I called Dell & they immediately jumped to me needing to mail my laptop to Texas for a week where the rep was convinced that my "starboard was corrupt" when she did not run any diagnostics on it yet my laptop would "need to be wiped". I didn't trust it & chose to take my laptop in to get it looked at by Renton Computers. I paid for them to run diagnostics to see what the matter was & heard back from them the next day that it was actually the laptop charger. I ordered one via amazon & i was back up & running in no time.
