union? Check out Navy Federal - simply AWESOME. I refer to them as the "anti" Northwest Federal Credit Union.

DECEPTIVE SALES TACTICS AND CONSUMER INTIMIDATION Do not…read moretrust this dealer's verbal promises. They use "Signing Fatigue" and misleading sales tactics to defraud customers. 1. The Bait and Switch: During the purchase of my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300, the Finance Manager aggressively pushed a $3,000 NVP Warranty. I was explicitly told it was "Bumper-to-Bumper" and covered the entire engine. This was a lie. They rushed me through a massive stack of digital documents, hiding the fact that they were actually selling me a highly restricted plan. 2. Failure to Honor Commitments: When the car suffered major PCV and LED failures (P052E), NVP denied the claim because of how the dealer registered the contract. The dealer now hides behind "AS-IS" clauses to avoid responsibility for their verbal misrepresentations. 3. Legal Intimidation: Instead of acting in good faith to resolve the $3,000 fraud, this dealer had their In-House Counsel send me a "Cease and Desist" letter to intimidate me into silence. They would rather pay a lawyer to bully a customer than honor their sales promises. I have officially filed formal complaints with the Virginia Attorney General (OAG), the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (MVDB), and the SCC. I am seeking a full refund and a state investigation into their business license. If you value your money and your rights, buy your car elsewhere.
