David was fantastic. I had a few issues, which I had no idea how to solve and David not only fixed…read morethem but he also implemented systems so that my computer and life work more efficiently. He helped my sync my Time Machine to back up my files when initially I couldn't even get past the password not working. He set up my business email on my phone, which had been there but got lost when I upgraded to a new phone. Just this alone was a huge help. I had hired another company in Philadelphia to add my work email to my phone and it took them 3 days of lots of emails and calls back and forth and them working with godaddy. It was not smooth at all and David did it in 10 minutes. I also mentioned that I was getting pop up windows saying "Hard disk full. Delete files to create more space."
