Two women were talking about a hypnotherapist that they loved, I overheard, asked them who it was and the rest is history. I started seeing Erika because I had been in a car accident in Seattle and was so anxious about driving in the rain, it was debilitating. My regular talk therapy at the time was not enough. Our sessions were in person and hypnotherapy and reiki in person at the beginning. I was able to work through my fears of driving in the rain in these sessions. My sessions with Erika have morphed into phone sessions of energy healing and life coach more than anything else.
