David has helped us on two occasions. The first issue we had was being "bumped off the internet". He was able to trouble shoot and determined the problem. We are happily back on line!! Most recently, he helped us with our player piano. We have a Disc system that works with an I Touch. From the beginning we have had difficulty operating it. We tried to buy new songs and were never able to figure it out. (When we purchased the piano they said it was very easy!!) Our tech skills being what they are, we enlisted the help of our children to " show mom and dad how to work it." After literally hours trying to figure it out , they ended up accidentally deleting all the songs we did have and they totally gave up. This all took place months ago before we knew David. I called David and he was able to come out. I am happy to report that all is working and we are now able to download songs and actually use our piano. It was somewhat complicated but he was able to figure it out. What I love about him is that he never makes you feel stupid or talks down to you. Even when I feel like I am asking a really dumb question he does not make me feel silly. He is professional, punctual and just a really nice guy! I have been looking for someone like him for months. I was having issues with malware on my desktop that I was unable to troubleshoot. I called ADH Tech Services and spoke with David, who was professional, courteous, and very responsive. He was able to schedule a next day appointment and showed up promptly. He picked up my computer- removed all the malware, and returned it to me the next day! I've had my computer back for about 2 weeks and its running much more efficiently and is no longer freezing/crashing. He also set up an external hard drive and a cloud based service to back up my data as I was worried about losing my photos, music files, and documents. I referred him to my mother and he was able to fix her home networking issues (weak signal and dropped wifi internet connection) and helped her set up her new ipad tablet. He was very kind and patient with her, showed her how to use her equipment, and answered all her questions. The service prices are very reasonable and the service was professional and prompt. I had two computers crash on the same day, literally, and knowing that they were both already on their last legs I contacted David. He dropped everything to respond to me and to suggest a new computer with a 3-year service agreement. After the computer arrived, David stripped it from the factory settings and set up a clean install, including loading software for me. Finally David rounded out the service by coming to my house, my home office, and setting up email and making sure the computer worked on my network. I appreciate David making sure that I am all set up with a great computer and service deal and to follow through and make sure my system is set up properly for my needs. Very pleased with his service, David was prompt and professional with excellent communication. He came to our house where my housemates and I each had issues with our laptops (all different models/ operating systems) and took care of each one, as well as giving options if the fixes he implemented did not work out. He also explained the problems, and was personable and friendly, never condescending. My laptop had an "operating system not found" error and now it boots up fine, no problem. Highly recommend this service for our local area. The contract tech David Hornbeck was personable, competent and great to work with. Repairs were done efficiently and he was able to answer any questions I had without even a hint of condescension. My only caveat would be with the parent company scheduler who was hard to understand accent wise and did push the upsell. That being said the tech did an excellent job for a decent prize in my home on my schedule. read more

David was excellent, showed up right on time, stayed right on task, extended WiFi network, changed cable service for me, hooked up 2 Roku sets, set up Ooma phone.
