I had an outstanding experience at the dealership today, and I want to take a moment to recognize Pedro for the exceptional customer service he provided. From the moment I worked with him, Pedro was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was the way he handled every part of the experience. Even when he recommended additional services, he never made me feel pressured. He took the time to explain what was recommended, why it was needed, and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. His approach felt informative and honest rather than like a sales pitch. Pedro also went above and beyond in a way that I truly appreciated. I had wiper blades in my car that needed to be installed so I could pass my state safety inspection, and he personally offered to put them on for me. That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. It showed that he was willing to take the extra step to help a customer, even when he didn't have to. I did have a longer wait than I expected, but Pedro made such a difference in that experience. He repeatedly checked on me, kept me updated, and made sure I wasn't left wondering what was happening. His communication and attentiveness made the wait much easier. What really stood out to me, though, was watching Pedro interact with everyone around him. He was consistently kind, respectful, and patient with every customer I saw him assist. He never seemed rushed or dismissive. When people had questions, he took the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. He also has a wonderful ability to explain car mechanics and technical information in everyday language, which makes a huge difference for customers who aren't knowledgeable about cars. Customer service is often about the little things, and Pedro consistently got those little things right. He made me feel respected, informed, and taken care of throughout my visit. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and personal attention Pedro showed me today. He is exactly the kind of person you hope to have helping you when you're dealing with something as important as your vehicle. The dealership is fortunate to have someone like him representing their team. Thank you, Pedro, for making my experience such a positive one. Your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed read more

This is the closest dealership to our home. We had a service issue that we needed to resolve. This was for a recall. Our recall slip also included a free oil change. Making an online appt was easy. Arriving a few minutes prior to our appt was also very easy. There are many service staff ready to take in customers. We sat with Pedro who explained the process. We waited in the waiting with other customers. Waiting area was clean with various chairs, TV and vending machines. I started reading the 1 and 2 star reviews on Yelp! Yikes, frightening and hoping this was not going to be our experience. We were told they would update us via text. After about 60 minutes, we got the video telling that 4 out of the 10 inspected items needed our attention. Some of the items(air freshener) seemed a bit over the top. I clicked "no" to all of these since we do have a trusted mechanic near our home. Within 30 minutes our car was ready and we were ready for the "hard sell" on their add-on services. No hard sell, car was ready, keys were given and we drove off. There was a strange smell inside of the car so we are hoping it's just part of the repair. Stay tuned. read more

Service with Amanda was prompt and attentive. She provided the necessary information so that concerns were addressed. Repairs were completed quickly and within reason. Will definitely continue to use Priority Nissan Chantilly for all my Pathfinder service needs. read more

This dealership is terrible! They try to "need immediate attention" sell you service items not necessary for the car, number one. Their service is terrible. The only reason I go is because I get free oil changes. Today beat it all. I was quoted $420, the next paper I was supposed to sign suddenly showed $803 for the service. I had to call 3 times to get a text it was rectified. Then when picking up the car they were trying to charge me $519 and their "service" manager was rude as can be. I will be paying for my oil changes from now on! read more

The new ownership is terrible. I have been coming here for over 16 years and have never had to make an appointment for a simple state inspection and oil change. The service advisor tried to fit me in regardless, but I then learned they no longer offer rides unless I'm doing "three to four hours worth of work". Clearly my loyalty and continued service is not worth their time and money. Reading other reviews seem to indicate they don't even offer the free inspections and basic oil change anymore for customers who bought their vehicles there. Why would I bother coming here anymore? read more

I guess this is an update on my last three visits for service here at the service department for my 2016 Nissan 370z Nismo. Visit 1: I came in for airbag SRS system issues, where my Nissan 370z would have a flashing airbag indicator on my dash. Took it in to the dealer and was able to get the issue resolved within 2-3 hours as a walk in. The service department did a great job at keeping me informed on the status of my car. Visit 2: I came in for an inspection of what appeared to be a bad tensioner on my seatbelt. Service department inspected the part and found that the tensioner had lost its capability to return the seatbelt to normal and tight with the body. This part specifically is covered under a 10 year warranty with Nissan and Priority Nissan had no problem ordering the part and getting me schedule for a follow up to replace the part at no cost to me. Visit 3: Recently I had the lights on my infotainment system go out but the functions still worked. Took into dealer and they diagnosed the circuit as a blown fuse on the IPDM. I probably could have did this myself but with the complexity of how IPDMs and BCMs work with modern vehicles I decided not to chance making the issue worse. The vehicle was returned to me within about an 1-2 hours and the service advisor was great at keeping me informed. I commend the team for their work. A big shout out to the following people who I have had the pleasure of having been my sales person / service advisors. Eugene Lee - who originally was my sales person from 2023 when I first got into the Nissan 370z market and who sends me yearly congratulations as a customer with this dealer. Maribel - who was my service advisor on visit 1. Vincent - who was my service advisor on visit 2. Michael Jimenez - who was my service advisor on visit 3. Overall. I could not be happier as a Sports Car owner with this Nissan Dealership. read more

Do not but Nissan car, I'm so disappointed ... I got a car for my sister because she had an old one and I did not want her to have any issues driving to her work and after 3 months the car started with electrical issues and since December they are having her going to multiple places spending all day of work and gas trying to fix the issue and until now they are not responding and the car is under the warranty so means that not means anything to them and they don't care about the loyal customers. To be honest she had less headache with her old Toyota car then what she's going through with Nissan now. If I give one star is because there is no cero option. read more

Even for just an oil change, their scheduling protocol does not allow for an appointment less than 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, during busy times. A 930 am appointment was not completed until noon on a Saturday--the technician did not start until 11-and I couldn't even get the complimentary car wash before I had to leave. So since you won't get a real appointment time, be prepared to wait for their convenience. I doubt I will return unless I have to. read more

Very disappointing experience. I stopped in for an oil change and was abruptly told by EDUARDO MEZA (man in the booth), without any proper greeting, that if I didn't have an appointment there would be "no service." After speaking with J.R. MAJALI (sales tower manager), who assured me they would try to help, I waited in the lounge for about 25 minutes thinking my car was being handled. Instead, CHRISTOPHER COKONIS (man in the glass office) informed me they would not service my vehicle because of their appointment-only policy. The lack of communication and the rude initial interaction made this a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I took my keys and left, and I won't be coming back. read more

There wasn't an option to choose zero or half a star. Shady business tactics, overselling me bs repairs you dont need at all. Dont waste your time or money here. Went to pick up my car then it died next morning. How the fuck is that even possible. Have had the complimentary oil services for my Pathfinder (now with 60,000 miles). Have never had any oil leaks on driveway or garage floor. Today I had a new service tech and he had a service done that I was not aware nor aware of cost of that service. The service manager was helpful by matching the "service price"of my local car repair shop I had researched in advance. Was pleased they were fair with me. When signing to approve services on their IPad, be sure to ask the tech to show you the page on IPad that shows the services and cost they are performing before signing. ***BUYER BEWARE *** I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership again. One of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with and customer service is non-existent. I've owned three Titans. Never had any issues until I purchased this one from Priority. I purchased a brand new Midnight Edition 2019 Nissan Titan from Priority with upgrades that included a lift kit, wheels, 35in tires, embroidered headrests, caliper covers and decals installed by Rocky Ridge. Nine months after purchase all of the lug nuts came off of three of four tires while I was driving due to faulty installation by a third party company Rocky Ridge. Priority assured me they fixed the issue after they attempted to say I would have to pay because I hired an outside company to do upgrades. It wasn't until I informed them that they needed to check their paperwork and saw that I bought the truck that way did they cover the repairs. Fast forward to May 2024, the driver side wheel/tire came off while I was driving causing an accident and damaging the driver side door, quarter panel and fender flare. After having it towed to Priority, the dealership allowed it to sit in the parking lot from June until September until I found a company to do the repairs. Their Service Director Matt Epling said they aren't covering the repairs even though the truck is under warranty and I have paperwork showing it had already occurred once before. I also asked to speak to the GM on my way out and while I was speaking to a salesperson the GM Tony Moorehead stood there the entire time and never spoke up until the salesperson pointed him out to me once he had walked away. When Mr. Moorehead did sit down with me he basically told me that there wasn't any paperwork that showed Priority had Rocky Ridge do any upgrades to the truck and even if they did they aren't OEM Nissan parts so they aren't covered. Note: If a dealership is going to spend a few thousand dollars to have upgrades done. There's paperwork. good thing I kept the window sticker that showed that. I also have the service invoice from the first time this occurred. From June until September the dealership never attempted to do anything or call me to let me know what was going on. The Service Rep Maribel called me one time to ask what happened. After that I never received any further updates. The overall attitude of everyone there is. It's not their problem and basically denies responsibility of anything so they decided to not uphold the warranty because who's gonna make them. No loaners either. They rent cars now. In addition to the faulty work. "someone" broke into the truck and removed the Master Control Switch from the driver side door that controls all the locks and windows as well as the tailgate molding. Of course, they denied this happening as well even though the truck was unlocked the entire time more than likely. I know this because when I did visit the dealership to check on the status I would check the truck and was able to open the doors. I'm leaving this review as I did on Google and with the Better Business Bureau to warn future customers of the issues I've encountered with this dealership. The dealership has never offered any resolution other than what you read here with other (1-star) reviews which is simply an act like they shocked by this type of service. Don't be fooled. Do your research before doing business with them. This dealership was also purchased by Lithia Motors and is still using the Priority name under a "Doing Business As" It's important to know who you're doing business with. As it stands, I've spent over $5000 in repairs to get the truck drivable again and will have to spend more for body work. Hind sight is always 20/20. Know who you're doing business with and I'd steer clear of dealerships like this one. read more

2/3/26 I called the dealership told them that I usto get my car serviced at browns Nissian in Sterling which is now closed and 3 years ago I had my heat blower replaced and I have the paperwork and the parts have a lifetime warranty if anything goes wrong they say ok bring it in. Well when I get there they tell me it's going to cost me 199 to do a diagnostic before they do anything after I already said what the problem was same problem. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Their salesmen blatantly ignored me and lied to me, the sales manager refused to talk to me, and the general sales manager refused to honor the price that was given to me even after explaining the bad experience I have had with the sales staff. I heard a strange noise in the car that I am leasing from Priority Nissan and I brought the car in without an appointment. It turns out it was a very minor issue and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The dealership is great, whether it's sales or service. I trust this dealership implicitly since I know that if there is an important issue in the car, I can always count on the manager, Matt Epping, to figure out what the problem is ; because of him, I return to this dealership whenever it's time to lease a new car. Can't even express enough how horrible this place is, purchasing a car was the worse experience of my life. For one they pulled my credit without my knowledge and financed my car with their own Nissan when I specifically told them I was going to finance with my bank. Charged me almost 6,000 more than the value of the car. I was 19 hoping to get some help on my first car since I had no one to come with me, those heartless evil people took advantage of my knowledge in the situation. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership, in fact, I would urge people to avoid them all together. The main reason is due to their handling of paying off the balance of my trade in. I bought a new Frontier on October 11th and despite agreeing to a price for my trade in, which included several thousand dollars in equity, they did not pay off the balance in a timely manner. It took so long that I was then left with the decision of making another payment on it, or risk having a late/non payment on my record. I made a payment and notified the dealer, who told me they would immediately take care of it and refund me for the payment I made. Keep in mind this is a payment on a vehicle I no longer own or possess. I complained about it not being paid off seventeen days after I traded my car in, and then it took three more days for them to pay it off. This created a situation where I had an additional loan in my name for about twenty more days than I should. At time of this review it has been over three weeks since I was told I would be contacted when my check was ready for the extra payment I made to my old car, and I have heard nothing from the dealership. I do not know if this way of doing business is intentional, or just due to incompetency, but either way it risks impacting your credit and leaves you out of pocket for several hundred dollars. It also leaves me no confidence with dealing with this dealership in the future, as I cannot trust that they will do what they are required to or follow through with what they should do. Perhaps waiting about three extra weeks to pay off my trade in saved them some interest? Maybe the same for not refunding me for the extra payment made due to them bot paying off timely?? If that is the case, the little extra they saved in interest, cost them any future business from me or anyone I would have recommended them too. Besides the handling of the payoff, the other issue I had was with some concerns with imperfections in the paint. Prior to the test drive, I pointed out to the salesman some areas of concern I had, which was some sort of sap drops on the truck and how that could damage the paint. I was assured they would all come off when cleaned. By the time the truck was prepped to take it was dark out and I did not see any. I emailed the salesman that I wanted to stop by a few days later to show him spots that I found where the paint was damaged, but was ignored and never received a response about that. It's a truck, and will eventually get scratches and dings, but I don't believe I should get it like that new, especially when I brought it up in the beginning. The bigger issue with that is I don't feel like I should be ignored when wanting to know when I can come back to show and discuss what I discovered. UPDATE: The dealership responded to this post asking that I contact them via email, but after two weeks, I still have not received a response. This only leaves me guessing that maybe they just replied to my review to give an appearance that they care about addressing my problems and their lack of returning the money owed to me? read more

I went in to get my battery replaced and was told the price would be $403 plus tax. However, when I got the final bill, I was charged an additional $48 labeled as a "miscellaneous fee" that was never mentioned upfront. I don't think it's fair to add hidden charges without informing the customer. Because of this, I won't be recommending this place and want others to be aware of this practice. read more

I already left a review about a month or so ago, describing their excellent sales and servicing of my Nissan rogue platinum. I had a recent minor issue with Nissan financing, which is separate from the auto dealership, but all I had to do was call Matt, the manager, and everything was solved within five minutes. Agaiin, everyone should be aware that this dealership is under new management and old reviews that might be poor are outdated and irrelevant . This dealership is fabulous and that's because of the excellent management by Matt . A car is only as good as the service you can get and that's why I continue to lease here and nowhere else. read more

Another awful experience. This will be the last try. First of all, the service advisor (Vince) needs to work harder with his customer service skill sets. He was not pleasant at all. Scenario: Dropped car off for the appointed time of 7AM. VA Emissions test and small recall notice job (steering wheel cover). When I made the appointment via phone call, I was told I could pick up the completed work by 2pm as I have a important engagement. I reminded Vince that I needed it back by that time. Result: Showed up at 210pm. Was rudely told by service advisor that he was too busy and my car was not complete and to go just sit down and he will call me whenever its finished. I reemphasized that it was promised it by 2pm. Again he didn't even look at me, but instead its not his fault a couple mechanics called in sick and again said to go sit down. Solution: Had to speak with the service manager (Rico) with the above situation. He made sure that the Emission Test was at least done (while I waited) but somehow he said the recall repair was miraculously an error by Nissan and Priority Nissan....lol. Bet it still needs repaired but they knew I couldn't wait any longer and just lied about it. Who knows. This place is just a unprofessional repair grease shop. The mechanics calling in sick excuse is not a customer problem (if it was true at all). STAY AWAY. I will NEVER buy a NISSAN vehicle again. read more

Been Waiting for 2 hours for an Oil Change (people who come after me leaving 25 minutes before me) like WTF?

What the heck happened?!?! I've been coming to this dealership for service for over a decade!!! I've always appreciated the customer service and quick response times. I have free lifetime inspections and oil changes. Just last month I brought my 2011 Altima in for just that. I was told the car looked good except the right tail light was out. I was quoted $89. I know how easy it is to change but they had the car, the bulb, the time and it was worth the extortion fee for me to not deal with it. Well, when my husband came home with the car, the taillight worked just fine but both the reverse and blinker lights on the right side were no longer working!! Which means that my car truly never passed inspection bc had they actually done their job and run it again, they would've seen that the jarring did cause the other two bulbs to go out. On top of that, they charged me DOUBLE!! $190 to change a tail light?! Cmon guys! Unfortunately I'll never be back. I'd rather forgo the free inspections and oil changes for a place who respects their clientele and cares about cars. I mean, this was a place that used to be soooo good that even my husband thought of switching from Toyota to Nissan for his new vehicle. Whatever changed, change it back because the downhill plunge is just sad. read more

I've come here for an oil change and tire rotation twice and I won't be coming back. Most of the sales team is doing their best to convince everyone who comes in the door that they need a thousand dollars of maintenance. My first time there they told me that my break pads and rotors urgently needed to be fixed because it was a safety issue. I can do these jobs myself so I cancelled my plans, bought the parts, and was very annoyed to find perfectly good rotors and brake pads with at least over six months of life left in them. They also tried to sell me on $170 for "servicing the engine air intake" which I don't think anyone ever needs and I certainly didn't. And Lastly, they did my state inspection but they didn't put a new sticker on the windshield which I didn't notice till I got home. There were other annoyances but these were the most egregious. The second time I went, I just decided I wasn't going to listen to what they told me. But then they broke one of the lug nut and wheel studs when rotating my tires. I know that this can happen sometimes but then a guy in the waiting room with me told me that they also broke his. This was the last straw for me. I can't bring my car to someone I have zero trust in even with the free oil changes I got. Also I always put my lug nuts back on with a torque wrench so it's at the manufacturer specifications and not over tightened. The service advisor I had on the second trip was nice and didn't try and sell me on unnecessary things, but I listened to the other guy working try and upsell everyone in the waiting room on everything you can think of. The wait times are very long for simple services, they're not honest, and they don't seem to be taking good care of the cars. read more

Typical dealership experience. Sales managers are not known for their integrity and Mohamed Hussein lived up to their reputation. I was helping my son purchase a Nissan Rogue. We couldn't come to a deal so I left to try another dealership. The sales person messaged me shortly after I left with a reasonable counter-offer but before I returned and wasted more time I insisted they confirm the terms of the deal. Today I took my 370Z in for an Inspection, Emissions test, and Oil/Filter change. I purchased it there however it was Nissan of Chantilly at the time. At that time I was given Inspections for Life and Oil/Filter for Life on the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I got the bill for $150. I was told that since the dealership changed to Priority Nissan that they only honored those things if it was purchased from Priority. It's funny, just the immediate receipts that I can pull out are as follows: 19 Jul 2024, Priority Nissan, N/C; 21 Jul 2023, Priority Nissan, N/C; 21 Jul 2022, Priority Nissan, N/C; 28 Apr 2022, Priority Nissan, N/C; 17 Jul 2020, Priority Nissan, N/C; 24 Jul 2019, Priority Nissan, N/C; 30 Jul 2018, Priority Nissan, N/C. I could go on but it is apparent Priority Nissan honored it since Nissan of Chantilly became Priority Nissan. So it appears that you have a new Service Manager or a new service policy. This may be one reason Nissan is losing their ass and about to go under. If you want dedicated customers, then honor your commitments. You have just lost a customer for life. Plus you can kiss that purchase of a new 2025 Z goodbye. From now on I'm taking my business to Safford Nissan in Sterling. read more

Please avoid the service department. They inflate the quote any way they want without giving you a way to say no. The oil was overfilled by half a quart and had to be drained to get below the "high" dipstick mark. The service department (Vincent) also added over 15% in addition to the quoted price for shop supplies needed to perform the service after dropping off the vehicle. Rico service manager said the 20k miles service quoted price didn't include the supplies needed to perform the service which is ridiculous. He also stated that the shop supplies fee is added by a computer and he has no idea how it's calculated and is the reason why they don't include it in the quote. I've clearly stated over the phone to Rico not to perform any services and that I'll be picking up the car to which he said "sure". When I went to pick up the vehicle I was notified that the services have already been performed and they wouldn't release the car unless I paid. A female employee came up saying she overheard my conversation with Rico and can confirm I approved the service, which is a lie. My father and I experienced some of the worst customer service we have ever encountered. Nick, the salesperson, approached us and asked what car I was looking for. I told him I wanted to look at the Nissan Kicks SV, and he showed me an SL. I honestly thought he must have misheard me or that there was a bit of a language barrier. After experiencing the SL, I informed him I wanted to view the SV. He had a bit of an attitude change after I told him I only wanted to see the SV. He showed me the SV and offered to test drive it. I told him I had already driven a Kicks and would like to get an estimate of how much the vehicle would cost. We went back inside and headed to his cubicle. I asked Nick to provide me with a paper printout of what a payment plan would look like on the vehicle I saw. Nick started to jump around my question, not fully answering it. Nick proceeded to tell me that I did not understand him and that he would be getting a Spanish speaker for me. I speak fluent English and Spanish. I communicate better in English; it is my first language. I told Nick that it was not necessary as I understood him perfectly and that I was fluent. Keep in mind that I have a thick Northerner Accent, thus making this discussion confusing. Due to Nick not being able to answer my questions on a printout for an estimate, I asked him: "Yes or No, am I able to get a printout?" He states that it is not in company policy to do so. During this time, Nick kept getting up and leaving the desk to speak to the manager and my father stated that he was not feeling well as he felt we were being racially discriminated against. When I asked questions regarding warranty, maintenance, and discounts, Nick was extremely short and not helpful at all. He acted annoyed with my questions. Nick came back and I asked him if I could have his business card, to which he replied: "Why? So you can sue me?" I do not comprehend what he meant by that as I thought it was common courtesy to take people's business cards. I wrote down the price of the vehicle behind Nick's card. He got upset with me and told me I could just take a picture of his screen, which I did. As I took the picture, as he told me to, he freaked out and started accusing me of recording him and taking pictures of him. I did no such thing! I have a picture of his screen, that is all. I did not know why he started acting this way around me. I genuinely felt as if he was being racist and rude. On the way out, the manager was no help. He stated that I was not understanding anything. I have no idea why they would say that when I speak English without an accent, unlike the salesman and the majority of the workers there. Do not buy from here. They were awful, not helpful, and plain racist. I have reported them already. read more

When I bought my new car here 2 years ago, the sales guy spoke directly to my boyfriend the whole time and ignored me. Guess who had the money and was buying the car? Me. Who did he offer a test drive to? The dude. Who did he talk to during "negotiations"? Of course, it wasn't me. So that irritated me but I got the car I wanted and left that irritation behind me. I got Priority for Life which includes oil changes and safety inspections. Cool, thought that would be great. But upon arrival they immediately try to upsell me. Ask for the exact details of what they plan to do to your car before you hand it over, including the price. Check your manufacturer manual to see what is required/recommended before they try to add on unnecessary or overpriced services. Yes, many mechanics and auto shops will do the same (especially if you are a woman by yourself, like me), but it is annoying to not be told exactly what they plan to do to your car before they go ahead with it. For me, they said an engine filter change would be $70 and an air cabin filter change alone would be over $200. That's just ridiculous. The 20k service was already going to be $229 before the filters. I immediately googled the filters and said - wait these filters? Like a $15 filter? And he said well I don't know what you need I just know it costs $70 here. Ok car expert, you don't know you are charging way too much for what you're selling? As soon as I said the boyfriend would do the filter changes they stopped trying to persuade me to purchase other services. They also planned to do a brake line flush before the recommended time frame for my vehicle. I only know this because I asked for a breakdown of their planned service. I guess I should have done so at the beginning but I trusted I was getting 20k maintenance. Checking and adding brake fluid if needed? Yes. But a complete brake fluid flush doesn't really need to be done before 30k miles. If the brake fluid is not clear or brakes are making weird sounds, yes. I don't know if this was an add-on service or how they add up the total cost of maintenance, but it was extraneous so... probably. Ultimately I just got the oil change for free under my Priorities for Life deal. Lastly, my appointment was for 11am (I got there on time - see receipt) and I didn't drive out of there for 2 hours. Mind you ALL they ended up doing was an oil change. And when I got there, there were *no* other cars waiting with an assortment of mechanics hanging out and Marlow told me it was slow which was apparently "good for me." Marlow is the salesman who unfortunately doesn't know the price of air filters. 2 stars because I love my car and the employees are mostly polite.. Sure, internally they are trying to scam you and think you're an idiot, but externally they are polite. Also, the bathrooms are clean. I don't anticipate returning for maintenance here. I thought my car would be in better hands with the dealership but it is too much trouble dealing with them and frankly offensive that they thought I'd pay extra for easy service and cheap parts. I prefer to trust the person I bring my car to. Do not recommend. read more
