Had a wonderful experience here and I was in and out within no more than 2 hours…read more I showed up around 4:30pm and asked about getting a state/emissions inspection, and and oil change. Joon at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and advised that my car would be ready by either 6pm that same day, or the very next morning. It was ready within an hour. I was very impressed with the customer service and I was also given recommendations for future service. I recommend this location and I will return.

Quick, honest, reliable and like family!…read more I have been taking all my vehicles to Greg's for over 20 years. They are always upfront with what the charges will be, they call if they find something that may run extra and give you an analysis of if you can wait to get it done or you must do it to preserve the car. They are very knowledgeable in foreign cars, they have worked on my 2013 BMW, 2004 VW and 2005 Nissan (has over 323,300 miles and still going thanks to the team at Greg's). Leo is like a father figure and has looked out for my sister and I cars lIke my dad used to do. Greg and his son Deno are super hospitable and congenial and go above an beyond. I took my truck in to replace the brake light and while Deno worked on the light Greg noticed my door was hard to close and generously fixed it for me without being asked. The services are invaluable, and I dont know a lot about cars but I know they are not ripping me off. I tell all my friends if you are looking for a mechanic that is honest, trustworthy and stands behind their work go to Greg's

You can rely on Dino at Greg's Automotive Service (GAS) to carefully diagnose your automotive…read moreproblem BEFORE proposing a solution. For example, the driver's side window of my car stuttered several times before finally closing. This was especially irritating when I needed to lock and park the car but had to wait for the window to stutter several times before closing. When I took my car to the dealership for a repair estimate, I was told that the electric motor and all mechanical components associated with had to be replaced. The cost of doing so would be about $600. When I took the car to GAS, Dino diagnosed the problem and concluded that lubricating the mechanical components would likely solve the problem. The cost of doing that was about $550 less than the dealership's solution. The window's worked perfectly for years now. GAS' ability to diagnose a problem closely before offering solutions happened again when I took my car in for a loud whirring sound it made at highway speeds. The dealership proposed replacing both bearings. Dino proposed replacing only the noisy one. Finally, when I began hearing a rattling sound under the hood, GAS isolated the problem to one of the gears driven by the serpentine belt. Rather than replace the all the gears and the belt, GAS took the time to isolate and then replace the one offending gear. When my cars aren't under factory warranty, I will always take them to GAS. To do otherwise would be foolish. I suggest you take your cars to Greg's Automotive Service, too.

So this is my second review because I have a semi-oldie but she's still kicking. The owner works…read morethe desk and on cars along with someone else so you will most likely meet him when you go in (this has been my observation). I went in again to follow up plus I am behind on a ton of things since my girl is a bit old and I know she needs a lot. Once again the owner addressed everything I needed and again I paid less than I have in any visit from the past 3 years at the car dealership I purchased her from(got her brand new). For context, I have a 2016 Toyota that I got at a Toyota dealership. I have kept up with all my maintenance at the dealership I purchased her from aside from 3 times from personal connections. All those visits were trash (unfortunately including the 3 from connections). I was overcharged and my car ended up having those parts break in a few months. I came here by accident 6 months ago and I am back getting everything my girl needs done. Why? Well the owner has addressed every issue, explained what he was doing, how much each item cost (while verifying it in front of me) and has told me everything I need vs the things I could wait on. I work 1:1 with customers everyday in a trade position that I am passionate about. I approach my job in the same way. I am honest with my clients and tell them every price breakdown because I hate surprises and I like knowing what I am getting myself into. I appreciate that he has so much care for his craft that he breaks everything down for me without me asking. He wants to make sure you are aware and comfortable. The owner went over his closing time for me and I didn't ask him to, he just wanted to provide a good service and do what he could do I didn't have to come back for a while. I am so grateful I found this place. A place that cares about creating trust with their clients. I hope the owner doesn't ever forget me because I can see him being successful and busy soon! So glad to find a place, especially as a woman, where I can feel comfortable and at peace getting my car maintenance done.

The gas tank turned out exactly as I wanted. I asked for an off-white color but they don't know exactly what I meant so they showed me their color palette. There was a whole stack of different variations of white and I was quite overwhelmed at first. I just picked one that spoke to me and I'm so glad it turned out very pretty. For the color sheen, I'm afraid "glossy" is your only option if you want to save money. It makes sense because all the cars are glossy. They don't store "satin" or "matte" but you can order them if you pay more. I wanted satin but didn't feel like spending more. Glossy looks quite good! The turn around time is about a week. Overall, quite satisfied with the results. Just note the parking lot is full most of the time and avoid traffic hours. The road right outside this shop can get really jammed.
