UPDATED REVIEW: I initially gave Regnum Auto Motors in…read moreManassas VA, a 5 star review ... I've left it here so you can see... when I purchased my car, they gave me a Due Bill (on Jan 9, 2026) for a part that needed to be replaced. Initially they said the part would probably be in the following week. Today is March 24th... after multiple attempts on my part to get the promised repair, it's still not fixed. I have contacted the dealership as well as Ike the owner... I began documenting our communications. At this point they are not acknowledging my attempts to reach them. I had problems getting my temporary tags when the permanent tags were not received. I started by interacting with them via phone because they were great when I bought the car... but they didn't follow through on what they said via phone. Now I insist on all communication being in writing. I suggest you do the same. Yes, I was very happy with the purchase process as I stated below, but after they got my money, their aftercare IS HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I will NOT recommend them... at all! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am so very, very pleased with Regnum Auto Motors! I found them on line, found a car perfect for me and they made it happen... very easy process... Ana was amazing. We weren't able to get to the dealership before their posted closing time but they stayed late to accommodate us. Very very impressed with the whole team... the owner gave me his personal cell number and said not to hesitate contacting him if I needed anything.. he did however request I not call at 2am LOL I HIGHLY recommend Regnum! They are a car dealership I will not hesitate to refer friends & family to

Contra: We asked Orlando for out of the door price he couldn't answer us. We had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour in order to get to the finance department. They did apologize for the long wait. David/A.J., financial department, was very nice and welcoming but be aware!!! The listed online price is not the sales price! After running the numbers for refinancing, David promised us to give us the listed one-time online price for $21,800 since our credit score was "unfortunately unbeatable" but now with a closer look the sales price suddenly went up shockly to $23,695!!! False advertisement. Empty promises. Dishonest business. Please be aware!!! Make sure and check again before signing any paper.

BUYER BEWARE. I bought my Tesla model Y online through Alpha Motorsports. It was listed online at…read more$15,575. In order to get to the paperwork, I was required to submit a non-refundable downpayment of $500. First red flag. Reluctantly, I moved forward with the payment. When I got to the paperwork, the car was listed at $18,975. That should have been my second red flag. Ultimately, I moved forward with the sale. It was shipped to my house and arrived on Jan 8th, 2026. I drove it to work the next day and on the way home I was notified that the vehicle was shutting down and to pull over. The inverter blew up on me. I had the vehicle serviced at by a Tesla dealership near my house. They were able to fix the inverter and also noticed the compressor within the super manifold was not performing correctly. After fixing everything I had an extra $6400 repair bill. I have asked the dealership to pay for the service charges, but they have asked me to stop calling them and would prefer for me to email. 7 weeks have passed since first getting the vehicle and they haven't contacted me once despite me bothering them once or twice a week. I know they will never reach out to me. Virginia laws don't require the dealership to do anything once you've left their lot. Buyer beware.

He shook…read moreon the listed price without the $1.5k add on for "refurbishing", coming out to roughly $27k total. Going forward in the process for purchasing the vehicle, the dealer added in a $4k extended warranty in the paperwork without our consent or explanation, pushing the total 1.15x to almost 31k. They proceeded to ask us to sign a stack of ~20 papers and said these do not need to be read through because it was just making sure we agree to the final price which was what was shook on. Nowhere had they mentioned they were going to add $4k onto the price. It was hidden several pages in, and in very fine print. Extremely scummy practice, especially when a price was fairly discussed and agreed upon between the two parties. We are now figuring this out while refinancing the car, and all of our calls to VINS are being completely ignored. We had to track them down in person to get this settled, where we had to ask them for the original paperwork we shook on (it had the $27k price). His coworker, who when greeting us, told us that they save them that day and anyways had it on file online. Yet when redirected to our original salesperson, Danny, said "Oh we usually shred those papers" when during our original meeting he said they save these papers as well. We ended up talking to the manager who brought up the papers and immediately realized we just wanted this extended warranty off, which he finally did. They have yet to send the warranty refund check to the loaned bank after almost 2 weeks from our confrontation. We had to go in ONCE AGAIN in person to ask where this check was and received their usual excuse: they "just received the check". The car also had rust on the top of the back doors from pooling behind the door seal. The dealer agreed to schedule us to clean this up in the following week yet did not schedule us. We called in several times for this rust and they have yet to schedule. To get this solved, we had to track them down in person twice: once to get them to order the paint for the car, and the second to get it done. Scummy business practices and not holding to an agreement, especially shaken over a paper, is not a good look on any enterprise. I hoped that dealerships moved away from misleading their customers. Unfortunately vins had let down that hope.
